Since I moved here I have not have any kind of issues. The complex is kept clean; maintenance is great; landscape is good and I really don't know my neighbors but this building is always very quiet with no problems.

Awesome Apartments very quiet and peaceful I really enjoyed living at this apartment very quiet and clean everyone are very friendly I don't really have any problems since I live at this apartment complex I recommend anyone to live at this apartments .

So far, I am pleased I moved here. This is a small community on the southside of San Antonio. The apartments are spacious and they keep the grounds well-maintained. Apartment Manager and maintenance personnel seem friendly and knowledgeable. There is an occasional problem with pigeons roosting with the accompanying droppings in the breezeway but they try to keep it clean with sweeping and power-washing. Plenty of storage space.

Salem Creek is a nice and quiet community with spacious sized apartments. The washer and dryer connections are a big plus. If there is a problem with anything in the unit, the maintenance request is processed immediately. I feel safe in my apartment home.

The lady in charge (n name to protect her privacy) was kind and helpful. The maintenance man was also a nice guy who was helpful. Unfortunately the high rent increase in order to renew my lease caused me to move.

Been living here since 2015 ,I love how every time I have an issue it gets fixed.I love how it's always quite and none of the neighbors bother us and you hardly ever see ur neighbors very quite.I love living here.Its home.

Most horrible experience and living conditions. False advertising such as no permit for their pool. No Video surveillance as stated. Items have gotten stolen from our cars outside and so forth. I can't wait for my lease to end

My experience here so far has been excellent. The manager (Betty) she is great! always helpful with everything she gets back to you always, maintenance man always working and keep up with the property He gets the work orders done in a promptly manner.

Not good they stall to fix or get anything that you need fixed , I was charged 300 dollars to move downstairs because my husband had a stroke when I moved in the dishwasher was full of water I told the person in the office she didn't do anything about it so we just drained it our selfs because it started to smell , the screen in the balcony is to small still haven't gotten one that fits , I wouldn't be here but had no luck finding a house.

Small, quiet community on the southside of San Antonio adjacent historical missions and San Antonio River parks. It's been comfortable and enjoyable. Neighbors are friendly while respecting privacy. A mix of elderly tenants as well as young, small families. No pet issues aside from energetic small breeds barking once in a while. It has been a pleasant transition from a house to apartment living (due to a divorce) and I could recommend them. My only concern is minor and that's the occasional lack of convenient parking when residents have visitors-but that's just typical apartment living, I suppose. Salem Creek is worth close consideration.

I wished that I could say better things about my four years going on 5 but I don't have any. I have been left without water over the weekend due to an error. Maintenance shut me off along with the apartment that was having a major water leak. I called to complain and get that restored but I was met with deaf ears. I and three children plus my partner were left to fend on our own. We had to inconvenience family and use their shower. We also got water from them to fill up the tub to later use to flush the toilet. Ever since I moved in I had Hvac problems and a bandage was placed on it. Never fully fixed. Hot summers were spent some without a window unit, some with that unit and my large fans running. Other times I had to stay in a hotel. But all paid my rent on time. Answering service is not worth whatever they are spending to retain their services. I stayed because I kept saying that it was going to get better, sigh. It never came but God is good and I got to close on my home so I'm moving out. I was told that I would be rated on my cleanliness only not on carpet damage let's find out.

The thing I like about this I don't have trouble with my Neighbors and they always say hello when they see you and it's quiet and clean people respect if someone finds something they post a note to see if someone there lost it nice place

I'm very satisfied living here, in fact this is the second time i have returned to live here..for the most part I feel safe. I never have issues, as far as any insect or rodents no issues here..it is so convenient to Stores. Restaurants and to down town..very quiet. And a major reason I would recommend Salem Creek is during the winter storm in 2021 our electricity never got turned off and the water for a very short time I appreciated that to the fullest
