the office is very responsive and the maintenance people are kind and so helpful. they've always come to fix any issue within 24 hours of me calling for help. the community as a whole is great as well! i've never had issues with neighbors or noise. and of course the pool is a huge bonus for me, i love going there in the summer

Friends live here. They recommended it. And it's nice having them near by. The underground parking is a premium find in the northern climate. Also having heat and hot water included in rent is also a big plus.

Greg and Joy in the office are very helpful and responsive. The grounds definitely need the help, and they need to hire a groundskeeper's assistant, instead of trying to stretch all the work onto one guy.

We haven't had any problems. There quick to fix things. The neighbors are all pretty friendly. They take care of any and all things that come up. The parking lot is well maintained and plowed regularly

I enjoy living here the management is great and always quick to respond when needed. The maintenance team and grounds keepers are great the grounds are upkept nicely. People are friendly. It is great that they are pet friendly.

In the summer the grounds are nice besides the dog poop the Residence don't pick up after they dogs.The Apartmenta are nice but over priced and not updated. The unground parking is a plus but again that comes with a extra price.

The apartments are managed well with mostly quick responses. Maintenance is very quick to fix a problem and fix it correctly. However, they do not always knock before entering and will sometimes leave the door unlocked when they are done. Rent has also increased quite a bit in the last few years. Don't expect the current rate to be what you pay for very long.

The price of what we paid for the apartment makes sense when we bought it. But now seeing the prices going up, it's not making sense with what we're getting plus not making sense to what im getting paid. The apartments are outdated (no central air. One AC unit in the wall that only cools the living room) I understand having to raise rent but seeing what you're charging now doesn't make sense and if I was looking for the first time I would pass up on Briarwick

Safety is an important issue & I have always felt safe here. The management & caretakers are quick to respond when there is a maintenance problem. The grounds are taken care of during all 4 seasons. Snow plowing streets & parking lots and shoveling/snow-blowing is promptly taken care of. Management & caretakers are considerate & do their jobs well. I would recommend Briarwick Apartments as a great place to live.

I thought I was making a good decision moving into one of the upgraded apartments, but it hasn't been. I'm basically paying extra for nothing. Everything was dirty and falling apart when I moved in. I have had multiple tickets put in to fix things that should have been done before I moved in. Pretty sure the carpets were not shampooed before I moved in and I was wiping off caked on dirt from the door frames and the bathtub. There was also mold in the bathroom I had to bleach. My dishwasher is still not cleaning my dishes so I have been washing them by hand. No cameras so if your car gets hit or broken into, plates stolen, they just tell you to call it into the police, who seem annoyed when you call them out there with barely any info on what happened since nothing was caught on tape. I've lived in many apartments and this by far has been the most disappointing and stressful

Management is really good and organized. Biggest complaint is there seems to not be any sort of random walk throughs during the evening to listen for noise and instead rely on tenants to report. Many dont want to rat their neighbors out. Random walk throughs would identify the problem tenants. Luckily my neighbors are somewhat okay, but when i walk to my car i can hear tenants who are playing music loudly.

Very friendly, quiet setting, nice neighbors, and great location. Close to schools, Grocery store, and shopping. Staff is helpful and service requests get taken care in a timely manner. Would recommend the complex.

The maintenance does not answer requests for fixings. I submitted something for my broken blinds weeks ago and haven't heard back. The AC units are also old and leaky which creates a mess on the balconies. For the price, the place could be a bit larger. The 1BR is small for more than one person but expensive for only one person.

It's nice to have your own entryway, but if you live downstairs, you hear all your neighbors which can be irritating. There was no tour when I moved here at I ended up paying an expense that could have been avoided had I been given a tour of the property. It's nice to have a pool and exercise room but you will have to pay a onetime fee. Also, during the summer you will see lots of little silver bugs in your apartment and centipedes. The lady named Joy that works in the office is very nice. I have heard of a lot of break-ins in cars so a security riding around at night may be nice. They do have people that shovel the walkways so you don't have to but it's good to keep a shovel just in case you need to shovel a little bit. It's nice having a washer/dryer in the unit, and the heat is included which is good because the rent could potentially be high.

Overall I enjoy it. The apartments need updating since they are very outdated for the money being spent and they NEED security cameras because too much crime happening and it is uncomfortable to sit and have to worry if your cars going to be broken into or property stolen

It's quiet, and if you have a problem with something it is fixed in a timely manner. We really like it here. Just wish that they could do something about the mice and the rats around the garbage bins.

Very peaceful community located in a nice neighbourhood with access to all basic needs and amenities. Apartments are well build and ventilated. Staff is very courteous and responsive. All the maintenance issues are resolved within the same or next day.

The management staff were friendly before I signed the lease but after I signed on the dotted line the customer service changed for the worse. My car and catalytic converter were stolen from the lot on separate occasions. I also submitted a complaint about feeling like I was being watched by a neighbor and rather than providing support I was ridiculed. The walls are paper thin. It was not a pleasurable experience.

I like the walking paths and plenty of grass for dogs. I feel like everyone is pretty respectful and the amenities are nice. I really wish there was a fenced in dog area that we could use to let dogs off leash.

Quiet neighborhood with nice landscaping. The manager really focuses on maintaining everything. Feel like they clean up every other day. They also answer the repair request quickly. I had a fridge that was failing, and the handymen came a day later getting me new fridge.
