ONCE AGAIN, MANAGERS ARE LEAVING POSITIVE REVEIWS, NOT RESIDENTS!!!

Notice how defensive they got when they responded, residents would welcome info. (good or bad) about the community in which they live. Management are the one's who don't want you to hear this because they want your money. Staff IS NOT FRIENDLY and yes they are very unprofessional and ignorant. The staff, especially the females Tina and Pam or Pat(whatever) WILL and HAVE disclosed personal info. about residents to other residents. The gate is always broken and street pharmacists are always roaming around. And the staff member that wrote that River Oaks is the best of the best, needs to expand their mental horizons and educate yourself. River Oaks is not even close to being the best of the best or even competing with Houston's prestigious resident communities. Ultimately, you shouldn't have to move to have a professional apartment staff or for the staff to uphold their end of the lease. Basically, if you want to make something of yourself or if you don't want drama in your life, DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!!!!! RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If Park Yellowstone doesn't respond to your written complaints....GET THE # TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE AND COMPLAIN, IF THAT DOESN'T WORK CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU (BBB).

Good Experience

I lived at Park Yellowstone from March 2004- March 2005. I had no problems while living here and was quite pleased with the townhomes. I only moved because I could not get a 2 bedroom due to no availability. Management was cool. Maintenance was okay too.

Great Location and Price, but Slow Repair

These townhomes are well kept and the grounds are clean. They are very spacious and have a great lay-out. Well insulated so that my electric bills were surprisingly low. Staff is nice especially Tina. I have lived here for a year and will relocate. Parking is great. <br> Although they do have a 24 hr. maintenace service, small problems can take weeks to resolve. I once spent about one month witout a garbage disposal (turns out they needed to orde the part). But...I was not notified. The noise level can be somewhat noticeable especially on weekends. Another problem is that they ar no sidewalks to the main entrance so you always have to dodge people and children which is quite the hazard.<br> Despite it all, I would definetely return.
