The manager and worker in this HOA office thought they have the power over you. They made mistakes, never admitted, unable to correct. For example, they require care giver of a senior to be added to the lease contract. When the care giver refused to do so, the manager threaten the care giver they will not listen to her even she call the office report anything wrong in senior's home. HOA towed her car for the reason never applied to anyone in this apartment complex, which is "no visitor's parking permit" in the beginning of March 2026. This costed care giver $317.20 plus $30 to get her car back. When she went to the office, Mr. Liang, one of the manager, admitted this is a mistake and told the care giver he will do investigation. He never promise to refund the money. It seems they can make mistakes, but they are unable to get it corrected. The victim will pay for their mismanagement. Don't ever move to this apartment complex, if you think you deserve a peaceful and happy life.

We like to live here becuase the manager is exlent, the worker are very nice. Another reason why we like to live at the apartament conplexis because there are many supermarkts close by, and when there is something wrong the workers come very quickly. We have lived here for 5 years and we would not like to move

Louisville maintenance did a great job

This serviced apartment is in a very good location, within walking distance of all the attractions in Dublin. The surrounding restaurants and shopping are very convenient, and the room is clean and tidy with all kinds of living facilities. We brought them back from the supermarket and heated them up to eat. It was very comforting to the Chinese stomach.

I have a great experience with Sun blossom Louisville.

The management and leasing agents are all friendly and very helpful. It's on the bus line and close to elementary schools. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Any issues I have had have been taken care of promptly.

Bad management

This is the worst Apartment complex in Houston! The management Office allow stray people live interior or exterior of the property! Those stray peoples’ urination, defecation, trash dropped everywhere, the stench is overwhelming! The manager Carlos come to the office rarely , I know a lot of residents report and complaint this but no one take cars the case! Kimble (the assistant) told us call 911 to resolve the issue this is not his business! This will be my final feedbacks for this complex, I am absolutely not renew the lease!

The apartment management is horrible ! The old man named Kimble who work in the leasing office is very mean and disrespectful to the tenant no matter talk over the phone or in person! All the staff in the leasing office are extremely rude, every times I go in the office I can hear they yell at the tenant! Also they allow those stray man live interior or exterior of the complex! We paying expansive rent but live like ghettos

The property needs a lot of improvement especially the parking lots. There are a lot of pot holes. There are sometimes problems with the security gates. Security is lacking on the property whereas some vehicles were vandalized and the laundry rooms lack trash cans and tables for folding clothes.

It's a calm and quiet community. I haven't had any problems since I've lived here. The maintenance crew are fast and get the jobs done right and the front office are kind and reasonable and will work with you on whatever issues you may have.

Great Experience. Wonderful Staff.

I enjoy being a resident of the community. Safety is a big concern to me as a Dad of 2 little girls, Staff is very helpful with any needs that may pop up. Maintenance seems well-organized and shows up in a timely manner. The event the other day was really nice and welcoming. Also nice bonus on be able to walk to so many places nearby!

I have been living for more than seven years. A great place, and also management team is nice and helpful. Me, and some residents vehicle’s had stolen catalytic converters last week. We are not safe anymore and also management should be considered more security cameras and night shift security person should be hired as soon as possible. Until now, there is no security personnel on the residential area. I hope everyone safe and happy here. Thank you

I have had an amazing experience in my community (SunBlossom Apartments). I have been a resident of this community for 33 consecutive years. The Office Management Team does an amazing job of informing the tenants of City of Houston changes in services such as the shut off of water suply, changes that affect our services due to inclement weather etc.

Nice service

Staff service is great. The technician Liu did a great job of fixing everything. Once I call them or email them when I need anything, they send the technician immediately to my home. I believe they will make you pleased with their services.
