I love living at AMP. I fell in love with this community when I saw it online and living here has met all my expectations. Management and maintenance are very prompt, friendly and courteous at all times, sometimes going out of their way to help you when you're in a bind. The property is beautiful with all the right amenities. The other tenants are very friendly which has helped me make new friends and meet interesting people outside my field of work. And its walking distance to great restaurants, bars, galleries and coffee shops. It's one of my favorite places I've lived in :)

They call it luxury living, but it is anything but. Constant break ins, constant fire alarms, dog feces all over the premises, loud neighbors and unhelpful staff. That about sums up this place. There are many other options, choose wisely.

Trust me y’all don’t want to share my post in this section so I’m not even gonna waste my time writing it I’ll save that for yelp!! Lets just say when the ---- really hits the fan management is nowhere around!! The only person that does their job is Johnny in the management team and he’s all the way at the bottom I feel he’s the only person that actually cares but everyone above him is awful. Zero help when extremely needed it.

I moved across the country and was a bit nervous about everything , but the moment I toured Amp lofts with Sam I felt a since of comfort . Sam has been so attentive and patient ( with all my questions and concerns) . I had an issue with my stove the day of my move in and by the next morning it was fixed! I highly recommend Amp lofts .

it was bunch of things, where i am not satisfied 1. Couches in the building are very dirty 2. I’ve that there’s a dangerous woman on a 4th floor and she is a tenant. That’s why it was police on Friday, she were with a knife or something 3. Also Friday September 9, it was alarm system for the whole night, i couldn’t sleep 4. I asked to repair my fridge, so the repairman came to me and he said that he will replace the fridge this week, but no one came

Friendly, professional, and welcoming all across the board! The staff is very responsive, the facility is well maintained and always clean. The amenities are amazing, the pool is actually big enough to enjoy, and the gym is apacious and equipped with everything you need. I love it here!

The apartment building was brand new in 2020 so everything is still pretty new and nice. In general, the people living in the building are great and make it a fun place to be. It's hard to get clear communication from the management on safety incidents and we rely on our neighbors to keep informed. The building has a crazy amount of fire alarm testing.

It’s a really well kept building with excellent staff and amenities too. I really appreciate all the time and care that has gone into keeping everyone safe and happy as residents. It’s also an excellent apartment!

I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life before. Me & my kids went to visit there dad who lives there, we maybe visit every other month for like 2 days, we honestly go to sleep. We had plans to Go to Disneyland & I had to cancel our trip because my husband bottom neighbor said we where to loud mind you this is during the day not a night time. Amp staff said they where trying to find a middle ground but it felt like they where only citing with the bottom neighbor who was white & the worker was white. I was very surprised because it’s LA & you guys are supposed to be all about the people but it sure felt like you guys where only on one side. My husband even let the office staff know our son has autism & where never there so he doesn’t understand about the complaining, When I’m there I can hear the upstairs neighbors & we don’t complain. AMp staff made it seem like we where a problem to the point where I felt like we couldn’t even visit my husband, so we left & canceled our Disney trip.

The staff is everything here. The facility is excellently maintained and attentive. I appreciate how technology is leveraged. The LEED certification equates to heat being retained in the unit for a long time.

Amenities are great, the choice of floor plans are plenty, and the staff are great. There is no noise that bleeds from the adjacent apartments, but rather, more coming the floor above. Cost of living here is a bit high compared to other communities in the area, however, seeing that this is a new building it is absolutely worth if for the time being.

Apartment complex is clean and safe. You can literally walk to bars and breweries! Pool and jacuzzi are great. Not sure about the rest of the amenities, but very cool place to stay in general. Parking is not the greatest during the weekends.

Most importantly, the staff are all friendly and proactive and play a big role in solving problems. The environment is also very quiet and there is no homelessness, which is one of the bad points of downtown. So I highly recommend this apartment to my friends.

Would love to utilize the guest parking lot for our guests so that they don't have to experience any break in's around the area. Some of the tenants in the building aren't doing their part to keep the community clean.

I was one of the first to lease and move in - nice new building with nice amenities and staff. There needs to be better and more consistent communication, like a monthly newsletter that states the rules and polices (smoking, trash, parking, etc.). Communicate more please. thanks.

Terrible. If you work 9-5 you should not live hear. The staff does not accommodate tenants who have traditional work hours. Any time i have reached out with concerns or lack of availability to us amenities i am paying for and loved here for the staff treats my concerns like a burden and fails to take any action to help accommodate all residents. The cleaning staff does not clean the amenities they are frequently dirty and have left over trash from other residents. It is gross. Especially during a pandemic.

Amp lofts has amazing leasing office team who are nice and accommodating. People living here are also very nice and friendly. VERY dog friendly, may stink of wet dog or dog pee in hallways and elevator at times. Amenities are nice, gym lacks some equipment but still great.

Amp lofts is a beautiful clean community all residents are nice and make you feel welcomed. Maggie was very helpful during our move in process was patient with us since this was our first rental. Smart home is definitely nice we are able to control our home while away. Maintenance keeps the hallways nice and smelling good. The amenities are kept clean and presentable.

I like that the grounds are equal parts style and ease of use. So many facets of the resident experience have been thoughtfully conceived and executed. Additionally, the leasing team sets a collegial tone that appears to spread throughout the building. The residents here say hello to each other and are generally quite friendly, which is an unexpected bonus in Los Angeles.

The building and location are good. We like our floor plan and have made friends with lots of residents. The team that manages the building and operations is sometimes helpful and sometimes not. Those who are helpful, go above and beyond. Overall, a mixed experience but not awful. We continue to hope for improvements in customer service.
