From the 1st call to set up a viewing of the Community and looking at the model apartments to moving in was simply awesome. What stood out was when Beryl hit they allowed us to stay stay in our apartment because they had electricity and my old 55plus had no electricity, water or elevator. This was a life saver and we appreciate the staff. God Bless

It's a very nice area. I recommend this place because of the fact that everything is near by. Stores, restaurants, schools, parks. The staff is very courteous and any problem in the apartment is promptly taken care of. We feel pretty much secure. Neighbors are friendly, and it's also animal friendly. Property is well cared for.

Small apartment complex with security cameras . There are only two buildings and each building has a pool. This complex features a fitness and business center. Because of its quaintness, I've enjoyed the atmosphere.

As a resident for nearly two years, I've found the staff to be consistently responsive and accommodating. My only concern is the thin walls?I'm on the third floor, and I can frequently hear my neighbor walking around. Unless my job relocates me, I intend to renew my lease but request a top-floor apartment. Overall, the staff is excellent, and maintenance is both prompt and accommodating.

So far my experience has been great. Quiet and friendly tenants. Access to everything you need within a 2 mile radius. Easily accessible to major roads. Competitively priced. Clean amenities. Well stocked gym. Access to game room and office/conference room first come first serve.

I am leaving here soon due to my health reasons. Over all I liked this place except so many dog shits on green grounds. I complained to the Management a few times, but no improvements. I have a Boston Terrier myself and I take him out about 4 or 5 times a day with two plastic bags (which are prepared by the Management) and am very conscientious about cleaning my dog SHITS. The management tell dog owners to clean their dog shits, but dog owners are careless. I have seen a few times huge dogs shits were stepped on around, what's the mess it was. Just think residents of the Apt coming home from hard work in evening, right before dinners, they step on dog shits ? ? ? Again the management tell dog owners to clean their dog shits, but dog owners are careless. Welcome to the Dog ---- Motel ! ! !

I love the location of San Antigua. It has an Uptown feel, in a suburban environment. The amenities are amazing... the clubhouse, pool area, veranda space make it unnecessary to leave the property if you just want a change of scenery from your apartment. Restaurants and other activities are nearby, but doesn't bring the hustle and bustle into the community. Perfect if you like activities, but don't want to be in the midst of everything. I love it here ??

I didn't realize when I rented that there were single-panes windows. I can every outside noise from cars starting to hammering to conversations-and I live on the top floor!! Also I am not happy with the "security". The gate is sometimes stuck open, car's piggyback in all the time. I was told by a neighbor once that there is a security guard who patrols the grounds at night but I've never seen a sign of them. In short, if I knew then what I know now I wouldn't have taken the apartment!

I have lived at San Antigua for 2 1/2 years. Overall, it has been a great experience. Our apartment manager, Jessica, is very professional and caring in her job. The maintenance team is awesome and addresses all issues in a very timely manner and the grounds are neat and well kept. We are walking distance from many restaurants and stores, and new sidewalks have been created to make the walk easy and enjoyable. I love living here and it has been a real home for me.

Since leaving Dallas and moving to Houston has been a great experience. Before moving to San Antigua there were other apartments that i was looking at. But, due to great customer service and a special at the time. I knew San Antigua was the one and im glad i chose to move here. The people that live in the apartments are caring just as much as the front office is. Maintenance is friendly and here to help. If you're looking for a great apartment, great prices and a great community. Then give San Antigua a try!

Honestly the quality is dropping. bird poop on the steps n rails thats been there for months, dog pee in elevators all the time, outside smells like dog ----. Stray cats? No improvements in over a year

Everything is OK with my apartment. I have no complaints at this time. I do think there need to be more security. The area is rapidly changing and extra security would be great to have. Especially at night.

It is in a nice area, swimming pools are great, and they lay out is good, but halls, stairs and side walks are dirty, dusty, a bunch of insects everywhere, and people don't pick up after their dogs. Dog poop is everywhere. It is going downhill since we first moved in. Disappointing!

You all need to police the parking lot for violations of nonresident parking. Most of the residents use the garages as storage units and park underneath the awnings. This causes full capacity of parking spaces. Please police this issue.

This community is lovely. For the most part property is kept clean and manicured. There isn't any active security on the premises, however the area is relatively safe. Neighbors are friendly staff helps you instantly.

The San Antigua Apts. Are very nice & classy rental property. Anytime you need a to report something wrong in your Apt to be fixed or air conditioning unit. The maintenance workers are quickly to repair on the same day. Rarely no air conditioning problems at San Antigua Apts. Peaceful & quiet residential apartments.

It was great when 1st moved in. Then it crowded. Lucky to get any parking space. People not picking up their pet waste. Noisy. Non residents at pools & tub. Inconsiderate neighbors. I'm ready to move.
