I feel at home in my apartment & have made many friends since March until now. Appreciate the breakfasts, happy hour, and other events you have - good for morale of large community. Appreciate food trucks when I don’t want to cook. Love how clean Rosie keeps common areas so clean/nice when only one person. Elevators and all!! Appreciate staff, but still waiting for proper shower head -can’t reach up to existing one & need the hose to reach seat & clip on near middle. Dean said getting. Therapy says I need this to help me not fall. Joe has install what he had, but too high to reach. I can order if need be for had one at my house. Over all, I appreciate efforts, but would like a shower vs basin. Thanks

Would like to have the ability to access Comcast or a similar television provider. The White Sky programming is poor, I lose television service whenever there is a weather related incident. For instance, this morning a resident asked if my television was working, I have the same issue as she, "No signal". The only channels accessible are the ShowTime and TMC, all other are out!

I enjoy being in this community. Staff is excellent, friendly. Community is friendly. Enjoy yoga and strength , Balance classes. Coaches are very friendly, knowledgeable, and make the classes to come and join everybody.

Okay . The apt is good sizes & the maintenance has been good. I don’t like to be presented with things the the apartment is offering to its tenants & gradually take those amenities away along with increasing the rent. The management has been advised on the upkeep of the yard, but elects to just let it go. The security of the building is not the best with all the illegals coming across the border. Needs I say any more?

I had a water leak coming from my kitchen ceiling due to the water left running in sink from the apartment above. It was after hours emergency, and Joe Royster was here within 10 minutes to identify and resolve the leaking problem. A few days later I submitted another request to repair/repaint the ceiling. The painters did a great job, and I was super impressed with how well they cleaned up. The woman was even on her hands and knees cleaning my kitchen floor of any dust which may have come from the sanding. It now looks like nothing ever happened!

I have lived at Everleigh since it opened and am amazed that it was marketed as luxury apartment homes and amenities. This was a lovely CONCEPT ONLY ! Unfortunately, it never materialized. Materials used are the cheapest available and the building workmanship is substandard. Appliances, plumbing, security system, pool, audio/ visual, amenities…you name it- and it’s falling apart. Maintenance cannot even pretend to keep up with non-working requests. Pool doesn’t work and has not been cleaned in over a year. The residents themselves plan and implement activities…Everleigh allows outside companies to come in to market to residents and lists these as “activities”. No planned activity other than resident lead. A social hour once per week. Everleigh cannot keep a manager and currently does not have one. Same with maintenance people. I am activity touring other 55+ communities and as soon as a competitor community is available, I will move. Writing letters, emails and maintenance requests grows very tiresome.

Inside areas are well maintained and clean. Outside grounds need improvement- grass frequently gets too high and the beds need attention. Often it is hard to tell what are weeds and what are supposed to be ornamental grass.

I have enjoyed living at Everleigh. There are not enough carts for groceries. At least 50% of the time there are no carts available for groceries. I have had to walk to the opposite end of the building to get a cart to take groceries to my apartment. I have asked for more carts to be purchased but I was told there are enough which clearly there are not!

I love living here. However I don't know why they can't keep the staff from quitting and why they can't keep their paperwork straight. I went through this insurance business and they keep saying I don't have insurance, then they bill me, even when I have my insurance sent to them from my Allstate Agent and I take. My copy and give it to them.

Since moving here I feel Greystar is not truthful or interested in the community. The increase in rent is the major reason for residents move. There are many residents that are here that need assistance in one way or the other.

Love the residents. Lots of activities. Cleaning is good. Resident just got robbed and no one Specified it was us! Maintenance man Dean does not do what he should for residents. He didn’t call restoration company when I had flood. He said he cut drywall down to check on mildew but he didn’t. He was really messy. Paint was on mirror and door in bathroom. Would not have electrical outlet that got wet checked . We haven’t had office people for weeks since the girls who were pregnant. I want to continue living there I really love it but having better maintenance would be wonderful. Also office people there to help.

This place is going downhill fast. Security is non-existent (trash room doors remain wide open hours after trash picked up, front doors often broken, people walk in who don’t belong here). Someone apparently recently walked into mailroom to play on computers to off colored websites. An apartment was broken into and still security cameras do not work ( no one replaced batteries) & addition cameras were supposed to be put up months ago and still not. Office staff is either playing games or their phones or complaining about each other and/other residents. The entire place needs a complete overhaul and put professional people in charge here. More & more people are tired of high rent and low quality and looking elsewhere to live. For these prices should be higher quality and feel safe in this community.

I’m not happy with some of the office staff. Some of them have a condescending attitude towards the residents and are not prompt in their response time to requests and/or concerns from the residents. This has been a common complaint. Overall I am pleased with Everleigh and Graystar.

Some Intolerant & Impatient Ignorant Everleigh Short Pump Tenants/Residents who just do NOT respect others’ boundary’s & rights! SHOCKING! Everleigh Short Pump attracts some residents who are disrespectful of others rights to privacy! You need psychological skills & much patience to navigate the uncomfortable waters of dealing with some of these residents! Move to the side when a person or people exit elevators & stop bothering, stop making comments to especially female residents. MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS! Everleigh Short Pump Greystar 55+ needs to include classes to educate residents on acceptance, inclusion & tolerance! MORE & MORE RESIDENTS we have noticed are MOVING OUT OF Everleigh Short Pump due to HARASSMENT ISSUES & REFUSALS BY GREYSTAR MANAGEMENT STAFF to intervene in resident to resident incidents! Conveniently Greystar refuses to install cameras in common areas which is threatening the safety of residents! AVOID ALL GREYSTAR PROPERTIES INCLUDING EVERLEIGH SHORT PUMP 55+ APARTMENT HOMES!

Everleigh is a nice place to live. Community has amazing residents and it’s very convenient to shopping and restaurants. I do wish there would be some new landscaping as well as a dog park. There is no source to outside water so making it difficult to wash a car, or use water in any way outdoors. Have never seen this in any community I’ve lived in.

I have little if nothing to say to her, because of her demeaning attitude and her constantly saying if you ask her a question, she says “She’s the boss, and what she says goes, or read your lease,what I say goes.”

Misleading, A Disappointing Experience

Facility is lovely & well-kept. The staff is okay & hopefully will improve. Tenants~it depends. A few tenant encounters giving us the evil eye! Facility is NOT monitored as there are NO CAMERAS so therefore some tenants or visitors to the gym are intimidating & harassing tenants using the gym causing them to vacate the gym.
