Cyber fraude

Resident on apartment 134 have a cyber fraude lab. They stole my identity, used my CC Information and phone number to order stuffs. Be aware. I live far in Oklahoma. Imagine what can they do to you If you’re near by them. I called office and they laugh about it… maybe they colluded and let them do that. Who knows what else is going on there! SHADY

The Leasing office does not answer phone calls and emails go unanswered. Maintenance requests go ignored for days, even weeks at a time. The staff in the office are unpleasant and unprofessional to residents they will snatch mail out of your hands if you take a package that was delivered to the wrong apartment by mistake. The gates are always broken, they shut off the water for hours at a time and they do not have the courtesy to even send out an email to the residents. The complex and parking lots are full of trash, they charge you crazy fees for gardening and maintenance yet the common areas are never clean. Packages are constantly being stolen from your front door, any random person can walk in and out of this complex, security is a joke. My family and I have never felt safe in the short time we have lived here to even take a walk day or night. The only positive is that my neighbors are quiet and respectful. This company lies in order to get people to move in, do not recommend this complex to anyone, they overcharge you to live in the ------ with far below average customer service. Water is allocated, you’re charged for pest control yet in the summer black widows are all over the place and can harm you at any moment. Don’t be fooled by the photos or videos of the inside of the complexes. You will regret it. Don’t give this place your hard earned money.

I like my apartment is very large very clean is very quiet here I'm only been attending for for 5 months so far but I'm enjoying it for us to staff they're very nice and very respectable and Forest maintenance they're very very fast and fixing any problem that we have so far so good Sienna Heights thank you so much

On site management is unparalleled! Jasmine is pivotal in courtesy, respect, and communication with tenants. This community is quiet and beautiful. They regard tenant safety more than any other establishment. Rent is affordable in an area where such is few and far between. I am very happy and beyond satisfied living in Sienna Heights.

I have lived here for a couple of years. Yes, it seemed out of control then but now they have it more in control. Staff is awesome and understanding. Maintenance is on it at all times. I am happy here. Check them out!:-)

I have lived here for about 3 years now. I have to say that I have been quiet for a while thinking that the things around here would change. Unfortunately they havent. There have been many new managements taking over and I have to say that the current one is horrible. They have messed up my rent literally like 6 times!!! I don't understand how you can manage an apartment complex and not know how to manage money! The place okay for the price you pay, but the office is rude and don't even acknowledge you. The assistant manager is an idiot! Making excuses all the damn time, just own up for what you did! I am going to move out as soon as my lease is up. If managemen knew what they were doing this place would be a whole lot better.

Moved here with my family on 12/31/13. Its the worst decision I have ever made!! Management are complete idiots and screw your paperwork up constantly. I received a 3 day notice 5 days after I moved into my Roach infested unit. When I went to the office to have it corrected I was told by the Assistant Manager that the $545.00 on my 3 day notice was for utilities. Her assistant also confirmed it was for utilities. It ended up getting the three day notice issue resolved after 2 separate trips to the leasing office only to discover I was Overcharged for my move in 5 days earlier. My family and I have personally experienced Noise, Arguments, Drug Deals, Marijuana and Smoke coming into our unit daily, U.S. Marshalls raiding units on a weekly basis. I have called the local sheriffs office approximately 25 times sense living here. Management is a joke since littering seems to be the only thing to pull her out of the office. Nothing else is serious enough for her to resolve. Security is a joke. Maintenance takes days or weeks to show up but your suppose to pay rent on-time. I had a bullet hole through the glass upon switching to a townhouse due to excessive smoke and marijuana creeping into my unit. Patio is not laid properly its on a slope so when it rains it floods into my unit. Vehicle Gate is always broken due to people hitting it. I was forced to caulk and seal my kitchen cabinets because Management refused to do so. People hang out in the front each day no matter the weather, so getting mail becomes uncomfortable. None of the grounds are kept as nice as near the leasing office. All they seem to rent to is trash!! Most of the people could not pass a background check but yet they are on the FBI's most wanted list. Children are free to roam the complex each day and into the night. They make you pay for a security system that is from the 90's and is not connected to anything. Its mandatory to purchase Renters Insurance because they can't control the low lifes they rent to. I wholeheartedly would not have my worst enemy stay here if I had any enemies. Don't live here its horrible and when you have issues you will only deal with incompetent uneducated people.

I just recently moved in last month and the place seems to be quiet. I was worried about moving in due to the reviews on this site, however I'm actually glad I didn't pay attention. My area which is far from the leasing area is quiet and yes there are children playing, but honestly what do you expect from an apartment community. The staff in the office greet with a smile and are nice. I voiced my concerns to them when I first applied and they acted quickly in resolving any issues I needed. I haven't met their maintenance staff so I can't say I can rate them. The only thing I can think of to complain about would be parking. Everyone has assigned parking and for the month that I have lived here I had to park in guest parking about 5 times. I don't blame staff, but the rude people who just don't care. Other than that the grounds are nice and up kept. The neighbors are nice and like I said I haven't had any issues as of yet and I hope I don't in the future.

I just recently moved in and all I can say is that although all the reviews seem pretty bad the area is really calm. I have only been here for about a month and the office people are really nice. I brought to their attention about some hangouts here and there, but they are quick to act and try to solve any problems. I havent really had a bad experience yet and hope not to. The price is affordable for me and my two kids and it seems like staff is really trying to work on cleaning the place up. The grounds are really nice and upkept. The only thing I can really complain about is parking. I have my own assigned parking, but some people just dont care. Im close to visitor parking so I just park there, but it does get frustating. I would recommend this place to those who commute downtown or to palmdale.

This place is great if you're of the HOOD TYPE" it is not quiet cars come through late at nite with loud music. I lived here for only a year moved out they took my whole Security Deposit plus charged me for painting (the place was not painted when I moved in) There are bugs the size of your Thumb to greet you almost every morning. The staff is full of you know what after they have you MONEY. Last words move here if you will, and be sorry.

I am so mad at myself for reading the reviews and not caring. This place is the hell hole of Lancaster. It's disgusting. If you have young kids like I do then this place is definitely not sanitary for children. 1st problem is the roaches. That place is infested. I think they literally need to demolish the whole entire complex. They have someone come and spray every Wednesday so you obviously know there is a problem. It's terrible that they aren't required by the health department or whoever to disclose this prior to renters moving in. It seems as if it should be illegal. Even if they do spray the problem doesn't go away, they move to someone else's apartment and will eventually get back to yours. 2nd problem is the noise problem. There are parties every single weekend which I mean I technically know isn't the managements fault but they should have security (which they do but they just stand around on their phones) do something about it. The cops are called almost every single day. There is gun shots, fights, children running around all hours. The whole parking situation does suck, which again, isn't really the managements fault but they should keep track on parking spots inside the gate. For example when I moved in they gave me a certain parking spot that the sliding gate was actually in and when I mentioned it they said they would let me know of my new spot, which they never did. 3rd problem I had. I had one of my cars towed because they said it looked abandoned which was almost $400.00 down the drain. On my other car they gave me a parking violation because my tags weren't up to date and they said I had 3 days to update my tags( which were paid for but I didn't have my new sticker on). They should be more worried about the crime or the roach problem than if my tags are updated. The management was always very nice to me. Whenever I'd walk in they would always say hi and ask how I'm doing and ask about my daughter. I never had any issues of them being rude but they just seem to not care about anything. I just really hope that whoever is reading this does not move here. I promise that you will truly regret it. The price is very affordable for the size of the apartment but that's exactly why they say you get what you pay for.

First and foremost this ------ --- apartment building is ------, street parties at all hours, roach parties at all hours in the sinks, no parking, no security, no phone #'s for manager liste on the office door, No one answers the phone, no one calls back, office is never open during open hours. The kicker beyond all that -------- I just listed above is 6/18/13 they wanted to paint parking spots, the painting was to be done per the signs from 7a-7pm 6/18/2013, was that the time it was done, NOPE!!!! I got home at 9:30 and guess what everything was caution taped off bc it wasnt finished and guess what else I had no where to park, what a crock of pure ----. You -------s dont realise that some people in Lancaster actually work for a living and I just happen to be a busy --- paralegal that works and commutes to Los Angeles M-F 8-5 so guess what my --- is tired as ---- by the time I get home. I never complain about the roaches bc I believe that bleach kills everything, or the block parties bc I happen to like gangster rap for a educated white girl, but wont i wont put up with is ------ unorganized management. July will be my last month at this -------- and I hope to god if anyone is reading this you stay far far away from this place.

This place is not the first choice you should have on your list of apartments in Lancaster/Palmdale! The ladies in the office are very snooty. ALso, you will be LUCKY if you talk to someone who isnt the manager and knows what you are talking about and can give you any information!!! Very ANNOYING and unprofessional! Then manager is ALWAYS too busy to answer your phone call or talk to you in person without an appointment which is ALSO ANNOYING!!! We have roaches coming out of OUR EARS!!!!! It is sickening and keeps us feeling as if we are living in filth even though we keep a clean home. Management has changed a few times since we moved in and now they are trying to pull some 60 day written notice scam on us! SO BEWARE IF YOU MOVE IN THAT YOU WONT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO GIVE A 30 DAYS NOTICE....ITS 60 DAYS HERE!!!!!! TOTAL SCAM TO GET MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE LIKE US!!!!!!! This place is LOUD with lots of fights and loud late night parties! You can smell the pot smoke coming through the vents of the adjoining units next to you. The cops are always here. Cars are broken into. Domestic violence. Police helicopters with their spot lights circling around...The list goes on!!!

I moved in here in the beginning of this year. It's the worst mistake of my life!! I was overcharged my deposit and then after only bring here only 5 days I was served a 3 day notice! When I tried to explain it was a mistake they kept telling me it was for my utilities. I had to bring my fianc back to the office before it was cleared up. Our first night in our apartment we found out we weren't the only occupants we had roaches!!! Disgusting. When we brought this to managements attention they seems shocked and surprised but in the same sentence told us there was an exterminator on payroll and that could come every Wednesday. Makes no sense. We repacked our things after being on the property for 1 week to allow the exterminator to come in. He came in and sprayed and we had to leave our apartment for 5 hours. Roaches never left they just hid. Neighbors smoke marijuana constantly and it will come to your unit because you share the duct with your downstairs neighbors. Thugs are rampant in the building loud music is heard day and night police and firefighters are here every single day! Management is incompetent and stupid. Maintenance does not respond and they don't speak English well. I've never seen such idiots in my life!!! The new manager thinks that the poison that the exterminator uses to kill the roaches is not poison at all she thinks it's a pesticide. She's an idiot it's a poison because its design to kill a living organism and we must leave for 5 hours so what is it a salad dressing for the bugs. This is no place to raise a family please find something else. We only ended up here because the place we wanted was not ready for 2 weeks after our deadline.

I have been living here for 5 years and the complex used to be clean, maintenance was fast with your requests, and the pool area was always clean. Supervision is a joke! You got these bad --- kids in the gym room destroying it, so that I haven't tried to use it in over 3 years now. The new tenants I've seen are so rowdy. Now in order to renew your lease they mandated that you have renters insurance with a $100,000 policy and their name as the certificate holder. You gotta be a fool to do this. The owners should have insurance on their own property. I'll definitely be looking elsewhere and will not sign into another lease with Sienna Heights.

I have never feel more insecure in my life. Finally after 2 yrs living there i'm out; where should i begin , dealers and getto definitly taking over the complex they are loud and intimidating, always out smoking weed or drinking til 3 am or later weekdays and weekends; it is not strange seeing the police there everyday. I stayed in a downstairs apartment the first neighbors i had would make so much noise not even earplugs will help runnin up and down the stairs all night,slaming doors and closet doors, i had to call security almost every night but they will denay everything talk to the office they say call security,security say talk to the office it was like that for like 2 months finally they got evicted 1 week later my apartment was broken into,coincidence i don't think so, they took almost 5000 dlls in values including my husband's wedding ring. Almost all residents would say they been robed to. The last neighbors i had were the same makin loud noises all day all night fighting so loud it sounded like they were killing each other but this time i didn't talk to the office they don't do nothing anyway jus make the neighbors mad at u. The last time i did laundry the laundry room looked like a bar after a party night full with beer an vodka bottles ,cigarettes butts just a mess when i went back to get my laundry there were like 10 guys in there doing i don't know what. So to resume my experience in this complex was HORRIBLE !!!!! Stay away. I stay there for that long because i couldn't get out of the lease and the rent was so high i couldn't save money for nothing else. Please don't make the same mistake i did it is not worth your money or time.

<<------ DRUG INFESTED COMPLEX, DEALERS RIGHT ON THE CURB BROAD DAY LIGHT>>. Cops have raided this complex numerous time, and yet the dealers are right back out there the next day. They run in shifts. I used to live in this complex when it was Antelope Pines 13 years ago, loved it. Came back because I liked their town-homes, affordable. I stayed a year ONLY. Roach infested from the first night. Had to leave kitchen light on to keep them from coming out. I'm a non smoker, but every time I walked in my home it always smelled like someone was smoking MJ in my living room and garage. I complained to maintenance, he said he could smell it, and that it was coming from outside, I advised it was the ventilation, he said to me "no the vents are not connected from house to house, full BS. Office mangers don't know SH_T about how to run an office. If they don't know the answer they make up one, until you call them on it, then they will fess up to not knowing a damn thing. The new office assistant manager is the worse of all. Smile to your face and lie through her ugly --- teeth. Make sure after your lease is up to do a thorough walk thru. Take pictures before and after. Ask for a copy of EVERYTHING they loose your paper work and you have to show your copy or they will not honor anything. Once you get your move out statement you will be disappointed they over charge for everything. Make sure you ask for an invoice of the outside company billing. You will be surprised as to what was charged to the complex, and how high the complex will charge you for simple damages.

THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS HORRIBLE!!! They take forever to send maintenance out because your problem is "not priority" the residents are ------ always hanging out outside, the whole place smells like weed, bumping stereos, and there s a huge ROACH problem. For 4 months I had an abandoned cat crying at my doors day and night. The management is a joke. There s never a manager on site and they never know what they re doing. Ii scheduled a walk through at 11 am two weeks in advance and when I went to the apartment for the walk thru they didn t show up until 4 pm and that was after me walking to the office and reminding them twice. They didn t have it written on the schedule at all and when I went over the ONE person who could do it was at lunch that day, and when he came back from lunch she forgot to tell him. Also one of the girls started getting an attitude with me telling me that he has other things to do too. I was there for those 4.5 hrs cleaning the apartment top to bottom but yet they STILL CHARGED ME $120 TO HAVE A HOUSE CLEANER COME because the apartment apparently wasn t to their standards even though when we moved in the apartment was still dirty! Urine stains on the toilet, counters dirty, cabinets dusty. You have to pay to repaint the apartment even if it isn t dirty. And since they repaint every time someone moved out the walls are sticky due to so much paint on them and the cabinets are the same way. I had to wipe them down weekly just to keep them from looking grungy and dirty. The pools and spas are never clean. They were green the entire time we lived there. All in all I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and I HOPE you don t rent from there. There are other nicer complexes in the area for the same price.

I moved here for work in May 2012 there was a very rude manager here before she is no longer here the company has new management and is managed by a leasing company they all have been doing great things to improve I do not have any type of roach issues there is a new security company the tenants that I run into are nice lots of Military personal here and professional people lije my self do I smell weed here and there yes as I walk my dogs but now a days who doesn't smoke or is exposed to smells. The maintenance is great every call I've made has been completed within the day. Over all they take good care of the property the tenants and I enjoy living here.
