Quiet and peaceful place to live. Maintenance and office staff are prompt and courteous. I feel very safe in this apartment community. The parks and the pools are a plus especially If you have children. Overall great place to live.

I haven't had any issues since I came to this community. I love my current neighbors and feel safe. When I first moved in this community I lived at Sagebrush Trail. and once I upgraded it was even better. The only suggestion is I wish the townhouses had no carpet downstairs. This is the only thing I would change about my apartment.

I love my neighborhood. People seem to get along and are considerate of each other. My only two complaint is the condition of the common spaces (stairwells and landings.) They're dirty and kind of gross.

The move in process was quick and easy. It's affordable and in a great location. Very family friendly. Lots of kids and schools that are close by. Many places to eat nearby. Parking has been a plus since we've been here! No reserved spots and your visitors can stay overnight without any towing penalties.

Horrible since day one there have been numerous issues. They have roaches and despite the fact that they sprayed 3 times they are still everywhere. My appliances either simply not work or leak everywhere. It takes forever for maintenance to come and you have to pretty much threaten them with legal action to get someone out here.

Generally quiet and I've had no security issues. The unit is old and the floors squeak badly. I can hear every step my neighbors make. I've have had repeated issues with rain coming in the back door. Every time it rains, I have to leave a towel at the door.

Had a great experience moving in. It was very clean and ready for us to move in. There were a few minor issues that we are still trying to get fixed (with little response from management) but overall think it's a pretty good community.

I really enjoy the area we are close to all grocery stores and restaurants . I didn't enjoy all the changes that went on doing the Covid 19 ! I think they could gave you the choice how you want to pay your rent and what affordable for me! I really don't know any of the staff since they changed property Management!We don't have that one on one like they have any personal relationship with there tenants now!

Very good place to live at, close to everything I need and at a walkable distance! Very nicely set up and beautiful apartment. The only problem is having to hook up my washer to the kitchen sink but other then that I love it!!!

Lived here before & never had really any issues with things being fixed, or fixed in timely fashion. But since coming back, don't get me wrong really like Villages of West Laurel, that's why came back. But to move in apartment paying what I am paying & to have appliances, toilets, mirrors, etc...Not up par is very dissapointing & frustrating, especially when that item is still not working or replaced, especially when told that they would be from time moved in. Disappointed.

I live in the only house on the property. The house if very old and is not updated like the apartment buildings are. It is also not maintained as the apartment buildings are such as the grass is never properly cut.

COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED RESIDENT...MY PROBLEMS STAYED IN DECEMBER NOT EVEN A MONTH AFTER MOVING IN I HAD A LEAK IN MY KITCHEN AND ALSO MY BATHROOM. IT'S NOW THE END OF MARCH AND I'VE STILL FOR THE ISSUE. NOT ONLY THAT, A HOLE WAS CUT INTO MY BATHROOM AND HASN'T BEEN COVERED YET AND ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS LATER. MY KITCHEN LIGHT HAS AN ELECTRONIC SHORTAGE THAT KEEPS BLOWING THE BULB AND THAT HASN'T BEEN REPLACED YET.

The office staff of The Villages at West Laurel are knowledgeable of the property and ensured my application process was as smooth as possible, despite the hindrances of the pandemic. I moved here from Chesterfield County and I can safely say this is the best decision I made moving to such a safe, reliable and secure location such as this property!

Look at the back of some of the apartments it looks like a trash dump. When I first moved in there were several things wrong. Maintenance man came in and fixed the issues again and again but never fixed them. I stopped calling them and I'm just living with the issues. They do absolutely nothing about the noise. If you have a neighbor late at night that starts being loud they refuse to do anything about it. They ask them about it and they say no and that's the end of that. They also charged me a $100 dollars for trash being beside the dumpster. The dumpster was full is why it was outside the dumpster. I was still charged $100. I never put trash beside the dumpster. I always put it in the trash unless it's full. They still charged me $100.
