Rafael! Employee of the Month!!!!
Rafa was excellent when he came to fix my bathrooms. He was very respectful and courteous. He was knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and even asked if there was anything else he could assist with before leaving. Iām very happy to see that Homecoming has a maintenance person who truly cares about doing a good job for the residents. Thank you again, Rafael.

Natalia is great and professional at presenting and hosting all events at Homecoming EASTVALE I appreciate her kindness and knowledge and she is a joy to be around. living in Homecoming EASTVALE has been such a pleasure.

Love the community events
Everybody is very friendly and welcoming. The events are very well planned and I always look forward to them. Staff members here are always ready and willing to help you out. These events are also a cool way to meet your neighbors.

A wonderful place to live
The maintenance team here is wonderful. They always come and get things fixed in a quick manner. Itās a great place to live. They always have fun things for the family to do here. I feel safe walking around.

Great place to live
This is a great place to live. The maintenance people here get things fixed right away. Donāt even have to wait long. Pat is my favorite maintenance guy. He is always happy when I see him smiling and whistling. Heās very knowledgeable at what he does and you can tell he loves his job. He is great with the kids and they all love him. There are lots of things to do here with the family. They always have fun stuff to do. Itās a safe place for the kids here. I just love living here.

Any maintenance issue gets solved right away..
Carlos very friendly always says hello staff went above and beyond once when I was out of town and my dog got out they were out looking for him to as well as my neighbor but he was turned in and the staff brought him home made sure he was safe inside Iāll never forget that!

Sunrise at Homecoming
Iāve lived here since 2022. Iām a single woman with two dogs. I feel safe here. I love the enclosed dog park. The grounds are well kept with dog stations for plenty of pick up bags. Thereās a full-time event coordinator who plans great events all month long. The grounds are beautiful with many barbecues, picnic tables, & barstool eating areas. Thereās a theater room, library,banquet room; we can rent out for special events, two pools, hot tub, a weight room.

Do NOT move here. Do not think about moving here because you will regret it. Do not pay attention to the seemingly "paid" reviewers who obviously have never lived here. I've lived here since 02/2021, and the only thing that's good about it is the look. From extremely poor management to garage break-ins, it has been a very disenchanting experience. Not to mention the extremely high rents. Residents are sequestered from expressing concerns on the internal ActiveLiving portal, management conducts routine inspections by coming and peeking into our garages at zero dark thirty, which is quite creepy. There have been tons of garage break-ins which I believe many were an inside job. One Saturday morning, my daughter was out walking my then 15 month old grandson, and a homeless man emerged from the bushes by the garages, holding a large object in a bag then began following them. (See photos attached). Homecoming recently hired a new office team and they all suck! Additionally, this is a gated community but vehicles piggyback onto this property at will. Vehicle break-ins, and repossessions occur here very often and nothing is done to protect the residents. We were scheduled to have our tubs re-glazed this past weekend so, we had to leave home for at lease 6 hours. The office called @ 9a.m. to confirm the arrival of the outside contractor, and that he was on property to do the work. We left home @ 9:30a.m. and after 4 hours of not getting notification of entry via our Ring Camera we called the office and was told that the contractor went to a vacant unit to do the work there first and we would be next. Unacceptable! Especially when we were scheduled @ 9a.m., and no one called to advise of any issues or changes in the scheduled appointment. SO, we were out in the rain this weekend with my 22-month old grandson who got sick as a result, and my daughter who took the weekend off work to prepare and have this work done. BUT, Homecoming at Eastvale was more concerned with prepping an empty unit for rent. This is a slap in the face. Got a call this morning from the Maintenance Manager asking me to choose another date. UNACCEPTABLE! It's more than just a reschedule for us. We have to make plans all over AGAIN! WARNING: DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I moved out a month ago. I did enjoy living there the 4.5 years I was there, but the management is not good. And they take advantage of you when it's time to move out. I was told I would not be charged if I cleaned my unit. I spent 3.5 hours cleaning it and there was no damage except for a very small hole in the upstairs carpet. They refunded me $185 of my $600 deposit. They charged me $245 dollars for a cleaning fee! Those ---***** don't know what clean is. They also charged me another $87 for something I don't even understand. The only thing I owed was the utilities for $85.57, so I should have gotten back a little over $500. If you're thinking about living there just know that management doesn't care about anything and DON'T clean your unit when you move out because they will rob you of your money anyway! Maintenance crew is excellent though. I'm so glad I have a home again and I'm only paying a couple of hundred dollars more than what I was paying them. Good riddance!

I was extremely disappointed in the way Homecoming at Eastvale does business. When checking out the apartment complex before moving in it seemed really nice, well taken care of, and secure. However while we lived there the mailboxes got broken into, multiple cars/garages were broken into, and people going through the trash dumpsters. The gates are left wide open probably approximately 50% of the time so they really don't do any good. There was multiple times they got behind on the yard maintenance to the point rose bushes were growing over the entryway to our apartment. We also had our smoke detector go out of service for being outdated and requested new ones. They picked up our old ones but it took a month to get new smoke detectors and the whole time we were without a single smoke detector. For the high price paid on the apartments you would expect better security and service. Also be aware when you move out they will nickel and dime you for carpet cleaning, painting, and general house cleaning so be prepared to not get your security deposit back and possibly owe more. When were moving out we also got about $1,000 charge because we were a few days short of a 30 day notice even though when we were asked at 30 days if we would be renewing for a 4th year we told them we were waiting for escrow to close before we made a final decision and we were told "okay no problem just let us know" but they did not mention the fine print in the contract that if we didn't give exactly a 30 day notice we would be charged half a month's rent for being a few days past 30 days.

I've been here for 5 years and I'm very happy with all the xtra's this apartment has verses other apartments. Very clean neighborhood, no crazy neighbors. Staff has always helped me when needed especially the maintenance guys. I see some children riding bikes. People walk their dogs. Great place.

Homecoming at eastvale is great minus the parking there's plenty of times where it's hard to find parking if you come home off work in the afternoon good luck finding a spot within a reasonable distance from your unit there's been a good amount of times where I had to just park outside the community leaving my car unattended because there's no open spots because non residents are here using our spaces.

I have lived at the Eastvale location for 3 months. I have not had a pleasant experience at all. The resident service is no help at all and have lied on multiple of my documents about providing services that they have not given. This company has no regard for how to communicate with their residents in a professional and proper manner. As a new resident I expected to have received more communication on the policy changes that they had rolled out. Here with the Lewis Management it is your responsibility to find the new policy changes and find the information yourself. When I initially signed the lease I was even the information by lessening agent Thalia, that since I will have two cars and a garage that my roommate and my self could switch out the cars in the garage to share the garage rather than purchase another garage that is on the outskirts of the campus. Now I am being given a ticket for parking in the parking lot rather than the garage because my parking pass is green not orange. I do NOT trust this company and would NOT recommend spending your time or money with the deception and inconsistency of the Lewis Apartment Brand.

I had a great experience here till the managers of this complex turned my life into a living hell, separating me from my family and kids. My kids failed to pick up a few dog poops in the park at night which was badly lit. As a result, the manager told me he would not be renewing my lease. He then sat there and told my husband he could renew the lease, and the DOG could stay, but that I would have to LEAVE!!!!! Seriously? I thought surely that's not real. So, I kept living with my family and oh no, they were serious. Then they threatened to kick me out, refused to give me my mail (which is against the law), and then towed my car without warning. I have never in my life felt so abused by an apartment complex!!! When I wrote to district management to plead my case, they simply threatened us with a lawyers letter back, claiming they have every right to do what they did and are not in the wrong. Wwwwwwwww. An apartment complex that will tear your family apart!!! So I have had to sleep in my car, in hotels, and at friends places half the time just so I'm not on the street. This is after paying over $100,000 in rent over the last few years here. All because of a couple of dog poops!!! And when you walk around there is poop everywhere that they don't even pick up. Unbelievable. Run don't walk!!!!! I will be suing for the emotional trauma they have caused me.

I'm a single female living here for 10+ years. I've had the opportunity to buy I home outside the community but I have chosen to stay here because of th safe environment. In the 10 years of my residency here, I've had to address management regarding minor issues and every single time I've had prompt and courteous response. It really is like resort living. They have a residence office were you can pay rent, pick up packages, drop off and pick up cleaners. The clubhouse and pool area are beautiful with a small theaters, library, gym, work office station that I use often. I meeting room. Billiards and poker table room. The community calendar is filled with mostly free events such as Zumba, lunch and bingo, and seasonal outdoor parties. Take a tour for yourself. You won't regret it.

One would want to believe that an expensive rental apartments in the IE would be professionally run and make an effort to make renters feel safe and secure. This is not the case with Lewis Apartment community in Eastvale, California. Gates are typically broken or left open in this gated community because they are typically broken. Drugs are a problem in that my wife and I continuously smell marijuana being smoked and have seen too many used syringe needles that drug addicts use during our morning and evening walks. The front office claims these are people from a community next door called Swan Lake but there is no remedy other than the front office people denying what is happening or just placating complainers. Besides, we have seen actual users that live here smoking drugs out in plain site. In February 2017, SWAT here and were blocking Exits. Lots of cruisers, SUVs, ambulances with flashing lights from law enforcement vehicles everywhere with police in tactical armor and assault rifles. Because the Lewis family is the biggest political contributors in the IE, the police report was not published in local papers. One can request an official police report at the Sheriffs Station in Eastvale for proof of what I am stating if your life is valuable to you. My vehicle has been damaged purposely and the front office manager is adept at shrugging off any bad press the Lewis family name assets would receive. The front office will claim they will look into the video cameras but they are lying. All they care is not your car, not your safety or anyone else other than the property. You are nothing. I have seen this with other Lewis Apartment communities and how they are run. I had rented years ago and the same award winning lies and deceits. If you want to believe the post by those who are employees or marketing firms, that's your intelligence. If you want to consider what you are getting into, then come in on a Friday evening when the gates are left open or those criminal cars and pickup trucks are waiting to follow residents into the community. Most residents stay inside at night or during the day. Rarely does anyone walk alone.

Today marks 1 week living here at The Homecoming At Eastvale. So far no complaints. I appreciate the management staff & maintenance staff as well. They have been accommodating since day 1! They seem to be very well organized & communicate well. The community & amenities are very nice and convenient. I just wish the AC unit worked as well upstairs as it does downstairs. This is a very clean & quiet community & I would recommend it to anyone that wants to live in a good community. Now, I hope the rest of my time here is amazing, especially for the price I'm paying but the coziness & amenities shall keep me well pleased...

Homecoming at Eastvale is quite beautiful. I moved in at the beginning of December. The folks at the front office are great and always willing to help. The grounds are well kept and there is plenty to do on property. We have a car wash, pools, spas, kiddie areas, and BBQs for all to use. There are activities and even a masseuse to is on property.

I moved into my new beautiful home 05/14/2014. I am thrilled! The complex landscaping is lush, well manicured & maintained. I so enjoy taking long leisurely walks. Very relaxing park like setting. The staff & maintenance crew are all well groomed, professional, courteous and quick to respond. My only critique is due to the numerous speed bumps, way too many, spaced too closely & too high, hard on my small low to the ground car.

I recently moved into this town home and I love it!! The staff is great always have a smile. Also they have everything you need their!! pools, spas, gym, activities, everything!!! me and my husband enjoy the pool area and the fact that we are welcome to do whatever we like in the facility
