Apartments are nice and the grounds are well kept. I really enjoy having a big patio, as well as a pool and fitness center. Unfortunately, this complex seems to be a popular spot for car theft especially in the summer months as I've experienced first hand. Wish they would install cameras for the parking lots.

I loved that we have washers and dryers in the apartment! Awesome neighborhood! Pet friendly and kid friendly! Loved the pool and rental room! Apartments were nice sized and good upkeep from the maintenance team!

From the tour to getting keys to moving in, the process was smooth and the manager, Joy, was extremely helpful and responsive. After move in, Joy has also been very professional and responsive to anything I've reached out in need to understand.

I have enjoyed my time ate Briarwick. I picked this apartment due to its proximity to shops, restraints, and the freeway. Another selling point was the in unit washer and dryer as well as private entry to my apartment. Maintenance has been very timely in helping me fix things.

The community is nice. I think they are doing improvements to the complex. Some good, some not so well thought out. I think they should put a small fenced area for dogs. There are large fields that are hardly used.

I like this community. I think the best thing here is all the greenspace. The pool is great too. The fitness center is small, but it does in a pinch. I think sometimes there are issues with some nonviolent crime (cars being broken into, etc.). I personally haven't experienced it, but I've seen some people talking about it on the community portal.

My experience at this community has been a good one. Not so much because of the neighbors but because of the management heads that run this community. First and foremost all of the staff is super a tentative to all the tenants needs. In fact I have seen them go above and beyond to take care of tenants because they really do care about the direction they give and you take. I know we always think the grass is greener on the other side of the fence? However, Most of us know this really isn't the scenario. I feel that Briarwick has more to offer than a lot of the competitive rental properties in the surrounding area and I basis off of the staff that they have employed here along with the apartments that they offer.

Have loved living here at Briarwick ! The grounds are beautiful, the pool in summer a great way to relax and meet with neighbors ! The staff is great and maintenance always gets the job done ! Always good to be home !

We have lived at Briarwick for many years and enjoy our neighbors who have also lived here for years. We have seen changes and different management styles. We appreciate the maintence with Jim and Kevin and Keith. However there are many things that could be improved. Garbage build up at dumpsters is unacceptable. Additional dumpsters needed. Sidewalks removed and stones instead are unsightly and not safe. Hand rails needed on new steps to prevent falling. Unattractive areas where new landscaping is needed. As we walk around complex we see so many dead tree branches, shrubs and trees

The actual apartments, amenities, and price at Briarwick is excellent. However, the manager, Greg, leaves much to be desired. He single handedly is the reason I would recommend people look at other places. Over the years here he has maliciously lied to me about damages, lacked communication with the community about everything, gone out of his way to cause problems with members of the community, used questionable racial language, broke promises made to the community, and just generally has shown he's not good at his job. Greg needs to go. He also lied about the rat problem. He claims that it's because of bird feeders, but he also stopped pest control the year they moved in and said it was because of COVID. That logic doesn't even make sense. COVID did not shutdown pest control, he tried to save a couple dollars and caused a rat infestation.

The community itself is nice but my neighbors have been nothing but rude and chaotic. They stomp every single day non stop. To the point where I thought there were several huge fights going on and I was about to call the cops. This is getting to be too much.

The management is very responsive! I am happy with the communication through the community board. When there was an issue with noise, management took care of the issue right away. The people in the community are very friendly.

Management is extremely rude especially when it comes to paying rent. Not understanding at all. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless have no other option. Extremely rude on the phone and in person when there are problems

Briarwick is a terrific place to live! It is a very family friendly and pet friendly community. The office managers (Greg and Joy) are awesome and the maintenance staff is great too (they respond to issues quickly). The grounds are always well maintained and it is a safe community.

It's relatively average. Nothing great, nothing terrible. The rent is far too high for the location and amenities. The property manager is short with residents and has been rude. The maintenance staff does a good job.

I live in a one bedroom and the apartment its self is out dated and needed a fresh coat of paint when I moved in I can tell that was not done there is a yellow staining on the bathroom walls. The appliances are old and out dated for the price of these there should be better appliances. The space is nice for one person but the storage is in a different building not very convenient. The carpet could use a upgrade as well it smelled very old in my place when I moved in. Also I thought there was weight restrictions on pets that is something they do not enforce I have seen pets way over 40lb living here including pit bulls.

Love the friendly community. Rent only went up average of $30 a yr. Service work is done in a timely manner. They do the best with what they have to work with. Snow plowing is very efficient. Apt's needs updating (a bit overpriced). Parking lot is patched rather than resurfaced. Or maybe it's because we are the furthest from the entrance. Dumpsters are only emptied once a week, which causes overflow of garbage. Sidewalks are shoveled by tenants who sign up, some do a great job, some not. I wish I was told that my apt was located near an underground parking exhaust as sitting on my patio is very loud.

In the beginning it was nice. Currently new residents play loud music at all times of the day and when others smoke it filters in apportment. Rent continues to go up but there are no updates to the apartments.

I love living here . The grounds are kept up beautifully . I haven't had any concerns about my apartment. Perfect location. Quiet place to call home. Dogs are allowed on leashes and most people are good about picking up after their dog. Love it here!

Very nice community. Grounds are well maintained and staff is very responsive. My only complaint is that the apartments have not been updated. Rent is comparable to most rentals in the area. Neighbors keep to themselves.
