Do'nt Fix Anything an always have dirty water. an lots of roaches an rats

I hate moved my family in this nasty apartments with roaches an rats. i always tell the manger ms. Debra Jamison that my up stairs neighbors are loud and always me an my family up late all the time. its always sewer all over the ground an me my kids got sick from that. This is not a safe appartment complex for anyone because they sell drugs over here. They have alot of roaches a rats an they never fix the problem. the reason i am writing this because i want all of my money back from when i first moved over here. i do not fell save here when i am here by myself when my husband have to Work. when i came home from hospital the floor was wet and I just had my new born baby. Ths security guards are very very scary.

Horrible Manager (Black Lady)

I stayed here for nine months, never been late on my rent. This month (OCTOBER) I GOT LAID OFF OF MY JOB AND COULDNT PAY MY RENT. I DISCUSSED THIS WITH THE MANAGER IN THE OFFICE. OCT, 11 AROUND 11 AM THE MANAGER CAME BY BEATING ON MY DOOR AND ASKED ME "WHERE IS MY RENT MONEY"? BEING RUDE. I TOLD HER IM NOT ABLE TO PAY. SHE SAID WELL YOU NEED TO LEAVE BY NIGHT FALL OR SHE GOING TO PUT A LIEN ON MY PROPERTY AND CHANGE MY LOCKS. NO EVICTION NOTICE WAS SERVED YET. SHE NEVER CAME BACK AFTER. I HAVE A NEWBORN IN MY HAND AND SHE CAN BE SO CRUEL. I UNDERSTAND IM LATE ON RENT BUT THEY WERE MY BEST FRIENDS UNTIL I LOST MY JOB AND UNABLE TO PAY MY RENT. UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED RENT HERE. I DONT RECCOMMEND.

Lazy as Hell

These people dont do any work they have the worst manager and the worst part is I was living there six months and pregnat and I had a wasp nest in my sockets the didnt fix my sink I had mold around my tub and no pantry the steps are slippery there are rapest there and just to damn loud over there.

Bad management, bad pest control and bad security.

Even with a shotgun toting Sheriff walking the complex at night, my apartment was still broken into, along with my automobile.<br><br>I saw literally thousands of roaches during the many times I bombed the place. Of course most hid in the other apartments.<br><br>Drug dealing, gunshots, individuals with subwoofers so loud, your windows vibrate.<br><br>Don't even think about getting anything delivered, Pizza Hut said ---- YOU when I wanted something delivered. They don't want to get killed.<br><br>The water heater either doesn't heat the water at all or heats it so hot it will scald with a single touch.<br><br>People walk around all hours of the night, smoking dope, drinking, and noone seems to care.<br><br>HPD has a sorry --- response time to the entire neighborhood. Why? May you ask? Because it's NORTHBOROUGH, the thuggest damn neighborhood in north houston. I must have seen a dozen dead people at that corner store. The crips and the bloods fight for the rights to sell drugs there.<br><br>And now we have the Katrina people. They make the locals look like River Oaks. Most are felons, but fema doesn't make Linda, the manager run background checks on evacuees.<br><br>Run, RUN FAR WAY.

Wonderful Manager

These apartments are okay. The manager, however is wonderful. She really tries to work with you when you are late and she tries to keep the community busy.

Currently ounder poor management

I could not recommend these apartments to anyone at this time. The management is slow to response. And they are under staff. A resident of over 5 years. This is the worst this is the worst that I have experienced
