The staff here is a joke! They lie to cover there own ---. The leasing manager calls and talks trash to you over the phone but then hides when you try to call her back. They said I didn’t turn my keys in when I did. They will charge you with whatever they possible can after you move out.

Since the new community manager has taken over things have improved significantly as far as getting maintenance issues addressed. The complex could still use minor improvements in the state of common areas, especially the playground area -- trash, partially consumed food, riding toys like bikes and scooters left in the middle of the sidewalk should be policed a bit more. Overall, I would currently recommend living here.

There are many problems, primarily with the office and staff. Treatment is pretty impersonal at best and unprofessional at worst. Too many owners over the years and too many issues with new owners not caring about the existing tenants.

Tiffany is awesome! Mike is super nice as well. Everything was so easy! I felt a huge relief with the way the process worked so I could move in quickly before starting my new job. My dog loves the dog park and I love the community here!

I used to love my apartment. I like having my windows open, and it was always peaceful and quiet. I work from my home. For the last 2 weeks it has been extremely hard to enjoy that peace. There is a group of 7 years and under kids, that live in the apartments facing the los feliz side of apartments. They come over to the grass area in front of my apartment. They are screaming, which is hard because I'm working on phone. They are here all day and evening. Parents are no where to be found. The kids are barefoot, and no warm clothes, it is cold. I'm at my wits end. I want to enjoy my place again. I will be going over to get their apt number and would like you to alert them, that they are not the only ones that live here, and to respect their neighbors.

Avana Chandler is a great place to live! I have really enjoyed it here. The staff is very friendly and is always there if you need anything. The pool and gym are always clean and ready when ever you want to use them. I would recommend this place to live to anyone.

Do not live here. Almost all of my appliances dont work. Now that Im moving out, theyre gonna charge some poor soul over 1800 for the same crappy apartment. Children in complex are loud and obnoxious. My neighbor lets his dogs poop in patio and picks it up after 3 weeks or keeps in in plastic bags in patio with flys everywhere. Maintenance doesnt know what theyre doing and are inexperienced. This place is trash

Finally frustrated and writing this and hoping my problem get resolved atleast, almost 2 months I had replied in the portal and mail but didn’t get proper response and timeline . Still passing my rent in time !! I don’t recommend this community only for maintenances response.

Tour before you come. I did everything online and was unable to tour physically which I feel like they took advantage of. I showed up with a very broke apartment. I had to submit many of pro orders to fix the simple things even to fix the window that wouldnt even close, the toilet didnt work and there are a lot of broken things. The bathroom, windows, the laundry door. Things that should be taken care of.

This is a great place to live if nothing breaks. If you dont need maintenance then I would recommend. No maintenance is actually completed though, so I cant tell people to live here. Also every single time you call the office they dont answer and the call gets routed to another location. The people say that Avana will call back, but we have never been called back.

We recently moved in, the only issue I have so far is maintenance, and how long its taking them to come fix issues in my unit. Other than that I love my experience so far. The staff is great at answering the calls and responding to tenants.

It is a good place to live. People are friendly and polite. Great pool and workout room. Very pet friendly. Easy access to apartments from parking. Very nice green spaces and trails. Good playground. Great Location!

Well, nothing ever gets better of course. When I moved into this complex 26 years ago my unit (1180) was about 500 dollars a month and brand new since the complex was only maybe 3 or 4 years old at that time. There was no 101 freeway, no Chandler Fashion Center and no 202 freeway; also probably only a third as many people in Maricopa County. Life was good.

Great community that is extremely well run and maintained. Excellent location. And we like the floor plan a lot. If I call or send an email I always get a response and what is promised to be done gets done.

Super pretty area! Close to shopping malls, freeways, and more fun stuff. I am new to the area and right when I walked in the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Vinny and Mike are super nice. Super excited to move in the future

I just applied at Avana Chandler and can not wait to move-in! The staff was friendly and answered all my questions, and I had a lot! The community was so clean too! Thank you to everyone at Avana Chandler for helping to ease my mind on a stressful move.

Not very satisfied with the responses and services I get!! Work orders are being closed and they havent even been completed! Toliets dont work properly and are backed up and being made to wait the entire weekend with crap in your toilet to get help!!!

Some issues with Maintenance. They closed the tickets and even if we are not happy with the results. They should wait until our comments. Still pending maintenance issues. The bottom of the main pool is really dirty.
