Love it

I have lived in Tamarron the past year and just renewed my lease. I have a 2 bedroom, it is huge and spacious with high ceilings, very nice and updated appliances. I have never had my car broken into, or heard of it. I also have an alarm that is provided my Tamarron. I love the mananagment and they really take care of my needs.

Terrible Service

I lived in this community for a year with my family. The community appearance was good, but the management was terrible! They would not work with tenants on anything whatsoever. I had a decent amount of maintenance calls due to maintenance not fixing it right the first time. Joyce in the office was an absolute jerk about everything and very un necessarily confrontational and rude. When time came to move out, we cleaned our apartment and it just so happened to be over a holiday weekend so we could not have our "walk through" done until Monday, but they conveniently we're closed until Tuesday. When I called to do it, I was told that maintenance had already done it, and that I was being charged over $300 because it wasn't absolutely spotless, and that I could not do a walk through to show why I was being charged. I was then harassed and threatened by Joyce when I told her I could not afford the fictitious charges and threatened with it being reported on my credit. She also proceeded to tell me she didn't care when I told her it was redicilous. I am very dissatisfied with my experience here, and would NEVER recommend this place, or even think about living here again.

Not to bad for west phoenix :)

So I have lived her going on 6 months now and if they keep my rent the same I would have no problem signing a new lease! The apartments dont have much curb appeal, but inside they have 9ft ceilings, crown molding, nice light fixtures, etc. The grounds are kept great they do landscaping here atleast three times a week. The staff has always been great and willing to help....ok so on to the bad, the model I live in the largest two bedroom, when the ac comes on you it sounds like their is running water going through the walls in the master bedroom, its the freon going to the ac is what i was told and their is nothing they can do, oh and make sure to keep the drains closed otherwise you get sewer roaches, they do have a pest service that comes everyweek tho. You can also hear your upstairs neighbors pretty loud and clear. The apartments do offer a great shcool discount, and any problems Ive had have been fixed within 24 hours! All though the apartments are nice I have been noticing some pretty rough people moving...I guess what can you expect from apartment living!

This is a great complex!The staff is awesome and very friendly! Anytime i have ever had a problem they always were happy to help!The resident functions are awesome and so much fun! The grounds are always kept up with! I highly recommend! I will continue to renew my lease for sure!

If you like bad management & no security move here!

I moved to the Tamarron August 2007 and lived there until Dec 2009. I actually enjoyed living there when Michelle was managing the place and they had nightly security! In 2008-2009 they promoted Michelle to District and thats when things turned bad. The staff was never able to answer my general questions and the lack of security went down hill. For example, my Husbands truck was parked on the N. side of the office and was broken into and when I reported it the next morning the Manager said that 3 other vehicles had been broken into....So, this is obviously a problem that is happening all of the time because they lack security. The Gates! Thats just a big joke. People can walk right around them and most of the time they are broken. The only positive thing I can say about the apartment was the floor plan. I lived in the large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. The kitchen was small considering the living space was huge. I moved to Trillium in Dec and highly recommend this place. Nice floor plans, better staff, Its gated with a security guard at the gate!!

So far so Good

I have been living here for a few months and I Like it so far, the staff is at the office is great. Grounds are well kept, fitness center and pool are overall we maintaine. I defentily think is a good place. the only think that's dissaponting is the fact that they have send me a notice for eviction for several complains of something we have not been doing they had said they have had several complains about our apartment home but they send us an eviction notice how many complain an none we have been aware of. Maybe if they would keep up with there complain and let us know as soon one comes we would take care of that would be great

Awesome Apartments!

I have lived at Tamarron for over 2 years. It's a beautiful place to live, safe, quiet, and the staff is helpful and friendly. I love the workout facility, pool, and ability to rent movies from the office for free. If you are a teacher you can also get a discount and you can see Cardinal Stadium right from the apartments. Within a mile of Starbucks, Home Depot, and Walmart. Enjoy looking here!

The apartments are beautiful and very spacious, the grounds are well kept, and the staff is very nice. The maintance staff is very nice and they are quick to get the work orders done. I would highly recemond this place to anyone looking for a quality place to live.

Office Staff is Horrible

I was actually considering renewing my lease at this place until I recently was accused of disorderly conduct and keeping up noise in my place...Which is hard to beleive since I am rarely there...The neighbor states I am up all hrs walking around at night and I am asleep by 10 I dont get it...All of this just came out of no where if this person had a problem he/she should have came to my door instead of complaining to the office! I have never seen the downstairs neighbors once and have been there since March... All of this complaining is just bogus! I cant have guest spend the night at my home unless I fill out a application for them never heard of that before and I have lived in several apartments...They dont know what they are doing or talking about half the time down in the office ever since they got new staff...I am actually considering just breaking my lease and moving out because staff is harrassing my guest and I...I dont know is it a racial thing hmmm??? If this place had professional employees it would actually be worth staying here...I will not refer another person to live here! I will pass on the $300 off of my rent!

7 CARS BROKEN INTO!!!

I have the letter here in front of me that the office sent out to all the residents about the 7 cars that got broken into on February 3, 2010 between the hours of 12am-6am. What I want to know is, where the hell was the "security patrol". I mean we used to see them patrolling the complex on bike and then a few of months ago we noticed that the "security patrol" would be sitting on their butts in front of the office or in the pool area watching TV and NOT patrolling. Then we noticed about a month ago that we haven't even seen the "security patrol" at all. 7 cars, really, 7 really? Then in the letter the office sent out and I quote, "No one can guarantee break-ins will not occur", "Tamarron Apartments, it's owners, it's managing agent and it's employees care about incidents of this nature, but we cannot guarantee it will not happen". No Tamarron can't guarantee anything of safety for your car but the can guarantee that it will get broken into, where was the "security patrol" in all of this? If they were riding their bike around patrolling like it says in their job title, maybe they could have seen something and the police could have been notified or a description of the criminal could have been taken down. Is the "security patrol" no longer, have they gone missing, did someone steal them too? Another quote from Tamarron, "Please take measures to make sure car doors are closed and locked at all times when unattended and do not place valuable personal property in them". Ooooh so it's our fault now if our cars get broken into, I guess because our cars are so shiny and such. "make sure doors are closed", yeah because I leave my car door wide open just for the hell of it. Listen people, my car was not one of the cars that got broken into, thank God, 'cause I can't thank Tamarron, I just feel like enough is enough with this place. I will tell you this, if you value your car, your safety against, spiders, roaches, scorpions and rude office staff that don't do anything about rude and loud neighbors, DO NOT move here. Sure, it seems great, low rent, big apartment, great location, but it all has a hefty price in the end. I am so glad we are moving out after being her for soooo long!!!

Pretty good, no major complaints

Parking is adequate, landscaping is well maintained. Small half-court basketball, horseshoe, gym, and pool area around the office. Walls might be a little thin, especially between living room and bedroom, can sometimes hear muffled noises from neighbors' unit. Air conditioning can be somewhat loud when on, have to turn the TV volume up a bit. Close to venues such as Jobing.com arena and Phoenix Cardinals stadium, and shopping centers. Some units face west, which can get hot from the afternoon sun.

THIS PLACE IS JUNK

I LIVED HERE ABOUT 8 MONTHS I HATE THE STAFF IS RUDE NOT MENTION THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE AROUND US A VERY LOUD ALSO THEY SAY THEY ARE FULLY GATED BUT THERE ARE SO MANY WAYS STRANGERS CAN COME IN AND THE SURROUNDING WALLS HAVE GRAFITTI AN THEM IT MAKES THE APARTMENTS LOOK JUNKY THE NEW MANAGER IS RUDE THE STAFF NEVER SEEMS FRIENDLY OR ATLEAST SMILE ONCE IN AWHILE. Unprofessional

The apartment itself is not bad, but the staff is horrible. They're unhelpful most of the time, and they're VERY unprofressional. They don't really pay attention to you until you say something, and they're not that great with information either. They also never seem any enthusiatic, or even ACT like they want to be there. Other staff wise though, the maintenance people are very friendly and nice to talk to. They do keep their landscape very well kept. With how the housing market is now a days, you can rent a house for around the same price as this apartment complex.

don't move here

i was one of the first residents here. i moved out as soon as my lease was up. security is very, very bad. my car was broke into. nothing was done. a week later, it was stolen. someone i worked with lived here too and their car was stolen 3 times (this person was closer to the front gate). they need to actually use the security cameras and completely gate off the community. anyone can walk right in. the apartment itself was great. i really liked the floorplan and the tile floors. i had alot of storage space too.

LOVE IT

My husband and I have lived here almost 2 years and we love it. We have no intentions to move until we buy a house. The units are well maintained. The landscape is kept up. We have only had a couple of things that needed repaired but they were repaired quickly and with little effort on our part. The ladies in the office are WONDERFUL. They are very helpful and friendly. The fitness center is always clean as is the pool. Our only complaint has been the noise from our current neighbors but the three previous tenants of that unit were no problem. The courtesy officers are friendly and make themselves available. This is a great place. My sister referred it to me, and I referred it to my best friend.

Love it

I have lived here for about a year and a half and I really love it here. The apartments are nice and big. The lawns and grounds always look beautiful. The maintenance people are really nice and are quick at getting my requests done. The office staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Not Bad

I've been here for more than a year. It would be nice if they would power clean the upstairs landings and stairs. I mentioned it to the office and they said they couldn't do it. Otherwise this place isn't bad for it being a large apt complex. Security stops me all the time and asks where I live. I guess it's for the better but kind of getting old. A dog barks across the golf course from early morining till past midnight. It's the most annoying high pitch bark ever, so I turn up my music or tv to drown out the noise (it's barking right now).

No Way and looks can be decieving

I have lived at Tamarron for approximately 6 months. When we moved in there was something really strange going on, almost supernatural - evil. We advised the management office about it but they said they could do nothing and that they had no idea why we were having these happenings! We had the apartment blessed and my son has crucifixes and even saints and rosaries in his room. Also, over Thanksgiving weekend we had 2 nice bicycles taken from our storage area. This is not even 5 feet from our front door! They have a security patrol officer but they must have been sleeping on the job or perhaps they didnt pay for a security officer for that weekend. I have a relative that works for a government department that enforces crimes dealing with immigration issues and he advised me that this area that I live in is marked with RED all over their apprehension maps. The staff is very freindly though....

Ready to leave

I thought Tamarron was pretty nice at first. But after 6 months I am ready to move out. I've had two different security issues there. The first was just after Labor Day weekend when someone vandalized my car. I asked the office if they could check their security cameras that are recording the gates but no one in the office even knew how they worked. Nothing ever came of that. After that happened I decided that I was going to get a garage for the out of sight out of mind factor. A lot of good this did me. Sometime over Thanksgiving weekend while I was away my garage was broken in to. I had over $200 worth of stuff taken and the office did nothing to try to find out what happened. After I saw what stuff had been taken from my garage I two open condoms in the garage and a beer bottle cap. The garage door had a dent in it since the day I started renting and they made no effort to fix it. Pretty much every time I go back to my apartment I half expect it to be broken into and most of my stuff gone. I am also in one of the units close to the road and there is no wall or anything to stop Joe Schmo from walking in from the street and doing as he pleases. That is another thing that had bothered me since day one. I can not wait to get out of that place!

I have lived here for 6 months now and have had no problems. The office personnel are really nice and easy to deal with. The maintenance is quick to get my requests done. I really like what the apartments have to offer, they have large rooms and there is alot to do on the property. They offer alot of services like a movie room and movie check out service. They have nice get togethers so you can meet your neighbors. I feel very at home here.

Love my apartment

I live in a two bedroom at Tamarron, it is the biggest two bedroom apartment I've ever lived in. Me and my kids use the pool alot and it is always clean and nice. I rented here because the apartments have washers and dryers,tile and they are really upgraded compared to the other apartments in the area. I wish it had a playground but otherwise it has really nice facilities like a gym and computer room. The office people are very helpful too. Fellis and Samantha helped make my move from out of state very easy. The maintenance man Jeff was very nice too. I have read the reviews on this website and can't believe some of the comments because I feel so at home here and I love my apartment.

Nice Place!!

I have lived here for about two months and I love it. My apartment is very spacious, its really one of the nicest apartments I have lived in. You have to actually see the apartment in person to see how nice it is. The only maintenance problem I have had was a light went out, maintenance came out within hours. The grounds are always kept nice. The poor is very clean and the office is beautiful. I really cant say much about the staff because I never go in to see them for anything. The noise here is minimum, I mean it is an apartment so you will hear somethings, but nothing major. I did have someone park in my stall for two days, I immediately called the office and that car was out of my spot the next day. There is really nothing I can say bad about this place, its just a really nice apartment inside and out. And trust me on this, I am one of the most pickest person you will ever meet.
