I actually ended up signing a lease at these apartments on accident. However, it's been a very pleasant surprise because there is ample space for storage and I love my Island. Pests are a non-issue here and it is definitely pet friendly. Also, I love each one of the staff. They are so helpful and they really do go over there usual duties.

Very happy living here..going for 5th year.. not planning on moving...place is nice.. maintenance people are efficient...Office personnel are nice and friendly....Only concern..the APPLIANCES KITCHEN Fridge is old...Stove is Older than my Grandparents over 85 yra old... those appliances are old ready for retirement plan or museum...

Good staff assisted me. I am impressed with front desk Skylar's customer service skills. (I hope spelled him correctly). He noted my issue and submitted my request to maintenance without me being too involved in the issue. Mantainence staff was prompt fixing the issue. Good job and good staff!

I really enjoy living at the Mandalay Shadow Lakes Apartments, first for the sense of peace I feel everytime I come back home and when I am home, second, for the safety in the Community. When you feel safe where you are, the peace of mind provides for moments worth living. Mandalay is a great place to live.

This is a pleasant community and the staff very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is courteous, the service is prompt, and they are ready to provide solutions to resolve any issues. I really enjoy this apartment unit the only thing I dislike is the carpet. I wish the unit had laminated floors instead.

Love my stay here thus far. Only complaint I have is garbage area. Tentants don't know how to use the garbage bins this is not the complex fault. And dog park area, there is signage saying clean up after your pet and they provide the doggie bags but tenants still do not use them.

The community is wonderful. The.maintenance team is excellet, friendly. and very responsive when submitting a ticket, they jump on it asap. The rental office employees are very patient and very responsive as well.

I lived here since 2010 until now. Everything and everyone has been excellent. I just feel there is a great need of more security cameras and lighting around many buildings..specially around the bark park Bld. 3...it's extremely dark. Walking gates are dark there is no lights illuminating the keypads or door handle. I love my apt. by I just hope security advices will be seriously considered. Have a great day.

Nasty property it is infested with all kinds of roach sizes as y’all can see. Move ins or move out units around us period this will affect your life health here. This is something to be concerned about as well as mold and air filter not being changed as it should. This living environment has been a nightmare for my family, embarrassing when having guest. THE LEASE WILL NOT BE RENEWED AT ALL

It is a nice community but way to expensive for the size. I have the largest size available and it feels like I am in a shoe box. I do like the safety and the grounds are kept great. I also like the apartment staff.

Everyone is always so helpful and attentive when I need help or just have a concern. The property is always clean. The pool is maintained very well and cleaned everyday. Beautiful area to grill for family events. The new gym equipment is top of the line. Access to property is simple and rectified immediately if their is an issue.

Overall, I find this to be a nice and quiet place to live. There are times when I think a security presence would be nice. There have been multiple car breaks in. I do know, however, that this is also a part of living in an apartment.
