Staff is not helpful and problems will arise

I have had great difficulty dealing with the staff at the Clarendon. They are not responsive with returning calls and we have had work orders in for months that have not been answered. Their front desk called me back the other day to ask why she had my name on her note pad and my number. I had called 10 minutes prior leaving a message for the manager. I have called the manager 3 times today after she had promised to return my call 3 days ago. I have yet to hear from her. After a full year of living at the Clarendon I have met numerous people who are unsatisfied. The location can't be beat but that is the only desirable thing this apartment complex has to offer. On top of my frustrations of this week, we had a leak our first week, we have had lights out and not replaced for months and months and I have had people enter my apartment without knocking to check on the leak or other various things. I loved living in this area but if I were you, go with a different building.

While your stay was many years ago, we want to acknowledge your feedback and let you know that management and ownership transitioned in August 2025. Since then, we ve implemented significant improvements to maintenance responsiveness, staff training, and overall resident services to ensure a professional and comfortable living experience. We cannot change past experiences, but we encourage past and prospective residents to see the positive changes and enhancements that have been made to Clarendon since then. The Clarendon Team
