I Relocated in year 2021 & was referred to 2200 Columbia Pike for a suggestion of residence. I decided to rent. Reasons; the building is well kept as far as clean & sanitized. Neighbors are very friendly and some will assist when needed. My apartment has a balcony view which is a beautiful of DC, MD & VA. Spacious Apartments! My only down fall if needed to complain would be the laundry room needs to be kept more (unclean & unmanaged). Fitness rooms needs to stay "locked" at all tines. Parking has gotten much better with the new rules. Over all I will give it a "8"

The best community ever and the best people working in the front desk in Management and in Maintenance. Everyone is so courteous and what they tell you is what they actually do the apartment is perfect. The maintenance is perfect. Everybody is smiling at you and they even show that they are worried if you say that oh my God, for example, my dog is sick for example so they are the best and I think they need a promotion. Not a promotion they are the best and I'm not saying that because I like them only but because I've been looking for an apartment for two months and everybody almost 90% of the people that I met are not so professional and kind and nice. Essence and Denisha are the best they welcome everybody with the best smile they try to help you in anyway you want destiny is the same thing. I can't even imagine that I was so lucky to find.

This was a nice place when seeking to find a new place to live. However, upper management has failed at being personable and available. Maintenance staff is lacking the follow through on requests. The owners need to replace the water heater and elevators due to constant breakdowns.

It's a nice place to live in. It's accessible to a lot of thing like pharmacies, grocery stores and restaurants. It's very convenient for public transportation. The neighborhood schools are very nice.

A well-managed building recently upgraded with double pane windows, new hall carpeting and remake of hallways, laundry room, and outdoor party/cooking facilities. Has all amenities. Efficient maintenence staff with quick response times. Very courteous front desk staff. Have lived here 49 years.

Excellent place to live and very convenient as it is 10 minutes walking distance from work . I will not move for years if the rent does not increase a lot. Staff and custodians are very friendly and polite. Great environment close to everything, Very luxurious and clean place to live. Administration is very competent. Apartments are very spacious with huge windows, are renovated and include a nice size balcony and plenty of storage. Free coffee, utilities, parking, and storage for my bike! Bus right across the building that take you to the metro.

Good so far but the rent keeps going up on an average that is very high. The elevator is almost down everyday. The ac in summer does not cool very good. Staff is nice and respectful. Some gym equipments are dated.

Unfortunately not very positive. The lack of maintenance staff and response when work tickets are submitted is not pleasing. The lack of attention to the building. Graffiti, broken door at garage, and overall lack of management.
