Delta Point Apartment Homes is excellent very quiet very convenient to stores bus schools. They did turn out the little playground that they had for the kids there until a doggy park but that's OK. It's still look nice. The staff is wonderful the manager Joseph he's awesome overall the places nice inside and out they keep up, the maintenance on the exterior real good .

I havent had any issues with this property other than being uncomfortable in my home during the summer because of my a/c unit. Ive maintenance has been requested to come out multiple times within 3 years and no changed has been made

Property staff keeps the grounds cleaned and maintained, any problems with units are resolved quickly. They frequently hold community events and rarely require utilities interference. Overall a good property and management company.

I got my keys on June 1st. Paid the deposit and move in. Still haven't moved in due to the roach infestation. I have 4 babies and my youngest is 1. This is a health issue. They are not doing much to help me. They continue to have pest control spray. It the roaches are still active.

When you submit a work order either via phone call or email, the staff is quick to respond and give you a time frame for maintenance to come to your apartment. The maintenance department is professional and respectful of one apartment and gets the work order completed. Apartment management sends an email to let you know your work order is completed. Great customer service.

This place is not worth the money or the headaches. God for bid if you're ever late on rent and then they refuse to let you transfer units. Discrimination at its finest. If there's ever a big maintenance problem then it's not resolved for weeks.

So far it's been quiet and the property is very clean. No pest issues, no loud disturbances, neighbors all mind their business as well. I live on the end by the houses and it's usually pretty quiet. I haven't experienced any issues since I've moved in and it's going on a year.

I'm going to tell you right now about deltapointe the community is amazing the staff is awesome the landscaping is beautiful everywhere it's peaceful is quiet you don't have to worry about anything come through at night time and check it out very peaceful and quiet cuz that's how you can tell your neighborhood environment at night time where you want to move to I would really recommend Delta Point beer next home.

Moved in Oct 2023; apartment infested with roaches. Have had inside exterminating done a few times over a period of a few months and still seeing cockroaches daily. Also hearing rodents in the walls and ceiling.

Delta Pointe is a beautiful community, very well kept by the landscape crew. Management is friendly and responsive to work orders and the maintenance crew, led by Jeffery Beck, is outstanding. The trees from my second floor apartment are a pleasure to behold, filled with a variety of birds: hummingbirds, robins, starlings, crows and others. I like to watch them from my front balcony while I'm having a cup of coffee.

The apartments are spacious and the grounds are well kept. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and the pantry is a good size. The master bedroom is big as well as the walking closet. It is also great to have a garage.

Ive lived here for a few months now, they are quick to resolve any maintenance issues usually within 24 hours. My kids have made lots of friends in the complex and the grounds is kept very clean. My application and move in day was easy and quick and Gianna in the office was very communicative throughout the process.

The complex is reasonable for the price. The ladies in the office are always courteous if I have questions or concerns. I would not recommend living on the 1st floor, extremely noisy upstairs neighbors.

Had it's ups and downs lot of management changes. Some good some not so good. But love living here has everything I need. Otherwise would not be here for 14 yrs . There are things that could be done better but I'm not complaining

There is no security at this apartment complex, or at least dedicated security that patrols or will respond to security concerns. The company just does not pay the security company enough to provide these services anymore. Homeless people are constantly going through the trash cans, breaking into cars, stealing cars, breaking into empty apartment units and sleeping there, breaking into mailboxes and stealing. And even staff golf carts are stolen by residents and others on a regular basis probably due to the fact that everyone knows very little will be done to permanently correct the situation. Residents concerns are rarely if ever followed up on and resolved. Work orders for repairs are treated as an imposition to the office staff and done in their own good time, if ever Without having to constantly bug the office staff.
