The complex is really nice but it would would be better if the residents would stop putting trash all by dumper on ground and if the townhouses had assigned parking because the out town guest always park in front of your door they do not use the overflow parking so it would be good to have signs up for the guest to park only most community have that because the residents are paying there rent and then they come home and have no parking in front of there townhose it's just not right so they really need to do something about the parking

Gracias a dios hubo una se?ora que era morenito que me atendi? y muy buena ella..... pero siempre hay una ispana que trabaja ah? y ella no le gusta ayudar a uno ....pero los apartamentos son muy espaciosos y muy bonitos.. les recomiendo que cuando vayan a la oficina mejor ablen con las dos morenitas que atienden ah?....uno con traductor les entiende y ellos a uno.....

The management is excellent and courteous. Move in was explained and easy. Love my apartment it was clean and ready for me to move in. No issues or dissatisfaction. Area is quiet and neat. Excellent .

Grounds are well kept. You have a safe feeling when waking the grounds. All types of shopping are conveniently located Walmart ,Target, malls, shopping clubs. Medical facilities are around the corner. A variety of food stores are in a 2 mile area Food Lion, Krogers and Publics. Easy and convenient place to live.

The apartments are nice and the neighborhood seems safe. However, they don't respond very quickly when it comes to fixing any issues. I was told that because my apparent was transferred, there was not much that could be done.

It' is ok I wish my apartment could be renovated. I have an old appliances and carpet needs to patio door is so hard to open and close I don't want to go out I first moved in they were supposed to fix it,not yet.??????????

Good , parking is good, apartment orientation is good, but the rates are same for All, someone pay less but some pay more. Others issues is good, utilities are good and on time, power is good for me. Cleaning outside is also good

From the beginning the stuff get to know the tenants the place was clean and inviting since is the very first homes to see when you enter, its always clean. Its in the center of town although needs improvement.

This community is very quiet the staff is friendly and all of your questions are answered in a fashion that you can understand. Grocery stores,scoold, and much more are very close. I recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a beautiful quiet place to live.

The maintenance is very slow at getting to work orders. I don't know if they are overworked, but I can see that they have become lackadaisical im their job duties. I would recommend hiring more workers and maybe focus on training.

Apartments are old and maintenance is sometimes slow to fulfill service calls. Noise level is minimal which is good. We had major issues with the pool this year and the hours were cut drastically, very disappointing.

My family and I enjoy living in this community. We love being close to schools and shopping. We have visited most of the restaurants and we enjoy the emnities of our apartment home. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

So far so good, staff is very helpful, so really don't have any problem with them as of yet. Just a few works need to be done in regards to surrounding , for example cleaning up the walk ways and step leading to each door
