My apartment is quiet, and I love that. My car has been vandalized 3 times in less than 2 weeks. I was offered a garage for $60 per month, I appreciate that and can sleep better now. My only concern is that my washer and dryer are older, the dryer is so loud that I only run it when I am not home. I have had maintenance look at it. They have told me that the high-pitched squealing sound is normal. I am 70 years old and owned many dryers, but I have never heard this sound from any of them. I am very disappointed that I cannot have my washer and dryer and am stuck with what I have.

My husband and I are so happy living here. The office and maintenance staff are the best. They take such pride in the community here. Everything is always taken care of right away. Couldn't ask for better.

We recently moved in and were completing our walk thru paperwork with Stella. We noticed that our sink was cracked. Stella took a look at it and made the decision to have maintenance look at it to ensure it would not cause any leaks. Maintenance looked at it and made the ultimate decision to have it replaced to be on the safe side. He said it may be a while as he had to order the part. We were surprised at how quick the part showed up and how quick they got the sink replaced. We have been very satisfied with everything up to this point!!

I have had a good experience I just wish some dogowners would pick up there dogs poop. I Appriaciate all the dog bags and trash cans you guys provide for dog poop. Also I love the mail boxes with the codes,it makes is so much easier when you cannot get your mail right away. I hope I can stay here for a long time.

Mostly a good experience. Seems to have continue issues with pets,and people driving to fast, just recently some teenaged kids out with toy guns on foot and in a car going through the community. This is concerning

I've been very satisfied with Stetson Ridge. The office and maintenance staff have been very kind and helpful. The only problem I have is if my rent keeps going up in large amounts, it will be almost impossible for me to stay here.

I love my apartment, we rarely have issues and when we do they are very quick to fix it. They make sure they whole complex is snow free in a very reasonable amount of time. And even brought reindeer for Christmas. We are very conveniently located next to many different things.

Has been a lot of upgrades around me and leakes in my apartment. But that's all taken care of. NOW there is a dog crying and wining, and I don't think the apartment has a registered dog. Today it's the 4th time it has happened. It started at 7 am until 8:15 am and started again about 11 and is still going on. If it was just a little jap jap it wouldn't be so bad but this is howling and crying.

This community is quiet and the staff that work in the office and around the property are pleasant and very respectful. Our 2 bed/ 2 bath is nice with decently sized rooms and huge bathrooms. We live on the second floor, so our upstairs neighbors are a bit wild and noisy with their dogs but otherwise we have never had any issues. Staff are very responsive. The price of rent, however, is pretty high for the space we have. We love our home, but we will probably find somewhere more affordable to live after our year lease is expired.

The leasing office staff are excellent. They're knowledgeable, and take the time to care for the residents offering free breakfasts, painting classes, concierge, parties for pets, etc....I appreciate their hard work. They go out of their to be fair and considerate to all their residents. Moreover, maintenance takes care of issues in your apartment in a timely manner. I've enjoyed living here because it's a safe and clean community.

My wife and I just moved here this month and all I can say is that the management team has gone well beyond their duties to ensure ithat we have a pleasant stay. I moved from the east coast and was unable to see the property firsthand and relied just on the description and conversations with the leasing agent. The apartments and the grounds are well maintained and have that "new look" appeal to them. The staff are extremely polite and helpful and respond to any request you have with a sense of urgency that I have never seen. So far everything is better than I expected and I don't see anything that may change my positive impression of the community. The only slight negative is that parking might be a little touchy if you arrive late at night. However you can pay for a car port or a garage on a monthly basis at reasonable rates.

The staff is amazing! The maintenance crew are the best I have seen! The grounds are beautifully kept! The apartments have been renovated beautifully and are large! The only suggestion I have is better laundry machines. Also the carpet does not keep much noise down. I feel like the people above are about to come through.

I love this community, there are a few things that could be worked out like upgrades to older tenants homes as they are remodeling the units around those of us that have been there for awhile and in turn it causes our rent to increase. Other than this the community is great and the workers are amazing from the office staff to maintenance.

Community is okay. Rent has increased drastically in the 2.5 years I've lived here and my apartment is still stuck in 2005. Good deal when I moved in but ready to move out. Also I thought the security was good until I had my gas tank drilled into so keep that in mind

not sure if it is due to staff changes but morgan and stella always were great at responding quickly to emails and almost always would be available to answer the phone. Since they have left its not the same. I have sent 2 emails, 1 about having ants and another about the grill and haven't got a response, and when i call noone ever picks up. Other than that i love the place, although rent raising $300 is killing me. I pray rent doesnt go up again this year or i may have to move to a cheaper apartment as i am single income. parking can be a challenge sometimes. other than that, i love my apartment and the area is clean and maintenence always does a good job

Simply Home

We have lived at Stetson Ridge since 2011. This has been our home, and we love living here. We will be moving into our 3rd apartment at this complex, and we are so excited, and blessed to live in such a pretty, safe, quiet community. The office staff and maintenance are awesome, the do their best to help whenever we need something. During the years we have lived at Stetson Ridge, we had a dog, Kellie, she loved everyone and the crew here were always so friend,y to her and would stop to say hi or welcome her into the office with a treat even when they were busy. Sadly, we lost Kellie around Christmas of 2022, and the staff was so kind to us. That’s family.
