I've been a resident for a few years at Lake Fenwick Estates and with the current management team, I can say the service and communication has been nothing but great. Anytime there is an issue or concern they are willing to listen and take action. They take pride in our community by ensuring our safety with ongoing on-security, keeping the grounds clean and including children activities during special events, which is unheard of in most apartment complexes. It's a family-friendly complex and I enjoy living here.

After searching lots of apartment complexes, I was sold on this one because it felt isolated and was surrounded by beautiful trees all around. I have been here 5 yrs and have never had a problem with neighbors or any break ins of our cars. Yes you can hear the neighbors upstairs with kids, but that is natural ( coming from a family of 6 kids in an apt. I understand that ). The parking here doesn't have assigned parking for each unit or assigned spots for visitors, but we all manage. The office staff are always nice and welcoming and the maintenance people are always on the spot when you need something fixed. I have no complaints, the noise level is normal, and in summer time when the kids are out of school, there isn't a lot of noise from them, it's actually a very quiet place for such a large complex. I love it here, it feels safe, it is safe, as I am a night person and I will be out smoking till sometimes 4 am and it is always very quiet, no strangers running around or lurking. I would recommend this complex. Thank You .

This is my second time living here and I have found the new Management team to be very polite and willing to work with me whenever the situation arises. I recommend this place to a lot of people. Maintenance assistance I have received awesome response's.

I love this apartment i've been here for the past 3 years and it is and will always be my place i can call home. staff are friendly, my home feels like home and very convenient for me and my husband to go to work. Also when i need something done I can count of the office to get the job done and great at it too! loooooooove lake fenwick they will alway be the best!!!

I love living at this property for me and my daughter. Its a beautiful place I love the swimming pool and hot tub. Its located close to stores, bus, school and everything I need.

Me & my fiancé have lived here at Lake Fenwick Estates for 5 years & with the new property management, everything from repairs to the keeping of the grounds has much improved . office staff is friendly. For the most part its a relatively quiet apartment complex. there is lots within walking distance ranging from gas stations to hair salons!!! on a negative note I do not like that if you want covered parking it cost extra a month.

Good place to live aside from the noise. Walls very thin. It is also somewhat difficult to get ahold of the management staff over the phone. The grounds and amenities are great though, and I love the location.

This place was a nightmare. The staff is terrible and while they are nice to your face, they never seem to do anything to help. The apartments are trashy and requests to get anything fixed might as well not be bothered as they are incapable of doing anything in a timely fashion outside of collect rent. The complex isn't hideous but that isn't enough of a redeeming quality to warrant a recommendation.

I have lived here for 3 years. I love the new manager. Breed restrictions are suppose to be here, but a lot of breed that are restricted on the rental agreement, but not enforced at the complex. Our rent increases every renewal (6 months) and we don't have anything to show for it in our apartment. They have a better Landscaping Company than was here before. Supposedly there is a security company that comes here, but haven't seen them yet. I think the manager is very understanding and helpful when it comes to pleasing her tenants. Not so much with the office staff.

I will NEVER move into these apartments, & I never have! I called to ask for some more information that wasn't provided on their website, & the lady was talking a million miles an hour & treated me like I was dumb and crazy, & was extremely rude to me. That is an obvious sign that their management would not be well. Don't get yourself stuck with them!

I call this place looks good on the internet but.....The grounds are nasty I came to view a home the stairwells are all nasty the lady didn't even know what she had available I needed my home on a certain day of course she wanted me to change my move in day when I came in she didn't remember nothing we discussed over the phone I had to tell her everything again obviously they don't keep notes the office seems confused on what home is available I took the information but if my viewing went like I am not renting here

I love my new apartment. I just move here from out if state and I was looking for something updated but in my budget near my job. Also had to take cats! This place is great! It has beautiful surroundings and is near shopping. The apartment is nicely updated with great carpets and fixtures (I only wish there was a microwave. But I bought one at Black Friday!) there is even an indoor pool!

My apartment is super nice compared to my old apartment! My last place did not even have a dishwasher in it or carpeted floors. I am definitely in love with Lake Fenwick. I like everything about my new place. I have all new appliances, and I'm able to actually use brand new fitness equipment that actually works. Lake Fenwick is really close to my job and the nearest bus stop is right at the corner. Very nice and convenient place to live and staff is are very nice.

The new mangement is doing an awesome job remodeling apartments, as well as the cabana and playground. I'm very happy there was a change as far as new management goes, before everything was really ugly and run down looking. We are lucky to have a good staff that are professional and really pleasant to deal with. Maintenance guys are really awesome they fix things right the first time and if a problem arises they have no problem coming back until the problem is solved. The new staff have great attitudes and are not rude like the previous staff.

I love living here. The property is safe for my children and myself. My neighbors are very respectful, we look out for each other. I love the new basketball hoops that were put in by the new manager. The property is coming around very nicely. I'm definitely happy with the changes that have been made.I love the new interior that our apartment was upgraded to.

I've lived here for three years and just transferred to a three bedroom since my son needs his own room now. I love the new renovations. The darker carpet is great. I love the idea. My old beige carpet looked dirty no matter what I did. Good idea! The new updates are fabulous and I think pretty upscale and nice especially compared to others in the area. I love our Patio with the flowers and screen. Inlike our location it's perfect for kids and shopping is around the corner. There is new management and they are settling in and have done nice things to the office as well as the apartments. And I had a problem with the leaky sink and they came right away and were very nice and were careful not to let my cat out. I'm writing this review because I looked at other places to move when I needed a bigger place and I decided to stay where I am because it's nice and my family likes it here.

I love my new apartment, the staff at Lake Fenwick are really nice. I love the hardwood floors and dark colored carpet. I will save a lot of money now that I don't have light colored carpet. I'm very happy that I have my own washer and dryer, plus dishwasher! I'm very excited about the dishwasher, my last place did not have a dishwasher or a washer /dryer in it.;)
