Don’t Waste Your Time Applying

My experience with the management at this property has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The manager (Crystal Wiley) consistently displayed rude, dismissive, and unhelpful behavior. Instead of addressing concerns with basic respect and professionalism, interactions felt condescending and careless. It was very clear that resident concerns were not being taken seriously. There is a noticeable lack of accountability and communication, which makes resolving even simple issues unnecessarily difficult. This is not the level of service anyone should have to deal with in their own living environment. Management sets the tone for a property, and unfortunately, this experience reflects poorly on the entire complex. Significant improvement in professionalism and customer service is needed.

    There have been a lot of recent car break-ins in the area. The access gate has been broken for months and does not seem that there is any effort to get it fixed. The apartments where painted a few months ago however halfway through the job a new company was hired and did a horrible job with the remaining buildings. Paint is already chipping off. Every once in a while there will be a security guard working however they are very hard to find and do nothing to prevent crime and break-ins in the area. Maintenance staff is slow to respond however they do a good job when they do show up.

      Do not move here unless you want to be stressed out on a daily. Work orders take weeks. Ceilings have bubbles ready to break and nothing will be done until its too late. The office staff are rude and disrespectful. The outside lights are always going out, cant tell you how many times the gate has been broken for weeks. Weirdos walking around at night, sitting and sleeping in cars. Cars get broken into alot and if you like cats...this place might be for you, there are plenty. If you complain they will SUGGEST you move, of course so they can rent your apt for more money. Good luck!!

        Don't move here. The apartment has roof leaks everywhere. I just read a review from a previous tenet that complained her roof leaked for the 3 years she lived here. I put in a request because my roof leaked back in December and they never came to fix it. Now I have another leak in my other bedroom and other tenets also complained about leaks. I let them know last week and still nothing being done. It ruined my bed and they tell me to turn it in to my renters insurance. They don't fix roof leaks and I have to pay for damages they have caused. I pay rent to sleep on the floor now since I can't sleep in my bed.

        Don't waste your time the place have cats like they are residents and the roaches also, I ask did they have roaches and they told me no which is a lie, they will also take there tie making repairs, it took a year to make a repair in my apartment and it still was not done right, they also will try to keep your security deposit so take picture when you move like I did, people moving out as fast as they move in, run fast.

          The community have to many stray cats and the noise is crazy also I was told there where no roaches and it was plus when it rain in my daughter room it always leak and I was there for 3 years and still it leaked

            Lets see is there anything good I can say about Tamarron Apartments, absolutely not!! First of all let me start with the staff. They never answer their phones, so that means they never answer the phones for potential residents nor existing residents. When you have a complaint about your neighbor I guess you might as well call the police, take matters into your own hands or just simply put up with ignorance because the office staff surely wont do anything about it. The only thing they will tell you is to email them your complaint and continue to do so because "there's a eviction process". But how inconvenient is that to you when you pay your rent on time and you're not the one causing the disturbance but just would like some peace and quiet in your own home. But I guess that's too much to ask....anyway moving on. Lets talk about the cat problem...if you love cats then this is the place for you. When I tell you there are litters of stray cats believe me!! The reason its constantly growing is because people who apparently love these cats so much they keep feeding them and bringing water to them. And its not just sit the food and water on their own personal patio or by their front door they put on the sidewalk where you have to walk to get into your apartment and at the sitting area near the grills...you know where you come out to prepare your food. So imagine you walk out of your apartment and you have to constantly walk around piles of food and water trying not to get it on your shoes to track it into your home. So another thing the office staff or at the very least maintenance had seen it and never reported it or they did and the office staff did what they normally do about issues which is absolutely nothing!! Not to mention by these inconsiderate residents doing this is also attracting ants and bugs, I dont know about you but I like a clean home. Next, the parking....is completely ridiculous!! First of all there is not enough parks at all and how you know its not because there are cars parked in front of the office outside the gated every single night. Now you have 1 covered parking that comes with your lease assigned to you, so you would think if you're working late or if you're out late you can at least expect to have your park waiting for you....try not to get your hopes up. So in my past experience if someone else parked in your assigned park you call the tow truck company for your apartments and have that car removed and the idiot who took your park can go pay to get their car out....but not with Tamarron!! If someone takes your parking spot assigned to you, you have to pay to have their car removed out of your spot that you pay rent for every month how stupid and ignorant is that!! The so called "security" they claim to have which only conveniently comes around when someone is moving in, you have to call them and report the problem because now the office is closed. They will just tell you to take down the car information and give it to the office....again another thing the office will do nothing about. And its because more than likely its not a residents car its their guest who they let take your park so the office has no record of the car you're reporting. Lastly we reported the windows were not completely sealed in the fall due to moisture seaping in from the rain and weather changes. The maintenance crew comes in and they tell us just to wipe out the windows and it will be fine. A few months later we move out in the beginning of summer and we discover mold in all the windows and on the walls and floors below the windows. We also had mold on our pictures and canvases that were near the windows as well needless to say we were livid and disgusted. To sum it all up if you love cats, noisy, disrespectful, inconsiderate, ignorant neighbors, and a good for nothing office staff that doesnt care about their residents then this is the place for you!!

              The apartments here are pretty great inside. The community here is spotty at best... you have some residents that are cool and others not so much. I've seen some kids out here tearing up the property... others riding their bikes and ramming cars with them. Some residents get all thug life and start shouting and arguing with each other wanting to fight. I've almost been run over several times while taking out the trash. I've seen one apartment that had several widows shattered and it took them weeks to fix it. Another that still has a window broken from a golfball that hit it. One poor lady came into the office one day crying her eyeballs out because someone broke into her apartment and stole her T.V. The property is actually pretty messing with overgrown bushes and trash. God forbid you could access the restroom in the office after five o'clock when you are hanging out at the pool. These people advertise luxury apartments... LMAO! by what standards?.. They cant seem to keep the same office people either. They raised my rent 660 bucks but did they raise their standards, of course not. On a bright note the maintenance crew is damn good at fixing any issues with the apartment you might have... they'll even change out the air filters if you want. All in all I haven't had the best experience.

                I've been here 3 years and I love this community because of the office staff, maintenance staff and my neighbors make it a joy to live here. I feel safe, my apartment inside and out is well maintained. I welcome all to come and check out these apartment homes.

                  My experience at Tamarron apartments has been entirely positive. I have lived here for six month. The front office staff is amiable, cheerful, and always willing to help. Jazmin and Lily have taken the time to know me on a personal level, have assisted with all of inquiries, and attended to all of my concerns immediately. Maintained requests are completed prompletly, the landscaping is beautiful, and the common areas are neat/clean. My only concern is recently I have noticed spiders near and around my apartment on the exterior walls, most likely due to the weather. I have not called to obtain assistance with this matter, but am certain it will be taken care of as soon as I communicate the concern. When I first moved in, I was slightly alarmed when I realized the community was not gated on the west-facing buildings. However, there have not been any incidents as a result of this. In addition, a new system for utitilies has been implemented called ConService. The amount due each month for utilities varies based on usage each month, which can be difficult to prepare for from month to month. However, I understand the change is beyond the control of the management. Overall, I have had a positive experience living at Tamarron Apartments where I feel safe, supported, and appreciated as a resident.

                      DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! $200 down the drain... $50 app plus $150 admin!! No disclosure on their criteria for background check... I was denied in less than 24hrs due to my criminal background I requested a company of the report & discussed with a manager over something that literally 13 YEARS OLD & A MISDEMEANOR & was told "nothing can be done, we don't accept people like you!!" Needless to say I have done a complete 180 with my life, have been with my job 4yrs which is a reputable international company & I haven't been in any legal troubles since not even a moving a violation since 2004!!! The lady in the leasing office I spoke with completely belittled me & made me feel as if I committed some horrendous act!!! HORRIBLE MOST HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE!!

                        I live here now..moved in a couple a months ago. Myself and spouse live it. It's quiet, clean, and the balcony is a great size. It has all the amenities that you could ever need. I see Myself staying for a while. The staff is great too. Awesome place to live.????????

                          Don't even bother applying here. I've just had the most stressful week of my life trying to adhere to the office's requests. No one in that office knows what they are doing and they will tell you one thing the first day, and the complete opposite the next. After adhering to all of the insane requirements, my Family was still denied from a technicality. They told me I could come get my deposit money back and when I called to tell them I was on my way, Joyce said okay see you here, then, calls me back when I was right around the corner to get my deposit and tells me she is mailing it to me and I should get it in 2-3 weeks. If you want to waste ALOT of time and money this is the perfect place, otherwise, I highly advise against considering this place.

                            We have lived here for 3 years now and every year it gets worse and worse. Some how they charmed us with our first visit and we thought "wow this is such a nice place to live!" WRONG-O. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The other reviews couldn't be more right about the quality of the apartments themselves. They cut corners whenever possible and do cheap --- work. The tile really does crack just from every day use and don't even get me started on the patching jobs they did on this place. Parking spots are way limited for the amount of people living here, and like another reviewer said your parking spot is NEVER near your apartment! Try walking half a mile to your actual building. My biggest complaint by far would be the ----- who operates this facility, "Jennifer". She is the rudest most in-considerate heart-less ----- I've ever met! I came to her with an issue we had regarding our car being broke into; instead of confronting the still present suspect we went to the "security guard" (if that's what you want to call his lazy ---) to help deal with the situation and he let the guy go!! When discussing this with Jennifer she was stone cold and basically shrugged her shoulders at me and said too bad. Be accountable for your staff and those you hire for safety -----!! Ultimately if you lie living amongst gang and welfare type people this place is for you!! I am so dis-satisfied with this place and cannot wait till we move next month. Be warned...you move here...You will be living a living hell. The only thing these people care about is emptying your bank account with their extra fees and pricey rent which continues to go up every time we re-new our contract. STAY AWAY! I'm writing this in hopes I can save one person from the misery we have faced living here. Luxury my ---!

                              I used to be a resident in the Tamarron Apartments for a year. Let starts with the security team; The team they hired for the security team are never around. I had seen them may 5 times, max. And when I had seen them around they are were either on a cell phone, smoke break. For myself, I am active person that use to walk around the complex and travel in and out all times of the day. No matter what they were never doing their "duties" Second thing; the community, the community has a lot of little kids. A lot of the parents are not very active when it comes to displining their kids that are running around screaming. Third thing; parking, very limited on their parking spots and when it comes to assigned parking spots they don't have them close to your door they have it usually on the opposite side so the convience is not here. Fourth thing; pet "fees"", if you guys have pets be aware of all the fine print that they have in your contract. They tell you its a 200 pet fee but in the contract itself it says, deposit. So they will write whatever they want but the fine print will state deposit. So if you decide to get a puppy or pets in general, and one pee spot they already charge you for the replace of carpeting and pet seal, which could cost love 800+ for one little spot. They will scam you out of your security deposits and then will charge you more after that. They are not a great community unless you are willing to pay fortunes. Last thing; their staff, their manager "Jennifer" is never avail when you are in need of speaking to her directly or she will tell you to speak to someone else. She does not know what she is doing to be a "manager" Their "assist manager" Joyce is very rude and will argue out anything and make you respossible for anything. This community at Tamarron Apartments is not the best. There are apartments around that area that are cheaper and better in community safety and customer service. Also, their are condos around that area for the same price...come on that is no brainer then!

                                My son and a good friend of ours moved into a 3 bedroom here in May of 2011. Our roommate moved out at the end of the first year's lease and my son and I kept the 3 bedroom. We will probably move into a two bedroom at the end of our current lease, I have NO plans for moving to a different complex. The office staff and maintenance crew always go above and beyond in any given situation. The only negative thing is that since it is located in a somewhat rural area, coyotes come into the complex; I actually saw one in the middle of the day. This creates for gruesome discoveries when I walk my dog. I once saw a cat paw in a bloodstained patch of grass. My adult son also found a cat head, which had been left behind by a coyote we assume. My other concern is tenants who refuse to leash their dogs when they walk them and then refuse to pick up after their dogs. This not only creates an unsanitary territory for other tenants who walk their dogs but it just shows a lack of respect as well. Neither of these issues reflect upon the staff of the community, but neither the less, I wanted to reflect upon the issues.

                                  I would never recommend this complex, especially under current management! They will find everything they can to charge you for when it comes time to move out, seriously ridiculous things, I'm not talking about legitimate issues!!I have lived here twice, under old mgmt it was great, the second time I moved here I had the worst experience ever!!! I highly recommend finding somewhere else if you are considering moving here.

                                      I have lived here since July 2008 and have had nothing but positive experiences with staff and management, even through some changes. Maintenance requests have always been taken care of same day, or next day if the request was put through late, and all the guys are helpful and thorough. Never any ongoing problems with pest control, and I've not had my place even sprayed in the last year or two. One wet season, there was minor roof leak that kept returning because the roofing company couldn't find its source. When it finally got bigger, they did. That was quite disruptive as I had to move some of my furniture to prevent damage, and then the work that had to be done interiorly took a fair amount of time. In all this, though, maintenance, management, and office staff worked with me. They offered to move me to a different apartment, which I didn't want, but we wound up agreeing on a significant rent concession for that month for the inconvenience. Crime is very low in this general area west of the 101; not much further east you hit Maryvale, and that is definitely an area you want to avoid. Yes, there have been 2, maybe 3, episodes of car break-in epidemics where in a weekend, 7 or 8 cars were vandalized. Remember I've lived here for 5 years and that this is a BIG apartment complex. Those numbers are quite small. Not desireable, but small. They also have an after hours patrol. They do reasonably well responding to complaints, but I do think the level of that security could be beefed up a bit more. There are like 2 guys on bikes for the whole complex. The apartments themselves are gorgeous with a lot of space, storage and otherwise. All of the buildings were just recently repainted, and they look a lot better with the dark color. The landscapers keep the grounds looking very nice, although I do HATE the sound of weed-whackers first thing in the morning, or anytime really! I find it physically painful; earplugs help a little. The cabanas and grill areas are nice to have so close to groups of apartment buildings. The pool area is great, and sometimes very busy. The business center is wonderful, and the use of the fax machine has come in handy many times. The billiard room and fitness center are kept well and available for use, the fitness for use anytime. The media room (theater) was recently redone and has very comfortable seats for sitting back and watching a movie.

                                          I have lived here with my husband since the spring 2012. So far, we absolutely love it! It is true that there was a car break-in in the past but I haven't heard of one since we moved in. I think that it is a little shady that we need to be so paranoid about what we leave in our own cars but most places are like that in the Phoenix area. I don't take my radio face plate out or anything- I just make sure my laptop or brand new appliance isn't sitting in the backseat window! The apartment layout is beautiful and you get a lot for what you pay for. Even the details are present- like crown molding to pull the room together. We love that the door has a double dead bolt AND a security system. Plus, the window are all insanely heavy! All of our appliances work well except for the dishwasher. It's a little outdated and doesn't clean the dishes as well as I'd hoped but I haven't told maintenance so it's not their fault. Any work orders are usually dealt with the same day- definitely by the next day. And the office staff? I know all of their first names! And they all know mine so their personalities are continuously lovely, even after having been a tenant. AND- they even slipped a happy birthday card in my front door on my birthday. It was above and beyond. The ONLY thing I would change is the pet rules. Only two pets and a TON of breed restrictions on top of a weight restriction. The deposits are very large ($500 per pet)plus pet rent at $25/pet. I've heard a lot of people get away with having big dogs or more than two by hiding them but I'm too chicken for that! In the end, I was referred by a friend who liked it. After 6 months, we like it and we referred a friend who moved in across the complex (he likes it as well!). It's not the absolute best place ever but it is certainly where I will be calling home for some time.

                                              Wonderful place to live!!

                                              We lived at Tamarron from 01/11 - 01/12. We recently moved in to a home due to the expectance of a new addition to our family. We needed more space and something on a ground level with a back yard. We absolutely loved the community. The apartments are beautiful, well built(high quality)and well cared for. The community is very well maintained and the both the Management and Maintenance are awesome. Most of our maintenance requests were addressed same day. No one ever had to come back as it was always done right the first time. The staff in the office are A in professionalism and were always very friendly and quick to resolve/help with any issues we had(which were very minimal). They hosted a few resident parties/events while we were there which were wonderful for the adults and the kids. We very much enjoyed our time there and were we ever to move back in to an apartment we wouldn't hesitate to rent here. I would highly suggest it to anyone looking for a GREAT place to live. The price of the apartments are very low for the service and product. We've only been gone a couple of weeks but in many ways miss it already!
