I leased online and when I came to move in I did not like the apartments on the street but since I have moved in, to me these are the best apartments on this street. I wish I had a pantry and a patio and I hate that I cant have a satellite dish because I dont like comcast. I guess that is somehting I should have researched before applying, glad its only a 6 month lease. The only reason I leased here is because the Assistant Mgr was very nice and very helpful. I met the manager when I moved in and she seems nice too.

Omg this place sucks, rather you are living upstairs or down you'll have problems with either having your upstairs neighbor walking and creaking over your head or the neighbors below blasting their tv and yelling at each other. I can't even get a pizza delivery here due to "safety concerns". This place is definatly not worth the amount of rent they're asking for.

I am a new resident. I moved in 3 months ago. I don't like the parking, but I love my apartment. I chose these apartments because of the way the property looked daily when I came by and because of how nice and enviting the office staff was each time I came by. My dad told me this was not a good area, but I kept coming by for about 2-3 weeks and finally made my decision and I feel I made the right choice. I have had to put in 1 work order and it was done the next day which was fine with me because where I moved from took months to come out. I have referred several of my friends and co-workers since I moved in. Anyone looking for a nice apartment with a rent amount that is reasonable, should come by these apartments because to me they are the best on this block. Loving my apartment.

Dont move here if u not tryna deal with pests and noise...the first year was cool, u could call them for anything but once u been there a year your classified as a second-class renter...between the roaches, mice, and loud neighbors i dont really know whats worst...do not move here because they dont handle situations good enough to satify their tenants and they really arent concerned about whats going on because they not worried if theyre apartment isnt jeapordized...

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I like it. It's quiet and we have security on the grounds at night and the gates lock at a certain time so people who don't live on the property can't get in. You will not see alot of people hanging out at night. The manager Ms. Shaun is very nice and she always has a smile. Everytime that I have had to call to have something fixed they come and do it right the first time. the rent is reasonable and the apartments are nice inside. This apartment is not "hood" it is run by professionals.

One more thing, I wish we had assigned parking came home from work today and their was no where to park in front of my bldg. I will pay for my parking just to know I have a place to park close to my sidewalk would make me even happier. there are 2 sidewalks by my house but I had to park towards the middle, my cousin lives in the back and she is able to park right in front of her bdrm window.

I have been a resident here at Siena for about 5 years and i have seen mgmt come and go. Northborough is known to be a bad place to live, but i think its what you make it. I stay to myself and havent had any problems. I did not like the maint. at 1st but hired new maint. and they are ok, well now they have hired another maint. I dont know much about him. The office staff is nice most of the time. I think they seem meen to some people when it comes to collecting their rent money. I pay my rent on time, i have been late a few times but the Asst. Mgr worked with me, she even referred me to a company to pay my rent and lights when i lost my job. The manager is okay but she dont have any people skills so she seems rude at times. The apartments overall are nice, i think they are the only property on this street that has working gates. I wish they would do more community activities.

I have lived here for about 5 years and to me they are the best on this street. I have had several different neighbors and i have seen people come and go some good some bad. I am not one to complain, so i keep to myself. I have heard so many rumors at this property, but i personally dont believe in rumors. I have been here since Yolanda was the Assistant Manager and when she became the manager I thought o'lord because she is always so strict. I use to think she was mean but i have been here so long i guess have seen both of her personalities the strict one and the nicer side, lol... i have heard many rumors about her and the assistant but again i dont believe in rumors so i ignor it. i personaly think rumors are started by people who have had some type of run in with them in the office. I like living here never have had any problems even though the area is bad. i think if you stay to yourself you should be okay. The parking sucks because of the pot holes and the kids running around everywhere, i wish we had assigned parking because i hate coming home and not having anywhere to park. The security is okay, i like the fact that the gates work.

The Siena Courtyard Apts are fine and a good place to live. The problem lies with the horrible manager Yolanda Rodriquez..and the lack of customer service skills needed to matain a full capacity place to live. The security is never on time...and is too busy trying to date rather than protect. If I was the owner, I would look into the customer complaints about mgmt. And find someone who will serce the tenants and not self glory. WRH slogan is: we matter....the problem is we dont know if that refers to mgmt or the tenants. I would not refer others, the manager (Jolanda) has no people skills. She needs training on non judgement of others 101 first

Hello!.. Well I am only expressing my opinion and experience living in these apartments. Very good maintenance. Have never had any brake ins, car thefts or anything like that. I love my apartment. Wish I would be able to stay here longer but I must leave due to job. The bad things: No cell signal most of the time. You have to be walking outside to find it lol Small pool, looks like a jacuzzi instead! and kids running outside blocking the driveway but they will move tho lol thats about it. I would recommend it. Oh and the black lady at the front is very nice, since the first time. The -------- lady is alright, a bit too strict I think!

If you treasure your belongings(break-ins), health(embarrassing flying roaches and centipedes), and piece of mind(thugs loitering day and night despite security), pay a little extra outside of the area to be comfortable. The apartment's interiors are actually suitable for a comfortable living environment; however, it is the unforeseen aforementioned problems that have caused me to submit this review. I expected better, but that optimism has become utter disappointment.

These are absolutely horrible. Though they may be the best on Northborough,, they are still horrendous. Apartment has been.broken into multiple times, they try to evict you for personal reasons. The two manager are horrible. I want to call corporate on them. They tell you to leave the office if corporate is there ... Really ? And there are constant bugs. I think I am so used to seeing them I don't notice anymore. Bombed the house multiple times. And its always clean but the bugs reappear. Neighbors are horrible and loud. Drama is everywhere. There is a curfew of ten pm but the manger can have house parties and be loud all night. She gets into everyone's personal business and tries to use it against the lease. They try to evicted people because of guests... They go off of what others tell them. They told me I have to pay a dog fine, and I don't even have a dog. Safest apts on the road and the maintenence is wonderful, but if the office manager wasn't selling weed, and the main manager wasn't just a complete b word then maybe they would be great. Kids love it here. My friend wanted to play with my kid but they can't cause their parents were evicted for being late on rent... So my kid can't have friends ... Ok get new managers who aren't dramatic and it will be great.
