Everything at Grayson Heights was so nice, clean, and made me feel luxurious at a price I could afford! I love the location and it's so close to everything I need. The community itself was spacious and very well designed. They have multiple amenities to cater the needs of every resident. The apartment itself was just what I was looking for, it's spacious, the fixture and appliances are new and modern, and somewhere I can call home. I am very excited to move here soon!

Living at The Residences at Grayson Heights has been really great. There's a lot of different things available to the residents and it's extremely close to everything downtown. When I go running, I can be at the Pearl in under 10 minutes.

I just moved here. Everything is so amazing! The location is quaint and close to downtown. I feel very secure with the gate system and key fobs. All staff are friendly and respectful, they seem to really care about their residents.

The front office staff is friendly. The property hosts events for residents that truly give back and make it a fun time for all that live here. I wish I was notified of the noise in the area prior to moving in as it would have changed my decision. Because of the property's location in front of the Fort Sam base, cannons are launched and fired every morning, on weekends, and trumpets are heard loudly in the middle of night around 10-11 PM. The cannons are very loud; you could confuse it with the sound of a bomb and/or explosion, which is not favorable to those who struggle with PTSD.

This is such a welcome change from my previous complex. Staff is very attentive and friendly, and answered all of my questions. They made me feel welcomed and actually excited about renting there. The place is very well kept and in a very central location, with easy access to thanks to it being close to the freeway. However, the location still feels peaceful enough. Decor and layout is great! Can't wait to start decorating!

Requiring someone to write a paragraph about the apartment complex is very annoying after spending 10 minutes answering questions. This is an unnecessary waste of time, and would not be doing it, except for the fact that I already spent 10 minutes answering questions.
