My husband and I moved to The Palmer in December 2024. We previously lived in 4 other different apartment complexes on the west coast. Since we signed our lease, I have been absolutely blown away by The Palmer!! Management is very friendly and hosts events (yoga, bingo, crafts, etc.) for the community, and provided a gift wrapping station in December!! The area is safe and located walking distance to a park. I absolutely love my apartment unit! It has a full size washer/dryer as well as central A/C. Everything is well maintained from landscaping, amenities, and the shared community spaces. I couldn't recommend this community more!

The leasing staff is always friendly and ready to help. Also they have a pinball machine and that is, in my opinion, the best part about this community. Also oddly this is the cleanest apartment complex I have seen.

Clean and well maintained, very close to a park and a shopping mall. Overall a quiet place, occasionally mild noises due to a nearby small airport and traffic around I25. Highly recommended to single or small family.

The community and staff have been absolutely wonderful! The only 2 issues over the last 6 years of living here have been parking (not enough spaces and most of the parking spaces are too narrow) and the pool and hot tub not being warm enough. When I first moved into the complex, the pool was open year round and that was a big selling point for me. Now, the pool isn’t open year round and most of the summer the pool is too cold to enjoy. The complex has replaced the pool heater but I’m afraid we are still not getting much use out of it. The hot tub is another sore spot because some tenants that do not know how to use it, unfortunately hit the emergency off switch and it take several days for the heater mechanism to be reset by maintenance or a separate entity. Other than that, no real issues. Maintenance is Johnny on the Spot always. The leasing office is kind and pleasant to work with. The community is quiet and we have great neighbors! ??

It’s very low key which is perfect. I feel comfortable in my home and know there is help if I ever need it. Everyone is nice and friendly and I love the area. A mile from everything but feels far away- in the best sense.

The staff is what makes this home to us! They are always kind and so helpful! They overly accommodate us. It’s refreshing to live in a place where they understand this is our home, and make living here so enjoyable!! They’re like extended family! Excellent location between the mountains, Denver and the Springs. Within close proximity to John Derry Park, the amenities and leasing staff are all highlights. Quiet community and nice neighbors. Fun resident events and maintenance is very quick to resolve issues.

I love living at The Palmer. Maintenance requests are always completed quickly, the community is always kept looking great, and I feel like my apartment offers good value for what I pay. The office and maintenance staff are always pleasant and it feels like they take great care of the place. Also, I had completed a survey about the community where I gave some feedback about some changes I’d like to see in the community’s appearance and the next week, I got an email letting me know they were going to move forward with some of my recommendations! When does that happen? Anyway, 10/10 would recommend! Hands down the best apartment experience I’ve ever had.

The Palmer has been a breath of fresh air. Clean, safe, community-driven. Very lucky to be a resident here. The maintenance team is kind and quick, the leasing office staff is efficient and understanding, and the community is so welcoming and feels very safe. So close to Park Meadows while being tucked away in Inverness, The Palmer is a great place to live.

The parking stalls are way too small and it is hard to exit the car trying not to hit the adjacent vehicle. My car was further broken into and I have never seen any security staff on site. Dogs barking and hardly any place to park in the evening.

Everything is great except the people living below me in unit 9205 who are very inconsiderate neighbors that make noise throughout the night every single night since I have lived in this unit unfortunately.

We haven't yet been here a month, but are very satisfied so far. The apartments are beautiful inside and have great amenities. It is a unique location being nestled in a business park, but there are lots of places around Park Meadows Mall just a short drive away. Everyone seems nice and helpful so far! Overall, a great value for money, and we are excited to be here.

If you want somewhere that's nicest, and quiet, this is the perfect place to live! The parking spots could be bigger, but other than that we love loving here. It's proximity to the park is also a huge plus. We don't have a lot of negatives for living here.

Quiet Luxury at it's Finest

The Palmer gives new meaning to quiet luxury. The complex is beautiful and well-maintained, the landscaping is incredible, the neighborhood is quiet and well-lit. The amenities are well-kept and issues are addressed immediately. I've never had to leave a message, the office staff is always there and willing to help within business hours. They are knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area and we are so thankful to be a part of a property like this one.

The Palmer has a great maintenance team! They are always willing to help even in harsh winter conditions. The maintenance team is super quick to respond. They are also super helpful during winter storms. They work long hours to keep the complex clean.

Love it here! The Staff is amazing, the building is modern and quiet, with some exceptions. Rent and utility bills are all managed in one place which is extremely helpful. Overall a great a experience and I am grateful to have found this community.

It has been a great experience! The apartment itself is nice and the location is very convenient, especially if you work on the south side. If you work downtown and don't need a vehicle, the train station is close by. Parking by our building is plentiful (garages are available, too). It's mostly quiet except for the airport, but you get used to it after awhile. The amenties are nice; however, the dog park could use some trees or shrubs around it to buffer the noise which is amplified because of the layout of the buildings that surround it. Also, utilities have been very reasonable. The complex bills for all of them. TV and internet are on your own; however, xfinity and CenturyLink (pre-wired) are available.
