Overall, my experience living at the Point at Dunn Loring is satisfactory. Super-friendly and diligent staff and a variety of decent amenities provide a joyful life here. Nonetheless, I hope this apartment takes more care of cleaning the hallways.

Stress-free move because of helpful lease consultant and appropriate documentation due diligence. Everyone has been always available to support in any way including the front-desk and the person who answers the phone for last-minute requests. The place is a one-stop shop, everything is available nearby; the metro bus/train, grocery center Harris Teeter, food chains, fitness centers, etc. You pay for convenience and this place is very convenient.

The apartment complex is well-maintained, with clean facilities and excellent management. The leasing office staff and maintenance team are incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Their proactive approach and willingness to help make living here a pleasant experience. From move-in to day-to-day requests, the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel comfortable and supported. The staff at the Point at Dunn Loring is extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone here works well together and do their best to ensure you're happy and comfortable. The community is very secure and the residents are friendly.

Very safe and close to everything. Staff is very nice and helpful! I love the fact that there is a gym in the building and pool! The metro station is right across so you have easy way to get to Dc and back.

Great location next to shops and restaurants. Clean complex with a terrific maintenance team. Security is ok but cameras are needed. Events are scheduled ever now and then which is nice. Would recommend staying here.

Location of the apartment complex is great. My new apartment has a garden view which is absolutely great. I had some noise issues during the day but I haven't noticed anything after 10pm. Leasing office was very helpful and the concierge team is always great and caring. Love the amazon lockers for my orders.

The leasing office is great. The maintenance team is really efficient and works really hard to get everything fixed as quickly as possible. Things do tend to break a lot though, and if maintenance can't fix it quickly (elevators, garage gates) then they can go unfixed for days, weeks, or six months.

Great move in process and overall very satisfied with the apartment. The neighborhood is very nice and has literally everything you would need. The office staff are nice and helpful whenever you need anything.

The apartment community was conveniently located across from the Dunn Loring Metro station. We had an excellent tour and were impressed by the amenities, particularly the gym. We look forward to signing a lease.

I just moved in, but so far this place has been great. It offers a ton of convenience between the grocery store and shops below along with the direct Metro access to get into the city. Not to mention, the apartment itself is great and spacious.

The move in was great - cleaning staff and maintenance are excellent. Just be aware you are in the city - so noise during the day is common (unless you are facing the courtyard or pool). At night though it's very quiet and I hardly ever hear my neighbors (side to side nor above and below). For most people this place will be considered very clean or clean enough. It's an older building - some appliances are a bit cheap - but if you're not paying Buzzuto prices - then that is to be expected in NOVA. The people seem friendly enough - most people keep to themselves. As a young woman (who is also a minority) - I feel safe and respected, which I think is also important when in comes to finding an enjoyable community.

The staff are very professional, friendly and maintenance orders have been completed in a timely manor. I feel safe in the building and the amenities and apartment complex are kept clean. Great location and easy metro access.

I really enjoyed the moving in process and the staff was super nice and available. Once I moved in the apartment was clean and exactly like I was shown. There were no surprises:) The neighbours are quiet and pleasant. Moreover the rent is pretty competitive for the area.

The apartment that my boyfriend and I moved into had a lot of natural light and space. We enjoy the new appliances and amenity features. The neighborhood around us has everything you need within walking distance as well as the metro for commuting.

The management company staff are courteous, professional, and warm . They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and answer all your questions. I wanted to paint accent walls in my apartment before I moved in, and the management staff worked with me to facilitate that.

I like living at The Point of Dunn Loring. Cozy, clean apt, with updated kitchen appliances, responsive management. Great amenities like a gym, club room and pools and a friendly community. I also feel safe here.

So far the move has been easy, it would be great to have more security and cameras visible, especially in the evening around the apartment to ensure feeling safer in the surrounding areas. Parking has been easy to find, but I labels in the garage may be useful on the columns or pillars.

I like this neighborhood and love the apartment as well. I don't like the noise from the buses constantly coming and going but thats part of being in the neighborhood and facing towards the main street. There is a more of crowd in the morning and the signal takes too long too open. Otherwise its a nice location next to harris teeter helps a lot too. There is a bunch of food places and i love being close to all the major locations like DC and tysons.

Leasing office was responsive and made the process easy. Moving in was also seamless with the loading docks and elevators. Apartments were in great condition and the location is fantastic. Located near the metro but cant hear it which is great. Cant wait to see what this place is like when the weather is better.

Very Professional staff. Always attentive. The location is convenient and the metro is across the street. The sound insulation is top notch. I don't hear my Neighbors watch TV or Music. The view is awesome.
