The complex feels like a resort. Maintenance takes great care of the property. I love the pools and hot tub, fitness center and we use all the amenities and my kids like participating in the kids club each month.

It is a very nice neighborhood and well maintained area. The location is perfect. Neighbors are friendly and respectful . I love how it is very family friendly. Kids can safely play anywhere . It is also very pet friendly .

I love the sense of community and the grounds are like none other in Phoenix, especially for kids. The maintenance team is timely, polite and efficient. We love the amenities - the kids play at dusk you can hear music if you open your windows and walking around the community at night feels safe.

It has been great living here. Love all the amenities they have here. Down side since I moved in is that I notice termites in the 2 room. Still dealing with this for 4 months and I can't finish putting the room together.

Community is very well maintained and quiet at least where I'm located. I've only had issues with trash not being picked up but contacted the staff and they took care of it.
