Elevations one is a fantastic place to live! The property is well-maintained, and the amenities are great. Been noticing the changes for the better!!! The manager, Teona is responsive and truly cares about residents. 10/10 recommend!!!!!!!

The apartment is big, appliance are all only problem is too much smoker in the building. It always are sometimes putting trash out of the trash are too much fees except the rents fees are too much

Absolutely horrible place. The gang violence, drugs, stealing, squatting and poor management! Roaches, rodents and pests and they blame you for it. Mold and sewer issues. Do not move here with kids.!

My experience moving into elevation one was very smooth.. I was very skeptical with the reviews I've read online about the neighborhood! But after touring the unit it was beautiful everything was brand new! Updated appliances gray walls & carpet! I fell I love Tiana made the process soo easy & she was very helpful! The price is reasonable especially in this area! So I'm just hoping our experience here continues to satisfy & meet our needs!

Heavy illegal drug activity around the complex and nothing is done about it or the guilty parties. In fact, some of the staff gets annoyed with you for mentioning it to them. Also site needs cameras and more lighting in more areas around complex not only around rental office.

There is a park and pool for the children to play. The area is very nice. The inside of the homes have plenty of space. Definitely worth moving in and making this place your home. You will not regret moving into this neighborhood

It's okay , can't wait too move out ! I don't like the neighbors hanging on the fronts of buildings and some people with pets are dirty having fleas ect. I had a horrible first month bedbugs and keep getting bitten in my bed almost every night other then that the place is nice and renovated

We are calm people, we do not have much contact with our neighbors, our experience in general has been calm, without missing several occasions in which problems have arisen between the residents of other units and the most worrying thing is when those problems involve firearms. We must also add that many neighbors are not aware of cleanliness and throw all kinds of garbage in common areas.

It has been wonderful besides some of the residents. Everyone is friendly and things get done very quickly. Staff members are wonderful as well. They call you back and they get any maintenance request needed done swiftly and neatly.

I love the location near to grocery stores food establishment near to bus stops. I really like it. My apartment is very big four bedrooms comfortable. Kitchen is very nice and looks modern. Haven't had any bad situation going on I do recommend it.

I love this community. I love the staff. It's awesome over here. The neighbors are staff is great any problems that arise in my apartment is quickly taken care of. I will be living here for a few years so I do plan on with knowing my lease. Transportation is awesome because it's a bus stop right up the street. There's also a school around the corner. There's also a supermarket up the street. We also have an Amtrak train station and a greyhound train station so the transportation in this area is good.

They got rid of the trouble makers so it's now nice and quiet. People are friendly. The park is okay for little kids. People keep their dogs under control, you don't hear the barking from the dogs. Not great overall but not too bad either

My experience living at Elevations One has been great thus far. In the office, Nyillah, is great at helping your navigate through the application process, making it a smooth an easy process. The maintenance staff respond to your request in a timely manner, even if and when a contractor need to be called out, these guys are on top of it. So far everything has been excellent.

Up and down. Lots of mice. 3 shootings. Tracey is nice and helpful tho. Stores are convenient. Gym is really cool. Leasing office does some good events for residents. Def a dog friendly community. They are everywhere!
