Overpriced, poorly maintained, management doesn't care and the maintenance team never completely fixes things and always leave a mess.If you can afford to, live anywhere else. The laundry facilities are never cleaned, and often out of order.

While this was a decent first apartment, my roommate and I struggled at times with living in this complex. We did not feel safe, we often did not know when management was performing maintenance in our building (which meant there were times where we either had freezing water or no water at all), and it often took management several days to respond to a service ticket (we had bed bugs, and it took them a week to call a pest inspector). The bed bugs and roaches are what really concern me. We immediately ran into the roaches when we moved in, and while we managed to deter them, they should have been dealt with before we were given a key. The bed bugs appeared during the coronavirus pandemic, while I was working from home exclusively, and my roommate was commuting only to her job. We do not know how they got in, and management only inspected our apartment, leaving our neighbors potentially vulnerable. In addition, the office seemed consistently uninformed throughout the process of treating the apartment, and also chose a cheap, ineffective treatment option.

Please do NOT move here. We have issues with COCKROACHES, SPIDERS, and RATS. Everything in the apartment falling apart. Maintenance does not give a crap and nothing gets fixed. They will add more payments to your rent. They charged us twice for rent tax. They charge us $ for their use of water (watering the lawn, swimming pool) They charge us for electricity (communit hall way lights) There's dog crap all over the grass.

Never have I ever dealt with so many water issues in an apartment and to make things worse it has made the apartment smell like sewer water and the fact that any time anyone in the building opens their water like for a shower you hear very loud pipe noises.

Do not recommend this place. There is a huge lack of communication and their inability to handle concerns or resolve issues has been problem from the start. The grounds are not well kept. Document all service orders on own cause they disappear once they're supposedly completed. Keep proof of your maintenance issues and how many times you report.

I love it here my bldg is giut and most of the time clean I love the wash room I can always get in and out quickly there's lots of parking space and my neighbors are very nice and friendly I'm hoping that once I renew my lease and trsnsfere to a 2 bedroom that I can stay in the same bldg

The shower water is impossible to keep consistent, either scalding or freezing. Also sounds like power tools are being used inside the walls when shower water is running. Oven has never worked and multiple maintenance requests were marked as completed when in fact nothing was done. It is impossible to speak to a human being when calling the office phone number and you can only pick up packages during business hours when a staff member can physically go search for it (they might be able to find it, they might not, despite the fact they notify you that a package for you arrived). My wifi router cable was cut in half with scissors by the grounds crew for no apparent reason. Train wreck.

The apartments are nice, spacious, good location, nice community, and lower prices. I feel some of the staff should be more professional with the residents and handling business. If you have patience while moving in aka dealing with staff you'll have a happy living experience once you're all settled.

The pricing at this community is somewhat affordable. However there are far too many cons that you need to seriously consider before moving in. Such as: the condition of the apartment, the safety of the community, the office & maintenance staff that you have to deal with, your crazy neighbors, ETC.

Office staff is nice but none of my service requests have been properly managed nor completed. There is vomit in the downstairs hall since I moved in. There was dog ---- in the hall as well and the office didn't seem to care to enforce any type of standards with their building or facilities.

It's okay. It's on a main road and close to the bus stop. Shopping centers are close and close to the library as well. It is only six miles away from my job and I like that. It is also not too far from my church and my school. I live it because it is in the center of town.

Pros: location, parking, clubhouse, apartment space, quiet, kitchen appliances, management team, maintenance on time when requested. Cons: building hall smells bad (some of the neighbors cooking all day stinking food, like fish or curry, it is so bad that can come thru from front door and air vents, need a management improvement on this), also need to replace doors and windows (leaking air and not energy efficient making the electrical bill higher).

There has been nothing but issues since I moved in, I have had issues from my AC not working in the summer, to no hot water for days, to simple Maintenance issues not being fixed. I have now had to request 3 times to just get a door fixed!

I think management should contact tenants that own pets and tell them that there is a place for them to do their needs, and not anywhere in the covered parking lots were removed and did not communicate that.

If I could give zero stars I would. Please read this!! This has been the worst neighborhood I've ever lived in. Summer I was out of air conditioning for over a month and I was told there were other residents ahead of me and I couldn't call anyone to fix it even at my own expense just wait. Apartment was missing have the blinds upon move in took months to replace, literally was given uncut slats and told to cut them myself. I live above the boiler room in my building, during winter it makes a loud rumbling noise whenever it's cold , office has done nothing to fix it. There's two doors to the building, one of the doors broke and it was replaced with a door without a lock, I've got pictures of homeless people living in the communal laundry area, all who have easy access because of there not being a lock on the door.

When we arrived in Denver and began the apartment search, initially shocked by apartment cost, we asked questions concerning neighborhoods, crime rates, activities, amenities, and so forth. Choosing Advenir was the best choice for us at the time. Since living hear for over a year, the only complaint is the lack of control some parents in my building seem to maintain over their preschool children. They run the halls at all hours, day or night, creating a mess on the stairways and hallways. Some don't seem to appreciate constructive criticism, but such is life. The grounds are well maintained, maintenance staff cordial, office personnel professional and courteous.

At the begining was good. Respond inmediately to any situation with the apartment. The team office were good! But since 2 years the service is poor. We had a flood and the service was horrible. We still waiting to repair the bathtub for almost 1 year and 3 days ago receive an email telling me that was complete the job when was false cause i was in my apartment the day that they said they fixed. More than 6 months with a neighbor that don't let me sleep and. The office lease don't do nothing. The kids broke the doors, you informe and is the same like you don't said nothing. For real this apartments are not a good options to live. Every single persone that ask me i told them don't go there. The service is poor...have a bad manager that not know how to do her job.
