Quiet and Safe
I have only been here a month, but I think I hit the jackpot! Everyone in the office is great. They are so friendly and welcoming. They are always happy to answer my questions. They are also quick to fix issues. My porch light wasn’t working so I put in a request for it to be fixed in a Friday evening. By Monday afternoon, it was fixed. The maintenance guy, Robert, was really nice. The appearance of the grounds is park like here. It’s so quiet and peaceful. I haven’t met too many people yet, but the ones I have met are really nice. I would recommend living here. It’s perfect!

Worst place to live in. If they give me a choice to leave with our termination fee I would leave this hell right away. New management even sucks. Wants to charge me money to have bedroom lock as well. I have never seen a bedroom without locks.

Angela the asst manager is very disrespectful
I enjoyed the apt and location. Maintenance was helpful. But the asst manager Angela was very aggressive . It was always very uncomfortable to even enter the office. I hope it is a better experience now. Or I hope they have got a new assistant manager she is the reason I left along with 4 other apts..

Don't rent here
The office staff is in but all they do is take your rent and leave the garbage... Do not rent here. AVE 5 took over last week and its went down hill from there. The office staff are not friendly at all...I'll definitely be moving out. After being here for 3 years and two other companies. AVE 5 is by far the worst.

I used to live in one of these Apartments for only a week with my bf but had to move out do to family problems. I get a call from crosspoint apartments saying there was complaints about how loud I am in my apartment, I try to explain that I don't even live there anymore and the only reason why my phone is on file is because my bf doesn't have one. They were very rude and said they've seen me there so I can't deny it. Obviously I'm gonna visit my bf so that's why I'd come there. Very disappointed, 100% never gonna move there again.

Avoid this complex at all cost. Property manager is rude and unprofessional.. I can only imagine the relations between her, the company, and some of the residents.. renters beware!!! Find another community.

I have to say that in reading the reviews posted by others, I was skeptical in considering moving to Crosspointe Apartments. That being said, I decided to give it a chance as I was in need of a short term solution. I was able to obtain a 3 month lease and have been very pleased with the complex and the staff. Office staff and maintenance staff have been very cordial, accommodating and professional! I am so satisfied that I am renewing my lease. I would recommend Crosspointe to others and would suggest that prospective tenants visit the facility and staff themselves rather than relying on others reviews. I was pleasantly surprised.

I moved in with my family at the beginning of the year. While apartment living has its challenges, I have found my experience at Crosspointe to be mostly positive. I have read the reviews here and am surprised at some of the comments in the sense that they do not reflect my experiences here. I have found the management staff to be friendly and responsive. I have had to replace my washing machine and the toilet had a leak at one point. In both instances, the ladies in the management office received my service call and arranged for someone to repair/replace the items within 24-hours. I have found them to be cordial an professional in our dealings. There are only two of them in the office and there are occasions where they may be out showing apartments or at lunch, but overall they seem to make themselves available to the residents. The grounds are kept tidy. There have been instances in the past where the pool and or hot tub area has been closed for cleaning/maintenance. The trash units are emptied daily, and the landscaping is well maintained. My only complaint would be that some residents are not very responsible pet owners and could stand to clean up after their pets a little better. Overall, I would say that this is a nice and affordable place to live. You will always be able to find something to complain about and the easiest target are the folks manning the management office because they are the face of the community. Crosspointe is safe, clean, affordable, the residents are nice, and it is conveniently located. I would recommend this community. DJ (Current Resident)

Uggg..the ladies in the office are never in and the website to pay rent is always down ..and there is so much more to complain about ..don't move here!!

It's a convenient place to live, but the office staff are very unprofessional. They are never in the office, never answer the phone, and they don't return your phone call even after you leave them a detailed message asking them to call you back. Also, one of the office staff puts a handicapped sign in her car so she can conveniently park wherever she wants while her boyfriend parks in her covered parking spot. (Parking is very limited unless you pay $25 extra/month for a covered spot) It is just ridiculous. The attire that the office staff wears is also very unprofessional and extremely low-cut. It was also a hassle when I was first moving in. I paid rent for the month, but they were still fixing up the apartment. So I paid for a week's worth of rent when I wasn't even living there due to the apartment not being ready. (They told me is was move-in ready) This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in and that's really sad to say because I went to college in Pullman for 4 years. So that's saying something. So if you're willing to put up with the staff and unprofessionalism, then this is the place for you.

Hi, We took over someone's lease. The office ladies were very nice our first day. Over time Brandi & Trista continued being nice & very caring. The noise level was wonderful when we moved in over a year ago. Around May 2014 an influx of children moved in an the noise is almost unbearable. The grounds are cleaned daily. The parts that are not cleaned are where the kids throw their garbage. Usually by the stairs & front doors. No one picks it up there. I have no reason to feel unsafe here This is a very nice neighborhood next to the mall. I rarely have maintenance issues.

The Apartment is spacious, it is good for the price, and closed to school, shopping center. BUT ! The manager always gives you a COLD FACE, not friendly at all, and sometimes very rude with a COLD HEART. I would like to give 4 stars for the apartment and -1 star for the manager. The worst Management ever. Thinking over and over before you move in if they keep the same management team.

This is by far one of the best places ive ever rented at. Brandy and Trista have been nothing but professional and kind. I lost my rent check and Brandy did everything she could to work with me until I was able to get a refund. The property itself is very nice. I enjoy all the trees and I have really nice neighbors. They do a good job maintaining the property even while cutting down the trees that are causing damage. I would recommend this property to anyone.

I live here and I loved it until the staff became unresponsive and rude. I have a neighbor who does nothing but call and complains when I haven't done anything wrong. They say they have a restricted dog breed list but all you see are those restricted animals everywhere. I recently got a very very rude call from the manager. She was very rude and talked over me, which is not acceptable. I was trying to resolve an issue with her but she was so rude. She made up false accusations against me and I was trying to figure out what was going on. She wouldn't even tell me the details of what was happening. I work nights, so I'm not home during the evening and when I get home, no one else is home around me. Every time I call or go into the office to try to handle things, they're never there, nor do they ever answer the phone! Most of the cars here, don't respect the 10 mile an hour speed zone. The neighbors around me are loud. I loved it until I started to see the other side of the management. If anyone is thinking about moving here, I say DON'T!!!!!! All they do is give you the run around even when you go directly to them and ask them in person. The ONLY thing I like are the maintenance guys. And yes, I will be moving shortly.

Recently moved out. Office staff was never in so I could never get my packages. Once they gave my package to the wrong person. They were very rude. Never received my deposit even though in the walk through everything was fine. They switched companies while I was there and said the previous managing company had my money. A.c. was broke and water was leaking which caused mold in my infant daughters room, they never fixed it. They once pluged their generator into my outdoor socket for five days even though I asked them not to and they refused to reimburse my bill. My car got broken I to twice while living there. The grass in front o my apartment was non-existant.

I just moved into te crosspointe apartments and I absolutely love it here! I had one problem with flooding from the washer/dryer area and they fixed everything and replaced the carpet with beautiful new carpet! The front office gals are extremely nice, and I can usually always get ahold of them during office hours. They also allow pets which is just a plus because I have a fur baby! I love the surrounding of the complex it's always so beautiful, and full of nice families. I really enjoy being here.

THE GOOD- The maintenance staff are the nicest guys. They're constantly busy 'cause the place is old and cheap, but assuming there is actually someone in the office to take calls, they are always there as soon as they can be, and helpful too. - The workout room is serviceable, though small without ANY A.C. or windows to open, but it has all the basics and decent machines. - The apartments insulate very well in the winter. The double windows, while hard/impossible to clean, keep the apartments fairly warm. - The grounds are simple but pretty. Though a lot of people let their dogs poop everywhere without bothering to pick it up, and for all their talk, the office can't do anything about it. - The neighborhood surrounding the apartment is a good one, close to a lot of things. The complex also has multiple car entries, which helps with congestion. THE BAD- The pool was NEVER clean. It was always dirty at best, and gross at worst. It gets a lot of traffic for a smallish pool, but besides the occasional skimming and chemical balancing, it doesn't get much attention and may not have any filters. - The office seems like it's hardly open. Any time you need to speak to someone during posted hours you have a 50/50 shot of anyone actually being there. And I'm not talking, oh they're out for five minutes, No. Most of the time if they aren't there, they aren't coming back/haven't even been there. This is problematic for many reasons. - The apartment itself is decent, but (at least the one we had) was laid out awkwardly and wasted a lot of space in odd ways. - Neighbors can be heard from their apartments. The windows may be doubled, but the walls, and especially the floors, are kinda thin. - Parking is not great, though that is a standard problem for complexes. The trouble comes when we were put on a waiting list for an assigned spot again, and again. I don't know if the list kept getting lost, or if they just never updated it, but we finally got a paid spot just 6 months before we left. THE UGLY- Leaving was the worst. First, when we COULD finally meet with the office we couldn't get a consistent story about what was needed or what we would be charged for. - They ended up nickle and dime-ing the heck out of us when we moved out, paying nearly a months worth of rent in fees just to leave. We apparently were not charged a deposit when we moved in, which meant they expected us to pay a cleaning fee, which was fine. BUT they also charged us for carpet replacement and new paint- two things we, by Washington State law, should not have been financially responsible for after living there for 3 years. - The pet "deposit" is also useless. I don't know what it's there for but it's not to go toward the cleaning fee, apparently. It's just one more way to squeeze another couple hundred bucks out of you. - On top of that we were barely out of there, had only just received the "move out" bill, when they began calling our EMERGENCY CONTACT for the money. We (the previous tenants) got no calls before this. It's as though the office staff went out of their way to be rude and abrasive. A FEW MORE NOTES- Also lots of unsupervised kids playing in the drive and directly under our bedroom window (the bushes apparently make for good forts). The train also runs very close by and makes it feel a bit like a very slight earthquake when it does. It also occasionally blasts it's horn quite loud. These did not bother me so much, but they are things that I could see other tenants being more concerned about. The rent makes it tempting, and is what kept us there for so long. If you're on a budget, it's a good rate, a convenient location, and a decent complex. Just be ready to make sacrifices in other areas, and expect to pay back the difference in several other ways.

I actually enjoyed living in the apartment. It was quiet and in a nice spot of Kennewick. But the staff is HORRIBLE. They have no knowledge of what is happening and tell lies about hidden fees. I was told I had a $60 carpet cleaning fee and that was it on my move out. Next month I got charged $415 for their "standard" move out cleaning fee. I left the place spotless and my one bedroom for $415 to clean??? They are scammers and get every dime out of you they can. These people are in it for the money and will screw you over at every turn. If you value money and a caring community then live somewhere else!

TANNING BED : When we moved in a year ago the tanning bed area was free and included in amenities. Now there is a 30.00 charge for a key to access that area. POOL: It never has been vacuumed, Never once. All they do is screen the top bugs and grim leaves ect., and throw chemicals into it. The top is clean, but the bottom is filthy and very unsanitary. Maintenance has insisted that they vacuum and and the filters are working. THE FILTERS ARE NEVER WORKING. The water shoots out of maybe two the the jets on the sides of the pool but the dirt is not going into the filter....it is just swishing the dirt and scum around the pool. So when you dive you come up with a wad of long brown hair on your hand, definelty not yours. SICK, GROSS, DISGUSTING, what else can I say. MAINTENANCE: The guys have been perty good at fixin the place and taken care of our needs, however, at times they don't get messages from the front office. The girls jot down messages on paper, forget about it and move on. The head maintenance man told me himself," the girls in the office never relay messages to us, they never talk to us" that was regarding a change of time for maintenance to come and fix something, so we called to let the office know and they said they would let maintenance know....20 miniutes later ...a knock on the door and there stood a guy wanting to fix something....I was pissed to say the least. But polite and that's when he told me about the lack of communication from the office personnel. IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE BUT HERE, SO BE IT...>OTHER WISE GRANDRIDGE PLACE just around the corner is a lot better but move in during the winter...its cheaper.

I'll start with the positives.. The mantainence guys and gal are amazing. Always super nice and willing to help. Always fixed the problem the first time replaced our light bulbs and helped when the "office" ladies "forgot" the work order. The location is somewhat good, close to the mall Toyota Center and the highway, however the poor attempt at a sound barrier does very little to muffle the noise from the trains next door. Negitives, firstly whoever told the property manager and "receptionist" that it was appropriate to leave in the middle of a work day and not return until 4:30 when the office closes at 5 was deeply mistaken. They are almost NEVER there and when they are they are almost always rude and seem as if you are wasting their time and that they are that much smarter than you are. I'm not the worlds smartest person when it comes to mantaince things but when I say something is broken it is broken and should be fixed. Work orders are often forgotten about or misplaced. I had a toilet over flow and the water got into the hallway, nothing was done about the soaking wet carpet until almost 7 days later! Of course there was enough water to seep into the padding below the carpet, again nothing was done besides ME running MY carpet cleaner over the water in an attempt to dry it up. (Uh MOLD) I had a package shipped to me once, the office ladies repeatedly told me that I had nothing to be picked up (she didn't even get up to check for me) fast forward 4 months we get a notice saying we have a package in the office that has been there for over 3 months. It would have been nice to get my mail on time. Rent is fair for the location not so fair for the actually apartment. Seems as though it was cheaply thrown together. Speaking of rent, had a situation where rent was not pulled until 4 days after it was due (fair enough) but I had mishandled my money causing me to not have enough for rent (totally my fault) here is my problem I did not receive my notice that my check NSF'd until 8 days AFTER they found out I also was not given notice that I had NSF'd I had to go to the office and ask to be given the notice. This caused me $160 in late charges. The pool always looked dirty and unskimmed little kids are almost always screaming and running around in the parking lots unsupervised usually about 10-5. In case you couldn't tell my opinion of crosspointe is less then positive. Until they get some actual management there and not some know it all 45 year old dressing and acting like she's in her 20's STAY AWAY FROM CROSSPOINTE!!!!!

Ok to start off, anyone who wrote a positive review, probably works there! I can 100% agree with the comments that were negative. Staff: The staff is never there! You call and rarely get anyone on the phone. You can leave a message but no one will return it. You call and leave a verbal message with a staff member for a member that is not there and it does not get to them. Management: The management sucks, I am not sure what she does daily besides play on her computer because nothing ever gets done. You are told one thing, and then she goes back on her words. Noise: There is a retaining wall however that does not block the Train noise that goes by several times during the day, and at night. If you have a new born or a baby, consider living somewhere else. Also some of the apartments were built by contactors who have no idea to build. There was a 2 foot air gap between our floor and the concrete on the 2nd floor, causing the below neighbors to hear every footstep we took. When they complained to the front desk, we received notices that if we continued to keep up the noise, we would have to find another place to live. With the knowledge that 1. the apartment was built terribly, 2. the downstairs neighbors just sucked! Pool: I was excited to see there was a pool and during the summer we could use it, that was a plus until i found out the pool cover is only off a few months during the year, the other months they are too lazy to take it off and actually keep up on the maintenance for the pool. Bummer! Tanning bed and Fitness center: This I was also excited about, having paid member dues at local Gyms and $$ for tanning, this was included. Little did I know, the Machines in the gym RARELY worked, and were never cleaned. The Tanning bed is from 1990 and the bulbs have never been changed, and there was never any cleaning supplies left to clean the bed after use, gross! The only thing that kept us living at this apartment was because we didnt want to move again within 2 years, and there are very few apartments in town that take dogs over 25 lbs and of certain breeds. If you do not have pets, please consider another complex ASAP!!!

First off I love the fact this place allows some dogs that other apartments do not. I also like the park like setting. When you look at an apartment before you choose to rent it be sure you look at the real ones. The onethey show you is good for a for the layout but it is a display and will be alot nicer then what you will get. Another thing I do not like is the pool is always cold. Its turned up for the first week of it opening and then it turns freezing. No amount of complaining will get it turned back up. Responding to another rating the girls are hard to get whole if at times. Last but not least the parking is horrible. The only way u can guarantee a spot is my paying an additional fee a month and getting a reserved. One more thing. Find out where the train tracks r by the property and pick a unit far away from them
