This is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in/seen. The sense of community is great and they have many activities and events that you won't find at any other apartments. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and they seem to really care about their tenants.

LIV NORTHGATE has improved by leaps and bounds over the years as the new management and leasing agents came on-board. Katie, Tina, Radiance all so beautiful, compassionate, professional and efficient. Liv is like living at a resort!!

I lived here back in 2016 for 2 years and loved it. Finally moved back in 2020. The apartments are well kept, staff is amazing and friendly. all activies they plan are just as great. My kids and I Love it here!

I love everything about the community, besides the prices. I feel the rent prices have skyrocketed, and are now beyond what other apartments in the area go for. I feel like they are trying to charge a premium price and while I do love the complex, I don't feel like it is worth the high cost of living.

It has been by far the best move in experience. From day one each staff member has been so helpful and friendly. The amenities on site is a huge plus f9r me and my family We felt very welcomed and are looking forward to meeting other people in the complex.

I signed my lease under an illusion. It's taken nearly 1 year for everything promised to happen after much concern. The community isn't very neighborly, but the amenities are nice. Be aware of thefts.

LIV is a friendly, safe community. I love the amenities. The staff is friendly and make my time here easy and fun, they are easy to talk to and always ready to help. I will be sad to move out after my house is built

It has been great living here. The community is beautiful and maintenance is very on top of things. Everything is easy. Online portal is convenient. I don't have anything else to say and it's making me type more.

I moved across the country and visited many apartment communities. I chose Liv Northgate as it is like resort living. The grounds and apartments are clean and modern. There are many community activities and offerings. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive!

I have enjoyed Liv Northgate. The last four years that I have lived here. It is quiet and I like the large Greenbelt area that separates my buildings from the buildings on the other side of the Greenbelt. Parking is never an issue and the pools are well maintained.My only complaint is that I rarely ever use the awesome amenities in The Hub (clubhouse) because they use so much automatic air freshener in there that it makes my eyes water and my throat sore. Would be very nice if they would dial that down so that I could enjoy that room.

Overall, the staff was friendly and the community was clean. Had some issues with the trash service. Also, the quality of the apartment when you actually get moved in is sub-par. Poor ventilation. Poor A/C (you will spend a LOT on electric) and IMO, way overpriced for what you pay.

I am really amazed by the amenities at this community. It is always very clean and the staff is nice when you come to the office. The maintenance staff on site is amazing. They are quick and always follow up when needed to do so.

We have been at this community since March of 2020, and our experience has been nothing short from exceptional. From the office management to the maintenance staff being there for us through all trials and errors. We've welcomed two babies while being here, and the community itself has definitely been a great motivator to raise our kids in. We love it here.

We have lived at Liv Apartments in Gilbert for 10 months and would definitely recommend! We found them online as we were moving from out of country. Best find, no complaints. Great location in Gilbert with nearby schools and grocery stores etc. Apartments are up-to-date and well maintained. We appreciate the rent bundle with the monthly electric and water bills all rolled into one monthly bill. The grounds are lovely and very well maintained. Maintenance requests are addressed same day with their staff of 4-5. Smoke free site. Pet friendly. Good mix of families, younger and older people. Our kids love the pools and splash pad. They have a very active monthly mixers - salsa dancing, water aerobics, yoga, pancake morning, tournaments. There's always parking - less as the night goes on obviously but you'll always find a spot.

Living at Liv has been the best experience I've ever had in regards to apartment living! All the staff including maintenance are approachable and helpful! I love that the gym and the pool are open 24 hrs. I would recommend Liv to anyone!

We have lived in various apartments over the years and have never had the experience we have had so far at LiV Northgate! The staff, maintenance, community members, everyone is sooo friendly and welcoming! The complex, pools, and other amenities are TOP NOTCH to say the least!, everyday we wake up we feel like we are at a resort!! I could write a novel about how amazing this place is, but it is something you just have to experience yourself to understand!

Have been an excellent experience, all amenities are wonderfull and the management staff is nice. The community is peaceful. We just move from Florida and its look like this is going to be our home for some time.

Extremely fun and close knit community. Everyone is always very welcoming. The events held by the complex are fun and a great way to meet your neighbors. I highly recommend LIV Northgate if you are looking for a clean, well maintained and fun community.

I love this community. There are so many fun activities to do and amenities. I feel as though it is a nice location and decent price for what's included. The cleanliness is ideal and work requests get completed right away. The front desk girls are always so sweet and informative. So far I am loving liv!

I have enjoyed my time at Liv it feels super safe and always clean which is something I love about the grounds. So many cool amenities for kids ans adults, love the food truck Wednesday and all the events they put on for this community

I have lived here for four years and the people in the office always here been helpful. The apartment complex is clean. The pools make me feel like I am on vacation and I always feel safe day and night walking around.

Liv Northgate is a beautifully maintained facility with a lot of unexpected amenities. They have free, open bar happy hours, pancake breakfasts, exercise classes, cooking classes, etc., for all residents and their guests. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always available. I love it here.
