I like living here. It is super convenient to have the Harris Teeter right here and lots of little restaurants! The account management has been a bit confusing, but the leasing office is very helpful in responding to questions. The unit is in great shape and I love the quiet little community here.

Great location, great staff, excellent amenities, it's close to a metro station and being so close to two different grocery stores is very convenient. Apartments are very clean and very spacious and you get a lot for what you're paying!

From the moment we stepped into The Point, we knew it would be perfect for us. The leasing team is so helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe and move in was a breeze. Our apartment is spacious and everything we were looking for. Don't hesitate choosing this community!

Although my experience in this community has been very limited because I only just moved in, I can say that so far the community seems quiet and peaceful. The leasing staff are courteous and professional. Courier services are able to deliver to the onsite amazon locker.

Love that the apartment is within walking distance of the Metro and I feel very safe taking my dog out in the middle of the night. The apartment is very clean and quiet. The staff is attentive with any maintenance issues.

I have been living here since the year of 2022. I have not had any serious or notable issues since living here. This is a mostly quiet community. Sometimes there are issues with the parking garage door but these are handled promptly.

Great location! Pet friendly! Close to Metro, restaurants, Reston Town Center is a short drive. Friendly staff, maintenance is top notch. Handle maintenance issues quickly and efficiently, always greet with a smile.

The Point at Monroe is a great quiet apartment complex with a mostly friendly community and even friendlier staff! They all care deeply for the residents here and communicate very well and effectively with each tenant. They don't host too many social events but are doing their best to engage the community. There are quite a few amenities including an onsite pool, fitness center, garage parking (covered and uncovered), valet trash, as well as an Amazon locker room for larger packages. The buildings are both very secure and have more recently been repainted and carpet replaced. My only cons are that you cannot opt out of the valet trash or parking payments and you must provide renters insurance. I also have a service animal that they were more than happy to accommodate on my lease agreement.

Great, well kept community. If you are new to the area its a wonderful place to live as you transition into NOVA. Lots of parks and trails nearby if you like outdoors or have children. Good for work from home since community is relatively quiet.

Clean & quite with secure parking, we enjoy the grounds and amenities along with it's central location. The layout and size of the apartment was just what we were looking for, plus very dog friendly. The staff is courteous and friendly.

It has been a very good experience. Very convenient location to both public transit and shipping. View is nice, it's quiet at night with good amenities and excellent and speedy maintenance staff. No complaints.

The experience has been very positive for 16 years. Recently, someone has been playing an electric bass/drums or has a machine that does this. Everyday I hear this sometimes beyond 9pm. It is terribly annoying. They should buy a pair of headphones.

Communication with the leasing office was great throughout the move-in process and Nadab was extremely helpful. Moved in a week ago and don't have any complaints so far. Good location and not too far from the metro.

The one bedroom model I was shown was beautiful. Great location. Only negative thing I would say is you have to pay a monthly fee to park. I feel like that's unnecessary. The rent and all other utilities you must pay are high enough that I don't think you should have to pay to park your car as well.

It was a good process to rent, Shepherd Bratton always responded very fast and cordially whenever I had a question. You feel safe here, there is always parking and of course the walkable Harris teeter. Maintenance is very fast and the trash is always picked up. Overall great place to live!

Everyone has been so nice and helpful since I moved here. When I had a maintenance issue, it was quickly resolved. The only thing that I wish was different, which isn't that big of a deal, is for the free coffee hours to be longer/they didn't end and for them to provide cups.

Love the community. It's very close to grocery store, Harris Teeter. Restaurants in the complex Moby Dicks, Manhattan Pizza, Biriyani Point & Sushi. The apartment has garage parking, fitness center and pool. Interior front doors like you're in a hotel, free morning coffee and Ion water dispenser. Absolutely gorgeous place to live.

Only came in for a review of a 1B/1B but was very content with the appearances and support provided by the front office. Amenities, common areas and hall were all clean and orderly. Very quiet as well, may be the time of day. The parking was a bit confusing at first, but clarification by Nadab helped, and he was exceptional in answering all of my many questions or offering follow up for more insight.

After living here for some time now, I feel like I have a good grasp of everything. To this day, I still have no complaints. When it comes to maintenance issues, they get fixed very quickly. From the dryer/washer to even lights needing to be replaced, everything gets done. My apartment is very spacious, great for 1 to 2 people and it's very quiet all around. There's also plenty of great walking paths for those with dogs. One thing im very big on are rats/mice/roaches. Thank goodness that I have not found a single one. So the place is incredibly clean. You might see a fly or an ant here and there, but luckily, nothing that cant be dealt with easily. All in all, it's a great place to live in. If you need me to say one bad thing, it's just the distance from the parking garage to certain rooms. Why? Groceries. So make sure to get yourself a cheap dolly to make it easy on yourself.

Everything happened quickly. literally i did the application ,and two days later i was moving in. the management sfaff were very efficient and helpful before and after the process. the location is perfect, it has restaurant, grocery stores, gym, etc, a just minutes away from the apartment. 100% recommended
