I’ve lived in this building for almost six years and it’s truly been a great experience. The management team has always been responsive and professional, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is consistently clean and well-kept. The neighbors are friendly, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. The location is also super convenient, with everything I need close by. It’s been a comfortable place to call home for a long time, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed community.

This was my first apartment ever, great place to set your roots in. I personally am a big fan of the location and how it’s tucked away just far away enough from all the noise that can come with being a DTLA resident. The apartments are spacious compared to others in the area and I thought the price was rather competitive

I’ve been living at AMP Lofts for a few months now, and it’s been a great experience so far. The building has a chic, modern industrial design, and I love how the units have very high ceilings and large windows that let in lots of natural light. It’s situated on the outskirts of the Arts District, offering quick access to the freeway and convenient walking distance to well-known restaurants, coffee shops, and gyms. It’s extremely quiet for downtown and feels safe. Management and maintenance have been friendly and helpful, and overall I’d recommend AMP Lofts.

at AMP Lofts everything just works, the staff is responsive and friendly, and the community is mature, kind, and welcoming. I have had a great experience here this last year. The location is also ideal, as I am within walking distance to nearly a dozen cafes! This is my new favorite neighborhood in LA.

I am very happy with the leasing and property staff. It was very easy to communicate with everyone and everyone was very helpful. They made my move in very easy and was available to assist with my moving truck parking and unloading.

I really enjoyed living in this community and overall I'm happy with the experience. The environment is welcoming, and it feels like a great place to call home. That said, there are a couple of areas that could use some attention. The exterior pool furniture is worn and mismatched, which takes away from the otherwise nice outdoor space. Refreshing and maintaining it would make the pool area much more inviting. Additionally, the hallway carpets could use a thorough cleaning, as they tend to look neglected. I appreciate the community and the effort that goes into keeping it a nice place to live, and I think addressing these items would make it even better.

Professional staff willing to go the extra mile. Maintenance is knowledgeable and works very hard. Office staff is there to assure any issues are resolved. The porters are on site daily and do very well at making sure the building is cleaned. Security is friendly but enforce the rules 9/10

Moving process was awesome thanks to Q and Maggie. Private moving dock was great experience. I always see a security guard when I come home at night, feels secure. The place is quiet, I don’t hear my neighbors. So far I am enjoying my new home.

AMP lofts is the first larger apartment building I have lived in. The amenities and service have made my first month a very enjoyable experience. I was very hesitant to to live anywhere near downtown when I first started searching for a new place, but the neighborhood is so great, conveniently located, and walkable, with lots of great businesses nearby. Maggie and the team have been so helpful and made me feel right at home. You can tell that AMP cares about creating the best living experience for their residents and catering to artists and creatives.

I've really enjoyed living in Amp Lofts so far. My moving process was smooth and everyone in the building has been friendly and respectful. The amenities are also a big plus. Maintenance requests have been promptly dealt with and security guards outside make me as a tenant feel cared for.

Professional and friendly staff. Apartment is relatively centrally located in arts district and close walking distance to main arts district area. Very clean community. There is security on-site after hours and they patrol property throughout the night.

Really enjoy the neighborhood and the building. It is very apparent the care they put into keeping the building clean. Would consider removing the carpets in the elevator area since pets do seem to soil it often. Security leaves something to be desired. They do not seem to walk the grounds as often as expected.

Been here for a year now & AMPLOFT has been a wonderful place to live. The community is respectful & positive. The building is always kept clean smelling good by the team. Issues are always taken care with hrs. The gym is great place to be & workout & if you'll like to swim after the pool is only afew steps away. I will definitely renew my lease for sure.

I absolutely love residing in this community! The array of amenities provided by the building is truly impressive. The swimming pool is meticulously maintained, ensuring a delightful experience. However, I must mention that the gym could use some improvement, particularly with regards to its cardio machines; both ellipticals are in need of maintenance. On a positive note, I feel secure when strolling around the neighborhood, thanks to the presence of diligent security guards. As for noise levels, they do tend to fluctuate.

The building and amenities are great. The gym and pool are beautiful, as well as maintenance staff are friendly. However management could be friendlier. The testing of the fire alarms are ridiculous. Super distracting and overall annoying.

Terrible experience so far, just so many things have gone wrong, it really is a comedy of errors. That being said there really friendly people though, especially at the leasing office and I know everyone is trying their best here at amp lofts. The management company Greystar is terrible though, I’ve reached out through phone, email, submission form. Absolute silence, I was promised a phone call by an Esther and it’s been 10 days and counting from when I was told I would hear back. Great location, and place is maintained well by staff. 2/10 would not reccomend

The property has been well maintained and the staff is friendly and attentive. The nightly trash pick up is the only thing I would mention could be improved. I do wish there was a community wide communication tool for alerts, discussions, events, etc.
