Appearances can be deceiving
First month was great; eight months later I’m in a nightmare that the managers refuse to help with. Thin walls, loud appliances, and neighbors who won’t stop harrassing others while their kids are present. And it’s the renters/tenants responsibility to handle it? Really?

The previous manager was fantastic but she couldn’t fix the owners issues. We have the 750 sqft apt in the new buildings. Our current rent has been and still is $1565 without utilities or pet rent. It will now be $2000. Meanwhile, the paint chips easily (and they expect you to pay $50/spot upon move out), the patios are NOT weather proofed but expect you to pay for the “damage” caused by weather (peeling flooring, weather paint, etc). The landscapers leave stuff all over the place and this is a dog friendly community (supposedly). The amount of plastic covers in the ground they’ve destroyed and left the pieces of for people and their pets to step on is outrageous. They leave fertilizer on the ground and issue notices that state not to let your pets go on the grass for 24 hours (I don’t know about others, but my dog doesn’t poop on concrete.. so where is he supposed to go?). They don’t clean up the gym (it’s NASTY currently, and only since we got a new property manager has it gotten so bad). It’s got dirt everywhere, and it’s had the same piles of dirt for at least a week now. The only good thing these units have going for them is that the schools are right across and down the street. School accessibility is the ONLY positive thing about this place, but I don’t have kids yet so that’s not anything worth staying for. They jacked up the price to the max BAH for military families so I urge military to stay away. You’ll have to pay out of base pay for utilities and wifi because this place just wants more money than they can handle I guess.. *asks for $400 extra per unit.. can’t even clean their properties amenities daily*. If we weren’t already leaving the state, I STILL would be moving elsewhere because this place is ridiculous. And don’t expect to get any parking ever. Limited parking but not much access considering guests are permitted to park wherever they please (technically against lease policies but there’s no one enforcing said lease policies). Be prepared to walk across the street with groceries, or from three buildings away. You’ve been warned.

BE CAUTIOUS. 1: the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors pee. 2. At renewal they wanted to charge from $1,675 to $1,975($300 increase). 3. Wrong photos were submitted for final inspections. 4. while the area is relatively quiet, due to the thin walls of the town homes I could hear everything, even worse when they cut the grass every week. I don't recommend this place if you want to live for more than a year.

Apartments are beautiful and well maintained. I would say one of the top apartments to choose in Poulsbo. Location cant be beat I work on Bainbridge so it is any easy commute each morning. Staff have been very helpful during COVID and working with us for rent payments.

You want to read this! Don't make our mistake.... SO SO NOISY...... We recently moved into a first floor, two bedroom apartment. The apartments here seem to have been built with ZERO soundproofing. We are not at all 'light sleepers' and yet we are woken up throughout the night, every night by the tenants above us - walking around, doors closing, toilets flushing, door hinges creaking, showers running, dog running around, their Roomba vacuum cleaner, etc. We have fans and white noise machines cranked all night long and we still wake up 4-5 times per night. We are all exhausted! If we had it to do all over again, we would have chosen a top floor apartment or moved elsewhere. If you have to live here, choose the top floor or a townhouse! Beautiful looking property, but far from a peaceful place to live. Haven't had a good night's sleep in months. Silver lining, Woodcreek offers shorter, six month leases, so we're moving out next month and we will be able to sleep again. Parking is also a big problem for us. We have one car and are rarely able to find a spot by our building, after 5pm. This is mostly because people have two cars and violate the lease by letting one just sit for weeks on end. Not fun to carry a toddler and groceries from far away, in the cold and rain. Each apartment should get one assigned spot and then first come, first serve for remaining spots. Hopefully management will fix this.

Beautiful apts and so close to restaurants and shopping. Best value for apartments around Poulsbo and feels safe! I looked at a few around the area and settled here because of the really nice features! I would recommend for anyone looking in Kisap.

I love this community because of the location. It is close to my work and all of my favorite restaurants. I have lived here for two years and watch the construction and next door. It is beautiful now and anyone who visits is in awe of apartments.

Two months after signing a lease, I lost my job. I gave the management the right amount of notice, paid my rent due, and paid for the first month's concession of $1,600. I also made sure they knew my forwarding address. As I was waiting for the final invoice of what I owed, they sent me to collections. Having worked 25 years in the nonprofit industry means that I don't have much savings. And as a 66 year old in the middle of a pandemic, I probably won't be able to find a job. None the less, they are calling and harassing me to pay $2,400 for breaking the lease. They haven't any money from renting to me and I left the place spotless. I've sent letters and contacted them and they don't respond; except the debt collection company calls constantly. Heads up, this is the type of company you'll be dealing with.

Moved in on short notice and I could not ask for the process to have gone any smoother. Also had a floor problem and I am impressed by how quickly it was repaired and the quality of work. I am settling in and enjoying my new home.

I came to Julie with a super tight time frame as my boyfriend and I were deciding to make a last minute move. Julie was beyond helpful and showed me all the units she had available. We both fell in love with the community and all it had to offer. The location is amazing! The staff have continued to be great, and respond quickly. So happy with our choice to move here!

Unresponsive, unprofessional management, rarely on sight.Year long construction work with nails, wood chips, and everything in between laying around. One maintenance guy who tries, but is not nearly enough to keep the clean. Nobody ever gets their deposit back. Car break ins, nasty dumpster areas, and rent increase to top it off.

My fiancé, our daughter and I have lived here for 2 years and we love it!!! Everyone has been super great through all the construction. Calvin is hands down the best maintenance guy we have have worked with!! He is Johnny on the spot when something goes wrong and he has a lot of knowledge when it comes to fixing things! Alecia is the best manager!!! She is always is walking into work with a smile on her face and is always willing to help with any issue we have!! Alecia is the best!!!!

I would encourage you to talk with current residents (those that are left) before moving into these apartments. Many people have moved out, and continue to still. The construction is miserable and was supposed to be done many months ago. The management does not have anything organized, and will likely issue you blank or incorrect leases and other vital paperwork. Either that, or fail to respond at all. Upon move out, look forward to bills being sent to collections without any notice to you personally beforehand. Communication is seriously lacking. Stay away.

They bought low-income housing and doubled the rent. But while they are putting in dishwashers and low quality washer/dryer combos. They have NOT insulated. NOT replaced thermostats or heaters. Mold in the floor and ceilings. The floorboards are connected, so your neighbors tiny two year old playing with a ball sounds like a soccer team. Walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. Low Income means low quality, but the new owners are NOT changing the quality. They are just raising the price because they can. Make sure your smoke detectors are up to date, because the last fire ruined three apartment and it burned FAST. LOCK YOUR DOORS AND USE A CAR ALARM

HORRIBLE
i would not recommend this apartment to anyone. the management is horrible and she feels as if she owns the place. she is on a major power trip -------***H! you hear everything from your neighbors and the majority of the residents are illegal and related to one other, they don't -------------. i would much rather live in a tent then live in these apartments!!! Ohh and they say no washer and dryers in apartment but manager has one, no pets allowed unless its a companion animal and she has 2 ( --------------------------,why does she need companion)rules dont apply to her here.

Horrible housing, horrible manager
The staff is miserable to deal with (very poor management), with the exception of maintenance. The walls are very thin and you can constantly hear your neighbors. While living there I had the ceiling fixed twice because the tub would drain into the dining room, they said this is a common occurrence in all units. I would NOT recommend this complex to ANYONE looking for a place to call home.
