Beautiful Property
I would like to express my sincere gratitude with management at this property. They are great people to work with and are about making sure their residents are taken care of. The property was just taken over and it looks amazing. The entire property was deep cleaned as well as the common areas. If your looking for a place to live, this is the one.

Stay away
My family got sick from mold here. I don't care how nice it looks, it's not worth it. A tree fell on my car and the landscaper they hired to clean it up damaged it further...they never even responded to me.

I currently live here and it sucks.
Do NOT live here they try to fine you for everything, they have a major scoprion problem and they will instantly ignore you once you have signed a lease. The people are the front desk don't answer calls or return voicemails to be honest I don't know what the employees here do.... I submitted two request to get things fixed in my aparment and they sent someone who calimed to fix it ... item broken again the same day....

Traumatizing Experience
This is the type of apartment that is great until you are in need of assistance. Best of luck to you if you run into a situation that requires communication and follow through. You’ll get sent to voicemail most of the time or find the office closed during business hours. If get ahold of Adrianna, you can expect to get the constant “I don’t know that answer”, “I’ll run it past my manager”, “I’ll call you back” with NO follow through. If you get ahold of Bri, you can expect to be interrupted, talked over, and dismissed. If you get ahold of Gio (the manager) even though he doesn’t work weekends, you leave the conversation disappointed in the effort you put in to speak with him. The office staff put me through hell the past month. They truly do not have your best interest in mind and do their best to poach you for all your money. It should not be the responsibility of the renter to have to advocate to be treated fairly. I don’t know how this staff has been able to keep their jobs based on my experience and the reviews I’m reading. If trust is important to you, don’t live here.

Leasing office are thieves
Only move here if you like getting ripped off and throwing money away. Two months ago the management charges me the wrong amount for rent. While working with them to get the correct rent charges reflected, my rent became past due. Even though they were at fault, I had to pay the late fees and pay for money orders as they wouldn't accept traditional payments such as using the app or cutting a check. Last month they double charged my rent. This time I paid the double rent while trying to contact the management so I wouldn't be stuck literally paying for their mistakes again. It has been 10 days since I payed, I've left multiple voice-mails with the leasing office, and left multiple messages on the "contact us" option on there resident portal site. Still no response and I'm out over $2,000. If you for some reason decide to live here, have a lawyer on speed dial.

Horrible and Unprofessional Leasing Agents
The leasing office staff is the extremely disrespectful, unkind, unprofessional, callous and rude. It is awful and it's near impossible to reach corporate to report them. They disregard tenant request unless they personally like you not the fact that you are a paying tenant/client. They sit in the air conditioning office and can't be bothered to help. They look disinterested in helping and never greet you with a warm welcome, smile or ask how's your apartment. The staff are empowered and emboldened to talk to adult tenants like children and they do not apologize. When you react to their hostility they are offended, imagine that. If you send an email requesting help the office ignores your email. If it hot in the club house the leasing agents say corporate sets the temperatures and they won't change it or call maintenance. They have mini fridge in the leasing office filled with sparking water etc. If you take one the leasing agents wait until its in your hand to say put it back. That's for only potential tenants, "we give you guys enough free items in the clubhouse". The leasing agents have no trouble speaking to you and disciplining you like a child. The kombucha and coffee dispensers are always out of service and empty. You can't use the work out room because it's too hot. One leasing agent bragged about hanging up on tenants because she felt the conversation had ended. Maintenance takes over 2-3 days especially if you call the office because leasing agents don't enter the request. Leasing agents never call you back if ask for something. They do a lot of construction before 7am and after 8pm. If you call the leasing agents and ask for help they say its in your contract and its nothing they can do. There is so much negative to say it really is heart breaking to be treated this way. The owners are millionaires and I can't believe they are okay with their tenants regulary being treated with unkindness and disrespect and disregard in this way by their employees at least I hope not.

Disgusted
Do not rent here! Management is unruly and does nothing, our gates have been open for a year my apartment has been broken five times and they still have done nothing SAFETY is not their priority and there is no security that is on this premise it’s all on the tenant so do not and I repeat do not rent here!

I’ve been living here since it was Parcland, I must say I’ve had both negative experience in both companies. The good thing about Parcland was they got to everything in a timely matter. Staff was very friendly, knew everyone by name and had different types of events every month. Property was clean and had people come out and clean/water pressure the hallways so it was kept nice. I would have prefer the old management back. Now onto The Laurel, first thing is the rent went up significantly it’s kinda ridiculous. Not sure if it’s due to the remodeling, I work from home and by 6am i get woken up by the contractors. I can hear banging and loud music, even them throwing off the old cabinets off the stairs. I mean that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen if it hits someone. I had to replace a tire from them leaving the trash and cabinet screws in the driveways/parking lot. In the building I live in most of the lightbulbs aren’t working and is almost pitch black walking in the hallways at night, not very safe. People leaving trash outside for days due to no one picking them up or no bins for the valet trash. I mean if your paying near 40 dollars a month I get why no one wants to walk it to the dumpster. The other thing is the building structure is made poorly, can hear your neighbors tv loud and walking around. It’s terrible especially at night time. I missed the 60 day notice due to the front office not giving the papers in time back in October and got stuck here with another lease for a few months. Now to the lease agreement, I’ve never seen such a long lease due to the amount of reading and not agreeing with most of it. First of all if you have a pet it’s probably most likely on the DO NOT BRING list. I had to give up my dog to some family to take care of and it was the hardest thing I’ve had to do. The second thing is your basically signing a photo consent stating that they can take pictures of you if your walking around or in any events they might have for their website/social media. That’s kinda strange. So if your planning to live here I would be careful. Front office from what I seen/hear doesn’t seem like they do much.

Worst staff I have ever encountered in any industry. They lie and are deceitful about everything. I asked management when renewed my lease last year, if they would work with me when I purchased a home to help me out of my lease. " no problem we will help give us a 30 day notice ". When I refused to sign on for another year, the staff became rude. Management tried some BS ,we need to enter your apartment to see if everything is OK because or lender tells us we have to do this. I am a Mortgage Lender and have never heard of this in my life. Then they wanted to start harassing me about my BBQ Smoker is on the porch ( its been there for 2 years ) and has to be removed by fire Marshall code. More BS When i gave notice they took my rent from 1400.00 per month to 1800.00 per month for 2 months they forced me to give them 60 days notice even after i explained i bought a home and you said you would work with me. I went up the chain of command ,Regional Manager and VP. They were both a joke. Its all about the money for this place. The Manager makes rules up and tries to Intimidate tenants who are afraid to push back. I have advised the State of AZ to look into the Manager / Management Company and ownership of this complex over some of the things they did and some things they don't do do, like fix stuff around the complex. Shady place be careful !!!

This review is being completed by a current resident and I am a Mortgage Lender who just purchased a home. As most of you know, when you purchase a home you usually close in 30 days. That’s great right, not so fast if you live in Parcland Crossing. They want a 60 notice to vacate. I asked Tonya to waive the other 30 days due to buying a home. I write these letters to apartment s monthly and 95% of the time they let their renters out of their lease, Not Parcland and on top of that they are charging me 2100.00 per month for the last two months ( normal rent was 1400.00) That’s right folks a 145% increase in rent. Lack of respect Money hungry owners Now with that hospital there have fun with the 1 AM helicopter and ambulance noise you will here. Place is a flat out joke Be ware if your looking to buy a home they will not work with you I was told tough ---- !!! Pay us.

Excellent location, immaculate grounds, impressive floor plans, and quality fit and finish. Tonya, Cali, & Jorge have been nothing but professional and courteous! Excited for my new apartment and the direct access tandem garage is FANTASTIC. I have not personally met the onsite maintenance team. However, based on the IMMACULATE grounds I'm confident they will be outstanding. The leasing team answered my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. They have been super efficient and that makes me happy! @PillarCommunities - Please give this team a huge pat on the back!

Parcland Crossing was our in between "home" before finding our permanent home in Chandler. The staff , especially Jacquie, was always helpful and immediately responded to concerns or things that needed repairs. The maintenance staff was always thorough and quickly fixed anything that needed fixing. The grounds were always well maintained and things were kept clean. I highly recommend Parcland Crossing as a great place to live. They also had many events and socials which brought neighbors together! It is a great home and we felt very welcome here in our move from California!

Parcland Crossing is a FANTASTIC place to live! We have lived here over two years now and just love it! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Things we love: the pool. the workout room, the pool patio areas. the cleanliness of the grounds, the party room, the computer room. We love our apartment and it's unique layout. When we submit a maintenance request the work is done quickly. The best part about Parcland Crossing is probably the staff. Especially Jackie!!

I LOVE it here! We moved in back in April and have had nothing but amazing experiences. The grounds are always beautiful and well taken care of. I have never seen any spiders, crickets, roaches, or scorpions (which is surprising because those critters are pretty common in Arizona). Any service requests we have put in were taken care of very quickly. Not to mention, the office staff here is always extremely friendly and helpful! Tonya, Cali, Jacqueline, and Sam have always gone above and beyond for us and we feel so fortunate to be able to call Parcland Crossing our home. I wholeheartedly recommend this community!

My husband and I love living at Parcland! The maintenance staff are quick to address problems. I never feel like a number to the front desk - they all greet me by name. The amenities are amazing! We utilize the pool, gym, complimentary yoga and community events. The yoga is one of my favorite amenities! The noise is 4/5 due to the proximity to the freeway. The tenants are all quiet with no unexpected loud noises. We just renewed our lease for another year and are very pleased with the quality of our apartment. We have a lot of space and sufficient storage - more than most apartments. The countertops are all granite which is hard to find! It is a beautiful space and I love having company to show off our apartment!

I only planned on living in this apartment for the duration of my first lease and I'm now in my third year here and still loving it. The upkeep of the grounds and community is wonderful- it's so clean and everything always works as it should. They do a great job of keeping their residents happy and involved. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful- they really care about the people that live here and are super responsive to any questions or concerns. Any time I've needed something fixed- they are calling within a few hours to set up a time to come take care of it and it's always done thoroughly and they follow up to ensure satisfaction. I enjoy going into the office to pick up packages because I love all of the girls that work in there (especially Jackie). They know you by name and always remember what's going on with you. I'm so happy that this is where we chose to live and if you're considering living here, you won't regret it.

I have lived at Parcland Crossing for approximately 18 months and have nothing but wonderful things to say. The front office staff (Jacqueline, Tonya, and a few that have moved on due to promotions) have on more than one occasion gone above and beyond to help me with some problems while I was away on military leave. The maintenance staff has always been swift, professional, and courteous at addressing any issue that I reported. Most times they will arrive the same day, but always within 24 hours. The grounds are beautiful and the 24hr heated pool and hot tub access is awesome since I work nights and am usually sleeping during the day. My only issue is that I live on the second floor on a 3 floor unit and the occupants upstairs can be a bit loud at times. Nothing a little friendly neighborly communication couldn't solve yet. Come check this place out.

Living here has been amazing. Beautiful grounds, the absolute best pool and friendly, helpful and very accessible staff. It's quiet, safe and pet friendly as well. All that plus easy access to highways and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend staying here!
