The staff here has always been helpful and considerate. Even with the short timeframe I gave them to work with, it was such a carefree and easy process to get my apartment here. They were so caring to help to get a roof over myself and my daughter's head. I have been here well over a year and have loved living here. Residents are very friendly.

It is an excellent community, safe at all times but especially at night it is a place where you can walk freely and quietly. Never since I lived here in 2020 have I had problems with package theft or car damage. The office administrative staff is super friendly, professional and knows how to listen to the tenant and promptly resolve any situation. Mr. Nick from maintenance is excellent and has great knowledge in repair situations as well as leaving everything clean and in order. I recommend this community ??

Great office and maintenance staff. Cares about the happiness of the residents. The residents are also very considerate, friendly, and says hi. I don't use the swimming pool but it's always clean. I don't attend social events but just knowing they exist makes me happier to be part of this warm, close-knit community.

They could do a better job maintaining their units. The ones I visited had this slight smell that smelled like smoke maybe from cigarettes or maybe the unit was just sitting being available for too long. The staff are very friendly and useful.

My experience getting a unit in the Hudson was incredibly quick and efficient. Incredibly nice and helpful staff! The assistant manager was able to help us go from first tour, to new renters in only 4 days.

Nick is the best fix it guy, a genuine good person who makes our lives here better, he always does a great job and is just friendly as can be, you guys have a real winner with Nick, so much so that if you send a different maintenance guy I'm not interested

Excellent and safe community. I even left my car unlocked on several occasions last year and I never missed anything. They clean every day, there is always a grass trimming service. The employees ALL from the office and maintaining are great. We have lived here since 2020. I recommend this community ??

Nice quiet place. Haven't been through summer here, but can't wait. We have two pickleball courts, they are always available. I wish I could play but I got hurt at work. Need quarter washer machines. Otherwise all good.

Rent has increased tremendously lately with new ownership. Some property improvements have been made. It would be nice if it was a gated community for more security but that may not be possible in a small area.

A nice safe environment. Staff very nice and easy to talk with. The apparents are a little pricey for the age but still nice. We have lived here for quite awhile and are happy with The Hudson. Maintenance team with Nick are great.

Very good so far. Some mechanical issues which were promptly repaired when management was notified. Easy access to major roads and freeways. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance or less than a 5 minute drive.

Moving to the Hudson apartments was the best move I could have done. The staff is very professional and friendly. I was pleased on how quickly they responded to a work order I placed. The job was completed within a matter of minutes. The area is quiet and from the tenants I have met so far everyone is very friendly. The only thing I can say that needs improvement at this time is more storage space other than that I'm happy and proud to call the Hudson apartments my home.
