highly recommended
The staff has been nothing but helpful while i have been staying there for over a year. They even looked after my cat while i was away and was not able to make it back immediately. Who does that?! The place looks great, and is patrolled by guards at night. The staff is always friendly to me when i go in there, and the complex really is one of the best looking ones ive seen in the area.

I really like it here
I read the reviews below and I am really surprised to here some of the comments I have lived here for a year and really like it. There have been a few office people that were not very nice but they aren't here anymore. The apartments are really big and have nice finishing touchs. The maintenance are really quick to respond and are always pleasant.

NOISE
The noise is terrible!!!!!!! Contacting the office makes you feel like something will be addressed and nothing happens. I have stayed at Tamarron for location but it is getting worse as the days go on.

There is not enough words
From the day I moved in this place has been a nightmare and I have had to deal with it for the term of my lease. 8 people in my building all got their cars broken into within two weeks...and let me tell you there are only 8 units in my building. When this was brought to the attention on the staff they are EXTREMELY rude and told me I should of did more research on this place b/c no place is safe. And they would not even look at their security cameras, I thought they were put up for our safety..apparently not! Also, a new neighbor moved in and I ran into him and he said the staff was right there is a hott girl living above me. So they used that to sell the guy the place. Unbelievable!!! I recently got bitten by a black widow in my bedroom and have seen many bugs in my place. I do not feel safe here, the neighborhood across the street is aweful you always hear shootings and see graffiti on the walls.

Overall Good Place
As of the time of this writing I have lived here three months. I have to disagree with some of the others. The office staff have been very friendly with me. I will say I did have a few problems moving in with the staff and lack of kindness and knowledge. However it was all resolved with less effort then I originally thought it would take. I believe a large portion is how you treat people. I am going out of my way to learn each persons name at the office and call them by name when I see them. Additionally I have sent cards to several of them thanking them for their help and time. I won't say they are perfect, but who is. Overall though, I get a good reception and I have been able to get anything done that I needed. Maintenance has been great, they have been out promptly and fixed each problem I have had, and the grounds are nice. Security could be increased, but not even Fort Knox is impenetrable. Noise is almost none, and I have nice neighbors. I have tried to cultivate friendships with them too. They even apologize in advance if they are going to be doing something noisy.

Since the new management has taken over I believe that there have been some positive changes and that more are coming. There is more structure. I regret that the pool is not heated, but the hot tub is nice as we are currently in October! Had my parking spot taken a lot at first, and I talked to the office and it has only happened once since and I think that was a visitor. I will have to say as well though, I do have a problem with parking sometimes. We have two cars and with only one designated spot, and more designated spots then not, sometimes I have a bit of a walk to my apartment. If I get home early I get a place near my apartment, but if I get home late I sometimes have to drive around for a while. Also I appreciate the fact that some forms of payment are not convenient from an office standpoint, but payment is ultra limited. I am an all digital kind of guy, I HATE checks. Tamarron, however, will only accept a check or money order for rent and deposits. They will not even accept a check for your rent if it does not have your name on it! I exclusively use online bill pay, debit card, or cash. So to have to write a check or hassle with a money order is a MAJOR turn off for me, hassle is the key. Paying your rent should not be a hassle! I hate the hassle of checks. I am going to try online bill pay with my rent this month so we will see how it goes. All in all I would recommend Tamarron, except for their price. They are pricy, but a bargain compared to equal apartments in places like Palm Valley. I would give them an A- up from the B when we moved in and on the rise.
What a piece of Work!
This place looks awsome! I have to admit it is a looker. However I did go and look at the place. I have to tell you Holly Cow! What a crappy staff, gated my back-side, more like considered a controled entry...false advertisement on their part. Security...what security? I don't think they ment the alarm systems. I just can't see myself paying that much money to live there for what they say they are offering versus what they are really offering. OH and FYI I have it on good source that I seen a staff member writting a review here singing praises.

I have been at Tamarron since September and I love it here. The only thing that I could complain about would be the office manager. I believe her name is Elisabeth. We have gone in to the office many times to talk to her but she is never their. Every time We go into the office there is one person working and she has always been as sweet as pie to us. I feel bad that she is left alone so much. Other than that I don’t have any complaints

I've constantly had issues with the front office staff being rude with me. Constantly having someone park in my parking space, and the only way to get a car towed out of your space is to call the front office and THEY give the ok to tow it so what good does that do when the front office is closed and I work during the day? When I moved in they advertised a 24 hour pool. And because I work all day and the pool is constantly being used during the day, I was looking forward to going when I could relax after a long hard days work by myself. Well, summers here and it's no longer 24 hours. It closes at 10:30. Great, I get home from work around that time. Constantly smelling pot from the apartment below me. I thought complexs were not supposed to have solicitation as well... I've had MANY of those at my door. People setting off home-made bombs by my building. Downstairs people banging on their ceiling all the time due to an altercation about making noise once by slipping out of the bathtub and hitting the floor. I now have him harrassing me and all the front office tells me to do is call the front office and leave a message letting them know what happened and when. I can never find security, I've already had one attempted break-in, the only areas I've seen them is in their car at the front or in the back. How they can watch anything from their is beyond me. I had the mail lady at my door getting in my face because I questioned the post office why I was not recieving any of my 10 or so packages. I've lived here since December and I have another 8 months until my lease is up unfortunately.

What a Great Experience!
I just moved to Tamarron from out of state and I have to say this has been the best moving experience I have had. When I arrived everyone I worked with in the office was awesome. My apartment was better than I expected and I couldn't be happier. So, don't always listen to other peoples reviews they are probably just having a bad day!!

OMG you said it!!!!
You are soooo right on about the office staff! The manager is so rude! I have had so many problems with my apartment (leaks, etc) and I have received nothing but grief from the staff, especially the manager! I can't wait til my lease is up also.

That is crazy!
I have been a resident here at Tamarron since it opened in August! I absolutley love it. The girls in the office have been nothing but helpful and sweet to me and my family. The amenities are wonderful and always clean and taken care of. We plan on renewing our lease and making this our home for a long time!

agreed
I have to agree with the other user. The office staff is EXTREMELY rude! Unbelievably rude! The "manager" if you want to call her that, sits in the office and gives dirty looks at you and makes the other girls handle everything. If you do talk to her she's rude and condescending. Even the mail person said that about the manager because of an issue with no outgoing mail box for the residents. I have not had problems with hearing my neighbors or a car break in...thank goodness. I like my apartment but the office staff is so unprofessional and rude that I can't wait until my lease is up.

This place is AWFUL!!! Looks are soooooo deceiving!!!
Do not rent here! As the saying goes, looks are very deceiving!!! It looks beautiful on the outside, but there are so many problems
with living here. My car was keyed. There is never enough parking. My
neighbors car was broken into. There is virtually no security. It is
considered a "gated" community but the gate isn't always working. The office
staff are rude. Not to mention the fact that the place was built cheaply and
you can hear your neighbors as if they were in the apartment with you!!!
