I have loved living in this community. It is clean, safe & has friendly neighbors and staff. I don't really have any complaints, but would like to mention that there have been times when some of the amenities were not in the best conditions. Overall, this is a great place to live whether it's just you or your family as well.

It was waaay to complicated to get in. Payment online was complicated and cost me late fees. The cost does not reflect the location. It is a beautiful community. I love the pools and amenities. There are numerous benefits to it, but this was not for me. I have to relocate, but the lease has locked me in and I CANNOT leave. it became way to corporate. Too inhuman.

We absolutely love this apartment and everything it offers. From the trash butler service to the amazing pools and hub, it has a lot to offer! Our son loves the splash pad and all the exercise stations. We enjoy walks and just being in the complex. The fire pits all around are awesome. We are very happy here and love the luxury of this place!

Apartment complex is nice and kept clean. Have only had 1 problem with our unit but put a work order in and they were at my door at 8 am the next day to fix the issue. Parking can be a problem at times but nothing really to fix that problem that exists pretty much everywhere.

Friendly staff, great location, and nice amenities. 2 pools and a splash pad for the kiddos. Great gym, one of my main reasons for moving here. Lots of nearby walking, parks, shopping. Easy access to highway.

Love the atmosphere here and the staff at Liv community made the move in proscess super easy and convenient for me. As for what Liv community has to offer I love the pools, the hub for recreation I love the parking set up and everything in the apartments

This is a beautiful property and very well maintained. There are so many activities which one may become involved such as gardening, cooking, water activity, and yoga. I feel safe living here and I love my apartment.

Great community. Staff are great and responsive to any issues. Property is well kept. Overall the neighbors are pretty good - some people can't seem to figure out it's a smoke free property nor do they have respect for the pool area at times? can't imagine what their own apartment looks like based on the mess they leave. About as many amenities as you could ask for and they are all in working order.

I have enjoyed living in this community. The grounds are nice and I feel safe here. The staff in the office is very helpful. The dog park has many toys for the dogs to play with and a few water bowls which is nice.

Good community and staff. Property is clean and usually well maintained. Noise from neighbors and nearby construction can be a problem at times. I heard from neighbors there are issues with cars being broken into so I would hope they can improve security.

I love living here at LIV. The community is beautiful and feels like a resort, which is what I love the most! I love the pools and everything else that is offered. The staff are awesome and very helpful. The location is perfect also!

Community is nice overall. I like that it's a non smoking community. Office staff could be more friendly. Neighbors are very loud and telling the office staff does nothing. Maintenance staff is always prompt and friendly.

Great community however management needs to work more with the maintenance crew that is on property Monday-Friday. I personally feel like the weekend crew is more efficient in every way possible. The cleaning ladies need to lower their conversations while working as some residents do work from home.

I definitely recommend this apartment complex, the office staff has gone above and beyond in keeping my family safe and helping whenever the need arises. The maintenance staff are all extremely kind and keep the entire complex looking clean and well maintained.

Tina in the office is so helpful and kind. It's not like dealing with a corporate office. You deal with real people who care and are kind and want to help. The community itself is clean and safe and the maintenance staff is also very nice. Trustworthy and I'm pregnant and they have seen me carrying waters to my unit and have offered to help several times.

Love living here. I enjoy the community. The staff is great and attends to what is needed. It is peaceful and the community is beautiful with lots of things to do in the area. There are a lot of amenities to use. I love the fact that we have our own mini dog park.

Lovely community! I highly recommend LIV Northgate. It's in the perfect location and has a friendly staff. There are tons of amenities and my favorite service they offer is they pick up your trash for you if you leave it at your front door!

Hello! I was just going to leave a message saying that my upstairs neighbors are really loud they have kids a father and mother up on the second floor and they are really loud. My room is right below the kids bedroom and if’s it’s not stomping then it’s crying and I have gone up their and said respectfully “ can you keep it down” they agreed but didn’t stop

First off, when searching for an apartment to live in. My number one reason for taking interest in an apartment is the location. Gilbert is by far the best city in the valley. The complex is beautiful, and well managed. You can tell they meticously pick up every single peice of trash. The amount of effort the staff puts in is phenomenal. They aren't just here to get you to rent, they are providing a full experience you are 110% going to enjoy.

The staff here is absolutely amazing and very helpful at all times. If I ever needed anything done with maintenance they were usually there the same day or early the following day. The landscaping is beautiful and maintained very well.

This has been the best Apartment community that we have ever lived in. The initial tour was good and Warren was super helpful throughout the entire application process. Move in was very smooth and stress free. The maintenance staff responds to work orders quickly and the office staff has always been helpful and friendly. 5/5 stars.
