I have lived in many nice places over the last half century and I must say by far Parcland Crossing in Chandler Arizona is the most beautiful and well kept gated community that I've ever lived in. The entire staff that I have come in contact with rather be by phone or in person have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Tonya and Jackie have both gone over and beyond in assisting me with things that I'm sure is outside of their jobs spectrum but they were doing it out of the kindness of their heart. (They helped me carry large heavy boxes to my apartment which consisted of Patio furniture) WOW!!! Living here is like being a part of a family. The staff is kind and personable. Practically every week something amazing is going on here. I moved here from Illinois this past summer and I didn't find this place when we were here looking last winter, but when I did find it on line, I fell in love from a far. The manager at the time Adam went as far as taking real Live Photo's and emailed them to me to give me a visual of the outside of (my actual) soon to be apartment at that time, ( how awesome was that) WOW!!! This is only a small portion of what makes this place Phenomenal to live at and one that I call my home!! Thank you Parcland Crossing and Staff!!!

For me, The best thing about this place was the staff! They are so friendly and always very attentive to whatever I needed done. You cannot find a better located condo complex in the Chandler area. Very close to everything, a 24 hour supermarket just a few blocks away, downtown Chandler and highways. Highly recommend this complex to anyone considering!

Ms. Samantha Carey was wonderful!! Very knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding neighborhood. She answered all the questions i had about the fixures and the apartment itself. The apartment is worth the trip it is huge and spacious. Would recommend make sure you get samantha, she us very friendly and professional.

Parcland Crossing has been a disappointment since I transferred from Ahwatukee! Mostly because of the leasing office staff and lack of training. I believe that the regional, Mark could do a far better job with Staffing! At this location you get Adam, you're happy-go-lucky but never speaking in full disclosure property manager. Cars do not get towed for sitting around here broken down! You have to almost pay for it yourself, even though you live in a quote-unquote luxury community! The grounds remain a mess because of the residents but, when you turn the residents in, no Behavior seems to change! What does that mean? That's the apartments pick and choose when to impose fines. Get everything in writing! And I do not mean via email! I was not given a copy of my renewed lease. I hate going to the office so much that I did not go pick one up either! I did however call to find out what the total was to break my lease under the 60-day notice rule? The first time I called, I was given a dollar amount that did not make sense. So, I followed up with an email to the Property Manager. You would assume that that person would give you details. But no! I was only given the amount of 2 times the rent to allow me to break my lease! When I handed my letter in, I was surprised to know that amount was not the TOTAL I asked for! With that total comes, another month's rent and utilities and then a partial month rent and utilities! I am not sure how a property manager does not know the definition of TOTAL but buyer beware!

if i could rate them a zero i would. from the beginning, all ive gotten was ridiculous accusations. every month my bottom neighbor complains about noise. um i have kid and they arent really quiet. how are you going to keep a kid from playing? other things like cars parking on the line, or in the no parking zones, people no picking up their dog ----. then smack you in the nuts with a 2400 fine, and tell you to get lost. more than a coincidence that i happen to be a white, tatted male, who rides a harley davidson........

Awesome staff front office and maintenance are great. The apartments are very nice and the grounds are maintained. Lots of stuff to do in this area like downtown chandler. You get what you pay for and this apartment complex is definitely worth the pay.

Could not have found a better place to live! From the Community Manager Adam, his staff, Jacqueline and Shannon whose expertise, skillful abilities, proficiency have made Parcland Crossing a terrific residence in which to reside. The maintenance team Josh, Johni and Miguel are extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and obliging in carrying out whatever it is you might need. The grounds, pool areas, and any and all areas are exceptionally well kept. Perspective renters will certainly do an injustice to themselves in not checking out all the amenities which Parcland Crossing has to offer, I am sure once done, you will call Parcland Crossing your new home.

Stay away from this place !!!! At night the pool area is infested wth roaches! They are everywhere!! During the summer when the sun goes down there is no way you don't see at least 10 roaches around you!!!! The noise ? Out of control ! They let a family of 5+ live in a one bedroom apartment ,watch for lots of noise and slamming doors coming from people next to you! People WILL park in front of your garage, good luck to find who's car it is... they name the complex itself luxury , but some of the people that live in... gosh ! They are the worst! This is not the type of luxury you expect when you sign a lease... security guy?? You will never see him walking around! Good luck !!!!!

Ask yourself, wouldn't a happy community fill their Facebook feed with residents' community posts instead of announcements? Those with a strong stomach will kill and get past the cockroaches that will be present upon move-in. I had four, which were alive and clearly showing me that the property did not spray in or out of the vacant apartment at all. You might be able to use the thin veneer of luxury to ignore the major problems such as a heavily water damaged bathroom floor that was not fixed. (Be sure to note this stuff on your self inspection) But eventually you will be annoyed by the management which is no help at all with issues. They would rather tell you no than assist with the only request I submitted in 18 months. Lowest possible recommendation, find somewhere else.

My wife, daughter and myself relocated from the mid-west and soon after we were blessed to discover ParcLand Luxury Apartments. We love this place. It's located near everything, malls, grocery stores, Starbucks, churches, cleaners, the highway, and so much more. The architectural layout of the entire community is cozy, welcoming, and feels like resort style living. As a journalist, this community is exactly what I needed - not to mention, our daughter is in a A+ Chandler school. What I like most about this place is how well manicured the property is maintained. The office staff, maintenance crew, and management are indescribably exceptional. Most importantly, all the ingredients and amenities are here to make us feel proud to call ParcLand Apartments our new home! Truth is, we searched and search, and toured countless communities, but nothing compared to this place and its value! We have the perfect neighbors, my wife and daughter feel safe, and this picture perfect community feels like we're living life on vacation.

I decided to move to Chandler from West Phoenix and randomly came across Parcland Crossings. I am so glad that I did! The staff was extremely helpful in accommodations. The upgrades are beautiful and the complex is well kept. The pool is truly luxurious and accessible 24 hours! I would recommend Parcland Crossings to anyone!

My family & I enjoy living at Parcland. We have an amazing view of the pool and get to have a luxury hotel feel every day. The pool areas are clean. We enjoy that Parcland takes pride in the grounds of the property and because we live close to the grills, we see them clean them daily. we enjoy being able to invite friends and family & have them enjoy the same experience and knowing what to expect everyday. The staff here are great about communicating via email and specifics that may occur that may affect the residents. Communication is everything. Just last night, our AC went out & they maintance was at our door in 15 minutes. Way to go! :)

If you have to live in an apartment, Parcland Crossing makes it a lot easier. I've lived here for about a year and I love it. The maintenance staff are fast and courteous, the office staff is very professional. The grounds are well kept and there's grills and tv's everywhere. No complaints what so ever.

My husband, son and myself have lived at Parcland for less than year. Coming from a pretty great complex, I was not exactly sure what to expect. Thankfully, we are extremely pleased with our decision. We were provided several options/layouts for viewing and even after being indecisive of layouts, the staff was patient, understanding & helpful. Parcland is quite an interesting place to live. Coming from the Northeast, it's nice to see great diversity among age and race. The grounds are mostly kept clean, unfortunately, just like other apartments, some residents forget to pick up after their dogs. The office staff is diligent about reminding residents to follow the rules. If caught, you can end up with a financial repercussion. Good for them! It's not a pleasant site! Maintenance is great! We have probably waited 2 days at the most for a regular request and same day on an emergency request. Noise? I think I hear the crickets more than actual residents:) Overall, I was looking for a decent neighborhood, a playground/pool/gym, a place I can walk outside and feel safe and found it. The price ranges are pretty reasonable also! A great perk, you have until the 5th to pay your rent without a penalty. Not too shabby:) It's definitely worth a visit, you won't be disappointed!

I have lived here since the beginning of 2015. There's a couple of things I can say about this property is that the office is nice and the maintenance team is wonderful. I have no complaints about the staff. I like how the pools are kept clean everyday and everytime I see the maintenance team they are always smiling. Also there is a lot of parking spots that are always available. There's a bunch of beautiful trees but the landscapers needs to keep the property up. But overall I enjoy living here.

Great complex and very curtious/staff. You can use the pool year round and the workout facility has several options to choose from. My particular favorite is the ramada next to pool with fireplace and TV's. BBQ grills throughout grounds. Landscaping immaculate with several palm trees. Like living at a resort.

I have been at Parcland Crossing for a little over 2 years. We moved here while it was managed by Mark-Taylor. At first when Pillar Communities took over management I was a little skeptical. I had been a loyal Mark-Taylor resident for about 10 years, but decided to give Pillar a chance; and I will say I am extremely pleased. First, the staff is amazing! They are always willing to help you in any way possible. The maintenance staff always responds to our needs in a quick and timely manner. The office staff puts forth an obvious effort to get to know the residents, rather than treating us as just another number. There are many community activities arranged by the Pillar staff throughout the year. From pie eating contests to Superbowl parties, as well as numerous different holiday events and pool parties. There is truly something for everyone to get involved. The property, including the pools, is well maintained. You really get that feel that you are staying at a high end resort. I have also really enjoyed the variety of equipment in the workout room. I only have a few minor complaints. The first issue is 'free' parking on the west side of the complex is extremely limited. The second is the landscaping. We have many beautiful trees and bushes, but I feel they are not properly maintained and often look very overgrown. Lastly as much as I enjoy seeing pets around our community, the pet owners are not always diligent in picking up after them. My two small children can not play freely without the concern of stepping in pet waste, which has unfortunately happened on multiple occasions. All in all I do enjoy living at Parcland Crossing, and I would recommend this community. Thank You Pillar/Staff.

I have lived at Parcland Crossing apartments for almost 2 years now. I live in a beautiful 1 bedroom with attached garage. Of course wood floors and granite tops. Overall I have been very happy with the quality of apartments, the friendly staff and GREAT LOCATION! It is soooo close to the 101 & 60 highways so it makes it very easy to get where ever you want to go .... FAST! I really have no complaints in the 2 years being here, that says a lot!

Being new to this area I was excited to come across Parcland. It is an extremely nice place to live at. The community is very well kept and is an attractive complex. The staff is second to none. They go out of their way to accommodate you. The standard amenities within are far better than most other apartment's upgrades. Not to mention the great pool. :) Overall I would recommend Parkland Crossing to anyone looking in the Chandler area.

My husband and I are extremely happy with Parcland Crossing. We looked at several apartment complexes before making the decision to move here. This apartment is the first one that felt like a home...not an apartment. The staff in the office are very nice and always willing to help. We looked at the apartment several times before signing the lease and they never made us feel like we were wasting their time. The day we moved in the apartment was ready and the process to get our keys went smooth. We have had issues with a different apartment complex where the apartment was not move in ready and delayed our move in by days. But nothing like that with Parcland Crossing. We couldn't have been more happy with the move in process. The maintenance staff is friendly and responds quickly to requests. The complex in general is quiet and the grounds are kept up nicely. We love the amenities! The only derogatory things I have to say is there isn't a lot of parking in the front of the complex and I don't like the $30 monthly trash service fee. It is a nice service but I rather take my trash out then pay someone to do it.
