After living in a horrible apartment community I decided to move. Parcland Crossing is the location I chose to move to. With a very bitter taste in my mount about apartments due to the previous community. I without a doubt am 150% positive I made the right choice by moving to Parcland Crossing. I would go into detail as to why Parcland is a great place to call home, but it would be a very long review to read. All I can say is I set the bar very high for Parcland to hurdle, and they have done just that with ease. No noise Clean Friendly On point etc........

Absolutely the worst complex I have ever lived in. Management is not eager to help, nor do they answer questions asked. It states clearly in the lease that vehicles are not allowed to be stored on the premises and yet management allows in frequently. No rules are followed and the staff in the office is not helpful and very rude. I wouldn't recommend this complex to my worst enemie.

I have lived here now for about 8 months now. The staff is extremely nice and the maintenance crew is great. If you have a problem, they are right on top of it.

My husband and I have lived here for over 6 months now and we absolutely love these apartments! The management & front office are excellent and the Maintenance is awesome, When we have something that needs to be fixed we always ask for Johnny he is always so welcoming and friendly and always does such a great job to make sure everything is working correctly! I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new place to call home. Not only is it a great place to live, but also is near everything! We love it here.

I would go zero stars but not possible, Property is nice but was bought by Pillar communities, STAY AWAY FROM PILLAR COMMUNITIES!!! Management is horrible and rude!!! My wife and I lived there for one year lease, and fulfilled our one year lease, gave adequate notice (I went in November and the girl didn't have the info so she said she would email me, which I never got, so I went back in December and got into an argument with the management because I was told I needed to give 2 months notice, even though I had been there a full year ) and moved out before the month ended, I turned in my keys early and the girl came back from office said thank you and acknowledged that everything was good. We left the apartment in very good condition and cleaned up well after we left. The next month my wife gets a threatening phone call saying we owe rent and are being evicted (we had already been gone several weeks). REALLY? My wife explains that we moved, gave notice and turned in keys properly, and they continue to argue some loophole in a lease that we didn't even sign with them (we signed a one year lease with Mark Taylor). My wife tells Adam, the manager, to call me and I never get a call. Weeks later, I get a call from a collection agency saying I owe over $2,000 for a $1200 per month apartment, I refuse and immediately call Parcland Crossing, asking for Adam, the manager, he isn't around for a few weeks so this woman starts to debate me about the lease. It's literally like talking to a parrot. Again, they act like we did something wrong and they constantly refer to an obscure clause in the lease so they can extort money after we vacated. They were literally in the apartment that they were charging us for and their excuse is "Well, you didn't plan on paying us anyway, so we went in" REALLY? I was really told that.... HEY PARCLAND, DO THE RIGHT THING!!!!!!!! We did everything right, and were quiet tenants that paid our rent on time. We fulfilled our one year lease and gave more than adequate notice. You are the ones ripping off the mouths that feed you. No wonder, tenants steal public TV's or break stuff on the way out!!!!

I have lived here a year. Would love to renew, but we have personal changes. We still might be able to - not sure. So, Ihave never lived in a more serene, pleasant, enjoyable property. Yes, where can you go and not have occasional neighbor issues... but that is everywhere!!! I love the maintenance, they do a DARN fine job on site keeping clean, the pool gets a work out on summer weekends, but I kid you not, they bring it back to stellar shape, I have never seen a more well0lit property throughout. It's consistently well kept up. We started with Mark-Taylor and they were awesome. Pillar has taken its place, and is equally stellar. The manager Adam is professional, approachable, honest, and will do what is within is power and policy to help if he can. I can say I feel confortable at night walking all the way around the property because it is brightly lighted. The layouts are private and the garages are above ample. You won't find a more enjoyable property, depending on what your needs and likes are. they do a great job.If we have to leave, I would not hesitate to come back.

This is a great place to live. It is close to many shopping areas and restaurants. I appreciate the better quality of carpet, appliances and cabinetry. It is very clean and offers many amenities. The staff is friendly, courteous and informative with things that are going on. I never hear the neighbors on either side but, occasionally will hear my upstairs neighbors. Other than that, I love this place!
