I hit the jackpot with this apartment complex it's old but very well kept and very quiet clean community. The grass is very well kept and clean they provide valet trash which is a plus! The maintenance are sooo fast and take care of any problems. I renewed my lease so fast.

I have lived at Walden of Westchase for 12 years, and overall, my experience has been very positive. The community is well-maintained, and we have a security officer on-site every night, which adds to the sense of safety. The neighbors are friendly, and the apartment maintenance team is excellent, always responsive and quick to resolve any issues. The only downside I've experienced is that some neighbors do not pick up after their pets, which can be frustrating. Despite this, I would still highly recommend Walden of Westchase for anyone looking for a comfortable and secure living environment.

Buen servicio, bien todo, buen trato, instalaciones limpias. PISCINA limpia al igual que el centro de lavado. Por parte de los trabajadores buen trato, se los recomiendo mucho. Les recomiendo que renten en Walden.

I really like it here, I feel safe which is the most important thing to me, apartments are very roomy, love the 1/1 better now that I moved to one, the landscape is always in good shape, the maintenance staff is extremely fast to show up and fix everything that needs to be taken care of, the office staff is very nice and prompt to help, and we are close to many stores, supermarkets and restaurants, and to commute to my work place.

Good apartment complex with great staff. not many issues although in the summer I do have issues here and there with bugs. Safety could be improved with more cameras or a better security guard. other than that management is great, kind, and responsive

I've been living here for a few years and I'm happy with the living environment Walden at Westchase provides. The front office staff has been very professional and helpful all these years. Maintenance services are always organized at a fast process and they complete any repair needed. The property is in a great location to have access to Beltway 8. I'm happy living here.

Great place to live, nice community, very close to everything; the beltway, restaurants, metro, parks, HCC, bicycle trails, supermarkets, financial centers, churches. I think speed bumps are needed here at Walden of Westchase, because some people refuse to drive slowly. I've had to bad experiences living here with a couple of neighbors, one was stomping on the floor above me and a next door neighbor played loud booming music constantly, no one should have to tolerate such nuisances. Aside from that a very quiet neighborhood.

I like it so far, it's quiet and feels safe. Parking is good, and the complex is clean. Whenever I talk to the office they are cordial and professional. I had an issue and within an hour the issue was fixed & they cleaned up. Now my apartment is perfect.
