our neighbors are nice., our service for repairs have been to no avail, some neighbor dogs go after other dogs,mail box has not been completely repaired for several years now, I could probably speed 3 weeks on the need for better management. This greystar in queen creek was alot better and a whole lot professional. hope someone will take the reigns on this.

So far things have been great at Avana Chandler. The leasing staff are the best. They are very helpful and are super easy to talk to. The community itself is well maintained. Grass and bushes are always cut. The community is close to everything and so far seems like a safe neighborhood.

It’s ok. Neighbors are mostly quiet and friendly. Some people need to learn to pick up after their pets but it’s not a huge problem. Maintenance takes forever or simple does not come. If maintenance was better it would be A LOT better overall.

Avana chandler is wonderful and quiet. The apt is located near several amenities that are literally within walking distance. The staff at Avana are very professional and patient people. I have no complaints about living here.

We haven’t had a working dryer since June and it currently November going on December. The neighborhood is fine but the maintenance staff has been horrible. The walls are also pretty thin where we can hear our neighbors yelling at each other while understanding what they are saying. If our washer and dryer worked our experience would be better I will say.

The office staff at Avana Chandler rarely solved an issue let alone returned a phone call. We had security issues the entire time we lived there, and no one seemed to want to find a solution. In addition the community center/fitness room was almost always lacking toilet paper, paper towels, equipment wipes, etc. Often the restroom was locked while an office employee was using it. There are two stalls and it was very inconvenient to walk all the way back to my apartment, during my workout, to use the bathroom and then walk back.

So far, we have really enjoyed our time at Avana Chandler. We love our place and enjoy the cleanliness of the grounds. The pools could be looked after more, but the pool area is usually pretty clean. Maintenance takes a little bit, but they are nice. Pest control is diligent and we hope that continues. There are a few things that could use updating but overall, we have been happy with the community! We love one of the guys who works in the office (can’t remember his name!), he is absolutely the best.

Great apartment, great community, close to highways and restaurants. Staff are friendly, and the community gym looks great. Parking is limited, unless you have a reserved spot, but other than that it’s been a great home

So far we're liking it quite a bit. There are very filthy areas in he complex that need attention and it was clear that our unit wasn't quite ready to have someone moved in, but the place is a good size, and you get a nice bang for your buck in that regard.

The young lady in the office was super nice and professional. Can’t say the same about the guy. I enjoy my neighbor. The townhome has its minor cosmetic issues that maintenance has not come to resolve. The complex feels safe and for a great price compared to others. Would choose this place again.

0 to 5 stars.. I would give you guys a zero. The last four months have been horrible to live here. Whoever was in the leasing office when I first moved in in March 2020 was the best so far. Can I get maintenance to do anything. Everything just keeps falling apart. Every week I’m having to put in a new work order and nothing is getting done.

Rent may be a little cheaper, but they charge for area maintenance that is more than provided. If you want to live some place where no talks to you & everything is done online this is the place for you. And rent WILL increase every year

As of today Sept 14th 2022 I'm very pleased with the move in process. Jared the leasing agent was very helpful and nice. I really do like living here at Avana. The apartment it self has a lot of closet and cabinet space. I saved my favorite part of the apt. for last the little garden in my patio. I really like that everyone's patio has the potential for a little garden if they wanted. Options!

They want you to be one time with rent, but could care less with what needs to be fixed. Got mold and smells up my kitchen. The don't care about anything. They just come up excuses instead of solution. Idk why they can't take a disposal from another empty apartment. This is getting ridiculous. Got fruit flies everywhere because of the leak.

Avana Chandler is a quiet, clean great place to live! We have just moved into our place but been in the chandler area for about 2 years now and we have yet to be disappointed. Management is great with communication, and responding to any maintenance issue we have. Neighborhood is friendly, and surrounded by so much food and entertainment!

Overall it’s been pretty good and happy to be here. Great location atmosphere and friendly and most importantly safe. Live the neighborhood and view of my courtyard. I love the pool area and the fact I live by the mall.

I have lived here for 12 years and I have enjoyed it. The location is excellent. The staff is helpful and the maintenance technicians are quite knowledgeable and helpful. I have been told the schools in this area are quite good.

Nightmare

Awful place, pest, dirty grounds, dirty pools, unfair practices charging you for things you don’t use, not able to repair units!! Tell untruth stories and left a collapse ceiling for weeks in my unit.

To many problems and items to fix. The maintenance is great but very busy. The apartment are ok but nothing is done around here for the residents. We are moving to a better place when the lease is up away from the mall area and the terrible front parking

This community is very nice, has all the amenities for both single and families, has good floor plans along with decent parking near housing. I would recommend this place is anyone is looking in chandler, has al ot of sq ft. for the price and would pick this one over many other ones around it

We really liked living at Avana for the quietness, cleanses, nice community. Location is great, mall, restaurants, lots of stores! Nice location to freeway, and the I10. Easy access to a lot of great events.
