The community is excellent, the building is fantastic and the amenities are top of the line. My only minor complaint is that sound travels between the internal walls/floors very easily and I'd expect more suited for people who are not sensitive to noise. However, the outdoor soundproofing is phenomenal though, and generally residents are very respectful especially in comparison to other places I've lived.

I moved to LA without being able to visit the property & only had a video tour to make my decision with. But Im so glad I chose to live here. When I came in person, my agent Sam (the best) made sure everything was taken care of before my move-in date & I fell in love with my place.

The staff and maintenance team are absolutely above and beyond. Very professional, have answers for any concern (and I mean- ANYTHING) and their patience is endless. They will explain everything and will make the moving in and the living here as easy as it could be. You really get a value for what you pay. Im so relieved I found this place for my family.

After touring several apartments in downtown, I knew from the time I booked my tour and had a conversation with Enrique this was the place we needed to be. I had an amazing experience touring several model homes. Enrique had so much patience with all of our questions. So much professionalism and friendlies with the team at AMP that you will not regret it. I look forward to getting to know the community and AMP hosting events for us.

While I ultimately withdrew my application (not because of any issue with Amp), I was extremely impressed with the property and their leasing team, most specifically Sam. I am extremely detail-oriented and always have tons of questions. I spent 2.5 hours across 2 tours with Sam, he was such a pleasure to work with. He happily showed me every part of the property and answered all of the questions I had. Nothing but professionalism and positivity with him. And I know he worked quite hard on my application when I was not touring. He's quite possibly the best leasing agent I've ever worked with, so much so I honestly felt a bit guilty later withdrawing. However, he re-assured me it was totally fine and that I need to make the best decision for myself. This was very much appreciated on my end. Next time I need to look for a new apartment in Los Angeles, Amp Lofts is going to be right at the top of my list, and hopefully I'll get to work with Sam again.

AMP Lofts has been a great place to live in DTLA thus far! The staff is very professional and kind. Kay was my agent and she did a fabulous job assisting me with the move and any questions I had. The amenities are great and AMP Lofts recently set up a reservation system so people can use the gym and other amenities. Also, AMP Lofts is VERY clean and I always see someone disinfecting the surfaces and theres a plethora of hand sanitizer stations throughout the complex. The smart home technology and the modern, luxurious apartment amenities are just amazing and very well designed. There is a two story underground garage as well. Safety is very important to me and theres patrols at night, and accessing the elevator or building requires specific keys/apps which I find AMP Lofts did a great job on. After researching over 100 apartment complexes in LA, AMP Lofts is the one that has everything I want and more. If anyone plans to move to Los Angeles, I would HIGHLY recommend them checking out AMP Lofts. The luxury, amenities, modern lifestyle, location and the fabulous and jovial staff are just impeccable.

Loving my experience at the AMP Lofts in DTLA so far. The staff are friendly, the units and amenities are miles above other places we've seen, and the community is quiet and peaceful while conveniently located just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown. Even during the COVID pandemic, AMP staff did their best to create a sense of community. I think the move-in procedures could use a more streamlined process, but otherwise we absolutely love it here and have been telling all our friends to come check it out!

Friendly staff, amazing smart complex with a lot of apps that can control anything! Very new and clean. Views are great and nearby restaurants are also amazing. Cannot complain about much, maybe besides, price! But it's not even that pricey.

Apartments and grounds are beautiful and well-equipped. The community is friendly and feels very safe even for being in an industrial area. The walls are thin and sound easily travels up/down and across the apartments. I think we all try to be mindful of each other and this reality but just something to note. It's a chill vibe but definitely not silent.

The neighborhood is amazing, really good for young professionals. Staff is exceptional, I can not emphasize it more, if possible they should stay here :) Great dining options, clean apartments, 5 out of 5 stars!

Love the staff members, especially Enrique. Love the buildings level of technology. Does need some work on getting it all working because doors keep getting stuck and cant get in the building unfortunately. That has been my only complaint. The building has been nicely up kept and clean. Building is not at full capacity as of yet so hopefully that wont bring the level of experience down when it does reach that. Hope the roof is open soon. Would be nice to enjoy the view at least for the amount of money spent on rent here.

We toured the building because of its location in arts district and beautiful building features and immediately wanted to apply. The staff has been very friendly and easy to work with in the leasing process and moving in. We're so happy we moved here!

For a new apartment building, it is not very soundproof. I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking around and my adjacent neighbor blasting loud drum and bass music at midnight while the smell of marijuana emits from his unit. I also wish there are more regular scheduled resident events. There is also not a straight answer on when certain amenities will be open (e.g., skydeck) even though it is allowed per state COVID-19 regulations.

Amp Lofts is a top notch building for those looking to have in all. As a photographer, I am right in the heart of the thriving creative scene in Los Angeles. I am able to use my studio space to generate business during the days, and in the evening, turn off the work and feel at home in the beautiful loft. Definitely recommended for those wanting to experience the Arts District in style and class
