It's been a not so good experience from inventory and condition firm was filled with workorders that never got addressed. Ac is a big issue my apartment hasn't gotten anything fixed. It's a horrible experience

The maintenance requests are rarely addressed properly. We are still waiting on pest control. I'm not satisfied in this area alone. Other than this issue I am content with our living accommodations. However, the maintenance issues will soon become a deal breaker in next years signing off lease if it persists this way.

The apartment itself is adequate. I have had a few issues with the apartment and apart from one maintenance request that was responded to very quickly, I have had a very frustrating time dealing with the front office. It has been a hard time trying to get maintenance requests looked at or even getting any kind of update on those requests. They have been short staffed in the front office for a while and more often than not the people who have been in office seem to have no idea how to even talk to me about mu apartment issues.

Awful. I have seen more office staff in and out. No consistency in communication. Office staff is rude and unhelpful. Last summer our family went without AC for the entire summer, with a mountain facing apartment. Maintenance acts like teenagers, speeding through the complex, and not taking care of grounds/laundry room. We also have an issue with homeless men in our laundry room, destroying it, leaving trash and human feces on the floor. They constantly break the washers.

When I moved into this place I was told there were no incidents of bed bugs or pests in the past 8 months but in the first couple hours of moving in we noticed cockroaches and bedbugs here and there throughout each room and mold growing in and around the bathroom vent fan. There are multiple holes in the walls that weren't properly fixed as well and a few other issues. Just a huge disappointment overall. I was told false information and gave them my trust and now it's effecting my and my roommates livelihood and health. It might just be a an inconvenience to the management but I have to live and breathe in it and that's concerning.

It's a very nice community I like living here. Neighbors did offer to walk the dog since my daughter was on crutches I thought it was a sweet gesture. Neighbors are friendly and speak back when you say hello.

The community is quiet, and peaceful. The office staff is friendly and helpful. We love it here. This is a nice community for family. There is a dig park for dog lovers and there is a pool for the summer. Finally a gym to get your workout on!????????

Management never stays and the community needs some TLC. When there is a management team they are mostly helpful. The parking lot really needs some work there are a lot of holes. There have been some improvements over the years. I do appreciate the pest control team that comes out to take care of any problems that arise.

I had just moved in the end of March and found that the dishwasher smelled horrible with gnats flying in it. I submitted a request for the filter and dishwasher to be cleaned entirely. This was not done, however, the maintenance team still marked complete on the work order. I also submitted a request for the garbage disposal to be fixed. This was also not completed, but marked as complete.

it has been rough with mangers you have cause not reliable and thing you all just fired the black that was pregant and she was the best one you all ever had and got fired on her time to have her baby she was a great worker polite go her way to help me with my issues with rent or anything.You need to give her job back to her.

The front office staff is super helpful and so kind when it comes to answering all of my questions. Problems in my apartment seem to get fixed rather quickly however not always 100% fixed. The neighbors are all really friendly and with the highline canal trail right behind the complex it makes spending time outside easy. The workout center is really nice, but the hours are not long enough. The pool during the summer is also really nice and kept clean.

My heat doesn't work in the winter my air conditioner doesn't work in the summer the hallways smell like dog there is always dog ---- in front of the entrance door Some of the office staff are very unhelpful and maintenance seems to want to put a temporary fix on everything. I don't feel it's worth the price although they are very spacious units

I wont lie it's been a rough 6 years from leasing office. Always being understaffed they never answer the. Phone requiring you to appear in person for some proves difficult due to Wk schedule never really get proper notices of water being shut off or changes to office hours etc.. however on a positive note the. Apts themselves are not to bad big room big bath room kitchens are small but fir a Man and his dog it hasn't been an awful place to be

Would never choose to live here again, the buildings and apartments have a horrible smoke smell and problem. Since moving in I have had multiple issues with yellow jackets, broken appliances, and broken doors/windows that have taken a long time to be fixed. My oven has never functioned properly and it was ignored so I had to buy an air fryer to cook. The office manager has been rude all along and not worked with me, never offered refunds for all my issues, and would not let me get out of my lease when I tried to right after moving in and discovering it was nothing like the photos or as described to me. Would not suggest this place to anyone.

Cockroaches everywhere in our apartment and pest control only comes in the middle of the work week and in the middle of the work day so there is no way tenants can actually use the service because you have to be home. Office staff is rude and unhelpful, they never answer phone messages or emails,, you have to go in and talk to someone foe them to respond to you, and they never keep office hours which means most days we can't put money on our laundry card, check our mail, or pick up packages. Apartmdnts are dingy and gross with no central lighting in bedrooms or living rooms which leaves the apartment dark all the time unless you have lamps.

Was unforgettable, the worst experience I ever had and will tell everyone to look elsewhere to live. Office staff unprofessional, work orders take forever for a response, roaches all over even though you pay someone to spray.

Danielle, was great. She made sure all my questions were answered. I had a medical emergency, she asked how I was and if there was anything she could do and to let my son know. She was a superwoman when it was only her in the office and 5 present and future residents waiting.

Roaches so many roaches they are in the walls have to be in the floors it’s so gross highly recommend going somewhere else every time I wake up go to the bathroom they are in the bathrooms in the kitchen in the dish washer in my cabinet everywhere

Better customer service oriented management. Staff that answers phones and returns emails. Gym that is open when the tenants can use it and the office needs better hours. I can't check my mail when I get home because the office is closed and unable to pick up packages till after 3 pm. Management was never like this when I first moved in. I would be notified if I had a package. I would be recognized as someone important and now I feel like I'm just a body they are trying to get rid of.

Didn't get to move into the apartment that I originally signed the lease for (b221) as it was just moved out of not long before. The office manager had to find an available unit as I was there for move in. I went into the office for a package just to have the person in there roll her eyes at me and refused to get up to check as I was missing a package that got delivered. I didn't receive any notice when maintenance was entering my home because I gave permission to them to enter if I wasn't home however i expect the respect of notice and the consent was given in July doesn't last until October especially when the maintenance was removed from my account in august and showed as completed

Worst place to live ever. The front desk withholds mail as well as being the most rude and confrontational people i have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Horrible community with even worse staff. 100% do not recommend.

My experiences have fluctuated during my time living at this property multiple times. At first it was great and now I can see all the issues that others have complained about in other comments. Maintenance doesn't work they just close out request and no one knows what to do. We are told that the pool is open al year round and it's heated but it only half way filled right now and been for the last month. The mailbox room has been moved to the inside and we are not able to access it and that has been about a month. The gym is said to be an amenity but is only open when the office staff is in and due to not having any employees the office is open randomly throughout the week and usually between 10am - 5 pm, when most people are at work of just getting off. There is a lot that we pay for in this community and yet be able to fully use any amenities.
