awesome party place
i stayed here for about a year with my boyfriend & 3 roommates. it was a very nice & spacious apartment. the gym & pool were awesome. management were very nice. i wouldn't recommend this place to a family, but for a college student who can afford it, it's lots of fun & in a great location (not far from the strip).

Don't Live Here
I have never seen such dysfunction in a place before. Our AC in the summer started blowing HOT air took 2 months to figure out what was wrong and fix it. 1 maintainence guy. Washing and Drying units are extremely poor quality.
My sink broke (how does a sink break) but it took a while but they managed to fix it first try.
They will screw you in your Deposit, they will say only 50$ was deposit. Also they will screw you in false overages and moving out expenses...they make you pay to fix the apartment up for the next person.

Walls are super thin!
But nice pools. Definitely a party place.

Nice but loud.
The grounds are nice. I've never had a problem with maintenance. They were always prompt to respond to our work orders. Some people in the office are kind of dumb but the main managers are very nice and eager to please. Rent is affordable and convenient. It can sometimes be loud on the weekends and parking does get pretty bad sometimes, but if you call a courtesy officer, they will start towing cars that don't have residency tags. I've never really been disatisfied with the commons.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
It's ------. Everything breaks and no one will fix it. It is nasty as hell and the management does not care about anything. Buddy, the manager, is a little bastard of a cock sucker and don't move here.

------ as hell
Don't be fooled by the initial appearances of everything. In the apt I was in, the laundry room door came off, the dryer didn't work, the island flipped over, and the front door didn't shut. The furniture smells like smoke and the management is terrible.

DO NOT LIVE HERE.
