Overall have had a positive experience here so far. Getting maintenance to your unit is often difficult, but once they arrive they are great. It is also often hard to get in touch with the front office, but once you get ahold of them they are usually kind and helpful.

It has been an excellent experience so far. The landscape is nice and maintenance does a good job with upkeep. I have not experienced any problems except with parking. There are not enough parking spaces and the parking policy is horrible.

Decent community, however quality has gone downhill so quick. When we moved here it was great, more of a closer community. Now, its 100% opposite. Its better than others, but what you pay here, beware. The quality of life here, look elsewhere

The community has been active with constant repairs and maintenance improvements. The building upkeep is generally maintained. However there are things like the play structure that was filthy and missing a shade that are concerning. The facilities are nice but often have unattended teenagers in meeting spaces (business center, conference room etc.) behaving in an unruly manner. It appears at times that there was no plan to support the needs of some of the families by providing a place for teens only and restricting access to business areas.

Our experience has been good. But with all the complaints of things being broken and mishandled for the price that we pay here should be handled way better by management. I think this place could be even better with those little being fixed. I also think we should have a gate security because cars pull in exit side when we are leaving. But the place is beautiful other than those things.

We moved into this community this year 2024 after previously living here in 2020 to dec of 2021. We came back because we absolutely love this place and everything it has to offer. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. Our experience with homecoming and Lewis has been such a positive one. The community is always clean and very well taken care of. They also have so much to offer like food trucks and movie nights and activity's for kids and so much more. This place has so many pools and playgrounds for kids, it is extremely kid friendly. My nieces always come over so they can play here they absolutely love it and want to me live here forever in there own words. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone

Initially my experience to the community was great. I would admit the management team was very helpful and understanding to the various challenges that come with moving let alone to a large community like Homecoming. It is always important to ask questions, to visit the community and also be open minded.

The staff is very nice here at Homecoming. The property is nice and I love having my own two car garage. We also love the fact that the grocery store, restaurants, and the elementary/middle school is right next door.

This is a very nice community. However, I feel like the upkeep surrounding it needs to be addressed more thoroughly such as; dog poop, sidewalk, graffiti, and trash, littering the property, and not being picked up in a timely manner.

So far experience at the homecoming preserve has been great! The community is quiet and kid friendly. Staffs are kind and organize many fun events which is a plus at keeping the neighbors close and together. They are also great at sharing and updating informations.

Exceptional Help

I can't begin to stress how much I appreciate these 2 men, they truly went above and beyond to help me when my washer broke down, I was completely stressed, they Ensured me I will not be without a washer long and they were true to their word, Javoni came less than 24 hrs with a washer You can find help like this, they could have put me off and waited but they showed me they are professional and caring representatives of Homecoming and I really hope Homecoming appreciate these gentlemen and knowledge them both, it's very hard to find good workers let alone exceptional outstanding workers Thank you both

I like the community I don't like the people that live above me theres one child 10 or 11 that literally runs through the apartment??the parents are there because I can hear them walk or should I say walk really hard

The overall experience has been good. The cleanliness and response time on work orders can be a little quicker. Some have not been done and we have to submit another work order for the same thing. I also hate the 15 day per month rule on parking inside the property. I understand why you do it. I have been here for 5 years and because i have more than 2 cars, I still have to park outside of the gates once the 15 days have been reached.

I reached out to the Homecoming at the Preserve looking for my new home and spoke with Dominique. She answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. She took me on a tour and that's "all she wrote", I moved in June 8, 2024. EVERYONE here has been so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Hagar and Mary Beth, Community Receptionists are always available when I have a question. A special "shout out" to Alfredo, who did my "move in" walk through with me. He couldn't have been nicer nor more knowledgeable. Everyone I have dealt with in the past 3 months are top notch. I have definitely found my "forever home". On another note, the grounds are beautifully kept. I walk every day and it is a safe and delightful place to call home. In closing, thanks to everyone to works here and a special thanks to Dominique for finding me my forever home, I know the process wasn't easy.

The property is beautiful and the living quarters are nice. The few things that could help make this community a perfect place for families are: requiring pet owners a designated area for their dogs to relieve themselves. Currently their are dogs and owner utilizing the park area where children play in the same grass, and on the side walks around the community. The parking situation should be catered towards the paying residents. Currently residents are required to park in their garage and the other parking in the community is for registered guests. If they changed those two items this place would be a perfect place for families.

The apartment itself is good however, the outside communal areas, landscaping, and parking all need work. The office staff is truly subpar, they often do not answer the phone, return calls, or complete requests. One good thing is the new shopping center that was put in which makes shopping convenient.

I really appreciate living at the Homecoming. I've lived in two units since I first moved there. The first and most outstanding feature of living here is the friendly staff. They have good hiring practices, as well as I know they have high expectations for customer service. I don't mean this as a cliche, but they make you feel important. The place is well kept, but the sometimes when the trees need trimming, it feels like you're living in a dark jungle as you drive through the roads inside. They respond fast to service requests. Aside from that I have not complaints.
