Its been nice! Only apartment building that I have been very proud of and loving showing people around. I also love the diversity of the community and the openness of the people. The only thing that I question is some of extra charges but to keep this a luxury property. Understandable

It's been a nice experience. The homeless outside have been aggressive at time but the security has been there to watch out for residents. I also like how the locks don't require a key in the traditional sense.

Before I moved in, everyone and everything seemed so nice and clean; but just after a few months of living here you'd realized how terrible the service is.... Not just the fact that your assigned parking space would be constantly taken by stranger's, the only thing they would do is to put a note on that car saying it is assigned to others...As if it help cause it happens alot!! By all different cars that just always parking at the spot that I paid for. Secondly, lets not forget how dirty and full of trashed the stairways are....Just because its not the most open to public kind of place, it doesnt meant that staffs who work here should just ignored it. Dog or god knows what kind of Feces and garbage regularly trashing in the stairway for days without anyone to clean them. Im happy we are finally moving away now.

Never in my life would think that the first time experiencing racism would be at the apartment that I live in..... and especially in Los Angeles, a city thats supposed to be a more open minded and a more understanding place for all people.

I have never experienced such rude and discriminated group of leasing agents. Like others have mentioned, please hire someone who actually cares about the residents. Being told in person I'd have to make an appointment via email but never get a reply. Please get someone who cares to work here!

The apartments are very nice, quiet and clean. Great amenities when in use. The Neighbors are very nice and friendly. The maintenance and grounds workers are awesome and very respectful. La Plaza Village is not very child friendly and some of the management staff needs to be more professional when addressing the needs of the residents.

Our building is very neat and quiet, also pet friendly. Not like other apartments our building has 2 spacious elevator and they are awesome! Great respectable neighborhood, security guards on site all the time, so is safe. Very pleased to live at La Plaza.

I loved living here until the amenities were shut down Now every time I pay rent I feel that I am being ripped off. You should have provided at least a small concession on our rents to offset this inconvenience. Having one in person fitness class through a 45 in the past seven months does not offset mess. Virtual fitness classes a regularly scheduled does not offset S. Where is the effort to satisfy those of us who chose this place because of the amenities? Closing the gym down and then still taking our money feels shady, dishonest, and greedy on the part of Graystar management. Several Gym chains did the same thing, they shut down but then continued to withdrawal peoples dues. After much public scrutiny many of them stopped this unethical practice. Gray star is essentially doing the same thing and by tucking their amenity fees into the overall rent they have avoided conceding one dime for our hard earned money (and for many their emergency savings). No matter the cause of the shut down, this is wrong. I will strongly recommend to people they avoid Graystar properties in the future.

Living at LAPlaza has been a great experience. The manager Godson was very helpful throughout my application process. Unfortunately I moved in during Covid-19 and we are unable to fully enjoy the amenities. However I am enjoying living here so far.

Living at La Plaza has been an incredible experience. From the very beginning Jacey & Connor made the move in process a breeze and were extremely helpful. The most enjoyable part of living at La Plaza is coming home and feeling like you are part of a little vibrant community within such a busy city. From the beautiful pool area to the rooftop lounge, everything you need to get away, relax and enjoy your time off is already here.

Lots of outdoor space in great location. Appliances are modern and layouts are effective. Pool and spa are thoughtfully designed. Plenty of BBQs and BBQ space that is separate from the pool. Close to parks and retail + dinning.

Majority has been good since I moved to La Plaza. My only concern is when is the 4th floor hallways getting carpet? It looks undone, I pay a lot to have the same look as the other floors do. Im looking forward to our amenities being reopened one of the reasons I chose this place was because of the amenities. Im looking forward to using them soon.

The staff are really caring and accessible and the apartments are so nice. The pool and neighbors are awesome. It's also a really great spot for public transportation and walking because it's central to so many great restaurants and downtown spots.

Some of the people who live here and rude and inconsiderate, which is causing me to dislike living here. I loved living in a brand new apartment and the location is so great & convenient for my lifestyle. The amenities are lovely. The downside is the lack of security and their lack of responsiveness and rude & inconsiderate neighbors.

Beautiful new community in DTLA/Chinatown. The Leasing staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I called to inquire about availability. I've lived at Greystar properties before and it has been the best decision I've ever made. I am looking forward to this new addition to DTLA!
