It is a good place to live, with silence, good services, the neighbors, at least mine are polite and friendly. There is quick attention when there are problems with anything. The staff are very friendly, very good maintenance in general. The gym and the play area are always working. It's very comfortable to live here.

However, it's worth noting that there are a couple of aspects that could use improvement. One of them is the lack of sound isolating material in the walls of the apartments. While the community is friendly and engaging, noise from neighboring units can sometimes be an issue, affecting the overall tranquility. Another point to consider is the quality of finishes in some parts of the apartments. It appears that certain areas were constructed hastily, with little attention to high levels of detail. This has resulted in a few areas that could use better finishing touches. Despite these minor drawbacks, the sense of unity and togetherness in this community is palpable. Whether it's a simple hello in the hallway or a more substantial conversation, there's a unique sense of camaraderie that makes everyday life more enjoyable. In conclusion, I'm immensely grateful to be a part of this community. The kindness, respect, and the genuine connections I've formed here have made it more than just a place to live; it's a place I'm proud to call home."

I’ve had a great experience here. My only complaints are - trash and recycle bins are inadequate and the grass that was killed due to dog urine over the winter needs to be replaced with new sod rather than allowing weeds to fill in the dead space.

Overall quality of buildings is nice. Some paint could be redone. Inside apartment is starting to yellow/fade. Community workers are helpful and respond in a timely manner. Garage is a nice size, wish it could be attached to our unit.

Building acces is not regulated by fob, which is a security concern. Noise reduction measures during construction would be a huge benefit as noise travels easily. Parking near unit is difficult and should be more available.

It's a great community. Management is quick to reply to issues brought up and will ensure it is addressed in a timely manner. The flooring can cause some sound issues from the neighbors above (e.g. if they have pets literally running around). But overall, the community is quiet and you're able to sleep-in without waking up to street or grounds maintenance noise. The only major pet-peeve is when it snows, you will need to shovel yourself out of the parking lot. It is also dangerously icy in some areas of the community. When snow is still covering the parking lots, and almost everyone is gone for the day, maintenance does not salt those empty spots to prevent any slip and falls. The ice and pilled up snow will stay there for days and no one will park there. This is a HUGE issue. There are a number of elderly people living here. Maintenance should be salting and shoveling those spaces while they're empty throughout the day. There is no excuse.

Quiet and comfortable. It’s clean and organized the parking is not great. It’s very crowded and extremely tight spots and after 3 and you sometimes have to park far away from your apartment if you’re in the lower levels but it’s a small Sacrifice for prices and how nice they are.

Excellent service and Kind! We need key fobs at our private entrance’su. Maintenance stated the manager is arranging for doors fobs, I gave 5 ??s, Until we get them, SECURITY 3 ?? I love this view from my house. A private park, baseball fields, stream and volleyball courts, awesome place.

I have enjoyed living here since 2020. Moved here from Arizona after reviewing property online. Best decision I have made. I love the area - clean and quiet. Walking distance to the Mall, restaurants and light rail (and I hate walking). I love my kitchen most of all and my huge bathroom.

Nice sunny apartment. Nothing fancy but very livable. Some nice neighbors, some really inconsiderate neighbors. Love being near the airport. My interaction with the Management staff has been very positive. My answer to the question "would I recommend this community to a friend?" is maybe, depending on their requirements. So, I'll put "no" for now.

This is a lovely quiet, complex with pretty decor and landscaping nestled in a very convenient location. After living in private homes for past 25 years it is hard for an apartment to feel like a home but this one does.

It has been really good so far. Everyone is really nice and the leasing office has been really helpful at every turn. Our apartment is just as we thought it would be when we moved in. Plus parking is actually decent!
