Why am I being made to write 201 characters when I have already selected my responses? What if I only wanted to write a short comment saying that I liked living here? What if I did not want to write a comment? IT is very annoying to force people to take the time to write something with a minimum number of characters.

I have been a resident for many years now. I’ve experienced many of the situations that might arise in a rental environment. That would include maintenance issues, renovations, and other concerns. In every case, the staff was professional and courteous, making for an agreeable residence. .

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful from the beginning. If I've ever had an issue, people help very quickly. I feel very safe in this complex and enjoy the convenience of all that surrounds. It is a nice upgrade from other complexes in the area.

Overall great community and amenities. The staff and maintenance aspect have been very impressive. It’s also a very dog friendly community. Access to many places for shopping and errands close by, but still maintains a secluded atmosphere.

Venterra's staff has been wonderful and very responsive to concerns. When I said I thought we had discussed vinyl plank flooring for the common rooms instead of carpet, they sent a team over within a week and got the flooring changed even though I had already moved in!

This is a truly beautiful complex. I was drawn to it because of being an animal lover and having my three dogs, but I've just continued to be impressed with everything else about this place. I've only had one emergency ever happen in my time staying here (ceiling leaking water) and it was resolved within the next 48 hours, weekly lawn maintenance, consistent trash schedule, the kitchen and bathroom remodels that truly upgraded the feel of the home, how spacious the apartments are and how much freedom we get in decorating. I could really go on but I don't want this to sound like it's a paid review. Any time someone I know is moving, I recommend them looking into Venterra Living, and Ventana itself. The maybe one small complaint I could see people making us the occasional ambulance off in the distance since we're located near the medical center, but that's seriously it.

It’s beautiful, every day I’m thankful I live here. I’m so happy to call this place home. It’s my safe place and makes me so happy. The trees and all the nature surrounding this little area makes you forget you’re in the middle of the city. It comforts you in a way that only nature can.

Been living at Ventana apartments going on 6 years. Great place to call home super awesome leasing and maintenance staff. Work orders are completed within 2 to 24 hours. Very well lit up, clean, super quiet and safe.

The office and maintenance staff Rock !! The community is clean and quiet ! They have tons of amenities, with a food truck every week. Lots of events and close to everything . Very pet friendly also. Updated and stylish apartments .

Great property all the way around! I’m thrilled to have signed a lease for another year!! I know people that live in newer “luxury “ apartments in various locations throughout the city and all of them have various complaints, and issues. The management at those properties may be average at best, but certainly not as responsive as Ventana. Maintenance is quick, knowledgeable, and respectful.

Mostly positive, there has been only one issue worthy of comment that was our mailbox door being broken and left open so that our mail was taken / fallen out. We submitted a maintenance request for it and hopefully it will be fixed soon.

It has been great so far just a couple of tough moments with the office and getting update calls from them. Overall everyone is nice and courteous but for major problems at the households it seems like things could be taken more serious and with more priority.

Quiet community, great location. Rent is very high compared to other apartment complexes. Hopefully they lower the rent. Other than high rent, it’s a decent community with nice pool and quiet. Everyone is polite.

If you need a place to stay, apply, but beware... they're expensive. There have been people who have gotten their cars broken into and stolen... a lot of times the gates get stuck open throughout the night, so anyone can come in... and HAVE COME IN. Car ports need work and need post protection (bumpers) so you won't scratch your car trying to park in the small spaces, next to another vehicle who maybe parked crazy, garbage disposal is the loudest I've ever heard and have been told that it's fine... recycle bin is mostly locked for some reason, so we're forced to place recycle on the floor outside the bin where raccoons can dig in...bridge in my area needs work... have mentioned this before... etc etc.

Peaceful and quiet. Sometimes it feels like we’re in a little oasis. There’s plenty of food and entertainment within walking distance too. The community is friendly while also keeping to themselves so it’s a good place for an introvert.

Noise- I live in front of the main busy street where cars come in and out of the complex. So I hear a lot of cars, school buses, and especially the dumpster truck picking up the garbage. Other than that, I'm satisfied with Ventana service with residents.
