Very easy move in process, apartment complex is clean and organized. The management staff is super friendly and communicative. The location of this apartment complex is also very convenient, you can get to down town pretty quickly. Also you can get to shopping establishments within 5-10 minutes. Overall a very pleasant experience thus far.

Management is very kind and super helpful! Rick helped me when I toured the property for the first time and when I moved in. The move-in process was very smooth and I had no issues upon arrival to my unit. I also appreciate how clean the entire property is.

Loving the community. Been at Residences on Grayson, two months so far. I enjoy, what they have to offer. Possibly may stay there long term. I enjoy the excercise room, game room and swimming pool.

Rick was vert professional and communicated clearly with my husband and I. We're typically very picky and have high standards of living in terms of noise, cleanliness, safety, and distance to our jobs. Additionally, the rent is affordable with the specials included. Very excited to start living here in September 2025.

So far, everyone has been so nice and ready to help us with anything we need. We absolutely love the amenities, I like going to the sky lounge to get a bigger view of the city and the pool is very nice despite being small. Even though we only moved in three weeks ago, we're looking forward to renew the lease next year.

I just moved in but the move in process was so smooth. I was given my keys and mailbox keys, I was told where would be the best place to park for movers to access the stairs. I was informed of the safety officer that patrols the residential area which gave a sense of safety. The area is a great location to the Pearl, it's close enough but far enough as well to be away from all the traffic of the Pearl.

Downtown in general isn't the nicest at times, but this location was very nice. Parking garage and gates make you feel safe. The property itself is brand new and almost every unit has its perks. A great place to move into if looking for a new place downtown.

Overall a wonderful community and generous staff the complex is clean and kept up to date and your within minutes of everything San Antonio has to offer. I've toured and been to couple complex's and by far this one is the best with what it has to offer from the amenities to it's units being up to date the price matches what it has to offer you.

I've been living in this apartment for several weeks now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The unit itself is modern, clean, and filled with natural light. The layout is spacious and well-designed, making it easy to feel at home right away. The amenities are a huge plus?especially the fitness center, pool, and on-site parking. The building is quiet and well-maintained, and I always feel safe thanks to the secure entry system.

Poor management

Nice property and amenities. With terrible manager. I’m being charged for a fee when I was not able to move in on their desired day, They changed my move-in date multiple times due to construction, manager not being on property and the one time that I got ill with Covid and not able to move in they give me an ultimatum by certain date or else I would lose my apartment. so I ended up going with a different property to find out months later I’m being charged $1400 for not moving in. And on top they send it to collection and my co-signer was changed to an occupant and he was sent to collections

Great community, loved the gym! Associate was very knowledgeable and eager to help us find the perfect option for our needs. It is still under construction but the common areas looked great. I can't wait to see it when it is completed!
